OK Echo...you tell me. Currently the O/S is 314mm shs If the oil is worth $320mm. That's $1/sh. What's reasonable based on that alone? What's it cost to get it to market? Over what period of time? Will the O/S stay the same? What are the forward looking E/sh?

I'm merely pointing out that we haven't been given enough facts on any of this to evaluate RGNO other than accept or reject what the market says it's worth. I'd like to know what it costs per barrel to bring old wells to life. Anyone know? I'd like to know all kinds of details on our company. Right now I also feel like Sergeant Shultz.
Evaluation at the current market ppb is hardly a good way to value the assets in the ground as there are costs involved. We have no way of knowing, without a lot more info, what it costs to get the o&g to market. If we're moving to a higher exchange, we'll be able to get what we need for evaluation. Don't hold your breath..as "the past is prolog" and in Regions case that means be prepared to wait.
As long as there is a way to make money at it, I'm sure the MM's will naked short. I too rode up and down as I'm not a nimble day trader. I've liked the ECT story from the gitgo and am also frustrated by what seem a degree of manipulation. But then, that goes with the territory. MCCY has had more than its share, imo. I think whatever shorting took place was back a bit. For the past week, the volume has been very low, so it's probably not going on now. Whether the shorts covered or not, we'll never know as the NS action goes on under the radar. I doubt that will ever be truly fixed...too much $ involved. Hopefully when the info we are holding our breath for arrives, the MM's will let the S&D forces apply without interference. But, "if wishes were horses, the beggars would ride" Kudos to Doogdilinger and a few other great DD providers. GLTA longs.

Estimating value on this stock based on what we have so far is impossible imo. To do so, is not going to help. We need supporting data from the company! We've been told in PR's and in private phone calls that the information is to be given to us "soon" over and over again. Well..."Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, Creeps in this petty pace from day to day, To the last syllable of recorded time" (to quote the Bard). If someone can list our assets and estimate revenues, profit margins,etc...please step forward.
As I see it...this morning has been spent with this board discussing an unknown, maybe non-existant event, on something that may have no connection to Regions whatsoever, that is neither positive or negative in any event, as though it were a problem. Talk about crying fire in a crowded building....there aught to be a law! This whole sequence would be one massive LMAO event....if it didn't involve $.

Many companies stock price seems to go down when they make a large acquisition. Then they go up later if it is a good buy.

To what patent are you referring? To my knowledge Biocognisafe only had a "Patent Applied For" status regarding the technology in question. Could you please explain how ECT could infringe upon a patent until that patent has been issued? It has already been shown by numerous previous posts on this board that the patent application (to which you are probably making reference) was rejected 6 months ago. Without having the original inventors on board (who are now associated with ECT) how can Biocognisafe reinstate a rejected patent application?

Much as I'd like to know verifiable numbers, maybe your appraisal of Jetty's strategy is accurate. What I'm talking about is the lead time involved with getting a new component to the point where it is sold to the end user. My estimate based on experience is at least 18 to 24 months from the time the new design is initiated into the process. Therefore, you might see FOLO as early as the 2010 models as far as being shown in advertising and brochures offered by the auto/truck manufacturer. Design changes in large manufactures take time, you're not allowing for that.
Speaking as a previous production control manager in my younger days for an auto and aircraft component parts subcontractor to some Fortune 500 corporations, I can say that I have serious doubts you would see FOLO in any promotional material offered by VW before 2009. Of course, the truck manufactures that wanted to bring out the systems to larger fleet owners might make presentations earlier, but I doubt it.
Right now, you seem to be throwing this out in an attempt to discredit ECT by conjecture and innuendo. Try giving some evidence that shows that VW has rejected ECT/Argo's product. Is what your stating in this constant posting of negativity helpful in anyway? I doubt it.
You're overlooking the fact that new replaces old all the time. You have no knowledge at all what is in the planning stage at VW. The new model designs and optional equipment are planned years in advance of maket and are usually not made pubic until the new models are rolled out.

There are only about 10 or so posters on this board that call this fine little company a pump & dump or a scam, but they've been screaming loud enough to get attention and cause some pain for shareholders. Interesting that they're all so bent on enlightening the rest of us as to what idiots we all are.
