Thought these were an updated version to those released on March 1st. Aren't they now audited, at least in part?

Do you believe this may be a step towards uplisting this stock soon?

And could this be an attempt to uplist the company at some point?

Am I correct in seeing these are now auditied financials?

This appears to be updated from previous release. Float is shown to now be 322k which may make more sense with recent trading. O/S also appears to be near max A/S. What are others opinions on this?

Boy, guess I didn't miss too much today while working. Just some selling at ask in the 7's with a few 6's as well. Could have been worse I guess. Still holding all shares strong here. C'mon PR/news!

Yes, I understand selling at the ask. I've been caught in the past selling at the bid and the MM's chew it up and continue to drive price lower shaking weak hands. Not until last year sometime did I finally grasp this concept. Cost me a lot of money then.

Hopefully there won't be arguments as long as mine any time soon, at least until we're higher than .002. (wishful thinking, but at least not with me)

I apologize for the rudeness of my earlier posts--truely. All I want is for this stock to rise in the end, which I KNOW it will.

It just seems a bit shady they have the power to do this sort of thing. I understand liquidity and all, but to have them have the power to make money screwing the investor is not right, but I guess that's just how it is. And yes, I am sticking with my conviction on this stock--Heck, I cannot afford not too with as much as I have tied up in it.

So who got the shares? The MM's obviously--why do they get to buy cheap shares such as this?

Now that seems more plausible, showing to me that the MM's control this until we get news or more of a bullish run prior.

I just want to know how someone could be passed up bidding 7's and a sell at 6 goes off. Really does not make any sense to me since the MM's control the trading. Are they not obligated to sell the stock to the highest bidder? (Politely asking). If they are obligated, is that not manipulation?

Yes, I agree, buying at the ask is obviously good for the stock. He had buy orders for BOTH .0007 and .0006==2 separate orders at the same time! Why can YOU not grasp this? Yes, I fully understand what it takes to move a PPS up. If you were not so damn condescending on this board, I wouldn't be so upset with you, and only you. Everyone else here is polite, most generally. But when you come out in attack mode to prove posters wrong who have legitimate issues, it makes you look bad. Lighten up on people with their opinions, as that is all they are.

I agree--I have no problem with company itself or Mark, just the questionable actions of the MM's at times.

So the seller got potentially screwed out of $500 because the MM's did not want to fill this guy at 7 (assuming he had at least a 5 million share order) instead of filling someone else at 6. Doesn't sound right, does it?

Then explain how I can set a sell at bid, and then it becomes a sell at a higher price than than the bid? I can assure you this has happened to me previously as I have been doing this for 3 years. Wouldn't it make sense then that the MM's would complete the sale at the bid? In this case, 7? He got passed over when he should have been filled at 7 giving the seller a better price in the end. Seen it happen all the time. Why not here?

Scared to discuss any more? Please inform me as to how someone with a bid in at .0007 gets passed over to fill a bid at .0006?

Also, you are stating the charts are wrong by stating no sells at bid went off. Looking at the charts today, there were more sells at bid than buys at ask--hence a RED day.

Are you ever wrong? Looking at your posts, you seem to believe you KNOW what is always going on behind the scenes. Frankly, I get a bit tired of your posts trying to point out how wrong many of the posters here are. Why don't you give it a rest for a day or two. In the big picture, we all know where this is headed eventually, but not without some playing by the MM's in the meanwhile. Oh, and by the way, there WERE sells at bid today--go back and look at the 7's that went off thru the day. I watched L2 almost continually today and I, myself, may have only seen 6's once, if at all. Oh, and the afterhours trade of nearly 5 million shares was a sell at bid as well.

So explain to me the large trade of 5 million shares at .0006 when none of the 7's filled?

How can you say the MM's did not try to manipulate this today? Trading large blocks at .0007 and .0006 to try and drop the bid due to weak volume mid day sure looks like attempt to manipulate the PPS to me. Thankfully, we have strong holders here and good support at .0007 and .0008.

Should be anytime once lawyers have stamped their approval.
