What I'm talking about is the lead time involved with getting a new component to the point where it is sold to the end user. My estimate based on experience is at least 18 to 24 months from the time the new design is initiated into the process. Therefore, you might see FOLO as early as the 2010 models as far as being shown in advertising and brochures offered by the auto/truck manufacturer. Design changes in large manufactures take time, you're not allowing for that.

Speaking as a previous production control manager in my younger days for an auto and aircraft component parts subcontractor to some Fortune 500 corporations, I can say that I have serious doubts you would see FOLO in any promotional material offered by VW before 2009. Of course, the truck manufactures that wanted to bring out the systems to larger fleet owners might make presentations earlier, but I doubt it.

Right now, you seem to be throwing this out in an attempt to discredit ECT by conjecture and innuendo. Try giving some evidence that shows that VW has rejected ECT/Argo's product. Is what your stating in this constant posting of negativity helpful in anyway? I doubt it.
