I have an offer in at .06 as well HD. Doesn't hurt to try eh?
They won't sell it to me at the bid anymore...
Apparently, it's just us girls here buying. I picked up some yesterday as well.
$.40 cent spread is not very attractive for investors.. Who wants to lose the much the instant you buy it?
Wondering if i will ever get the chance to buy more under a buck again. Should I start biting the bullet and just slap that ask? Decisions, decisions...
That's exactly what I'm thinking WS. It can't stay down this low forever.
Getting some at 1.2 but they won't give it to me for less than that
Looks like this is getting pumped again. Wonder what's up
Not complaining per se, but this news just says they are maintaining the relationship. Nothing new here as far as i can tell
Appreciate the link Limey
Rekaewt - can do better than that. It broke $11
I like the pet food news. Went to buy more and was sadly reminded that i can't buy this in extended hours.
I'm still hoping someone buys these guys. So much unrealized potential here.
the question is arizona, will we have the patience to wait that long? If this goes to $10 I'm gonna be struggling to not sell. As much as I want to be able to wait for $20 I'm just not certain I'm able to wait. Either way, pleasant problem to have eh?
Can't believe the BS I'm reading. Everybody wants to make money and it's exciting when it happens. I get that. But if you are a noob I'm strongly advising you to be careful. You definitely should be taking some off the table if you have made money. No need to risk it all by continuing to blindly follow the herd. Be a smart investor which begins by not being too greedy. Try reading the recent INO filings with the SEC so you can see what the company is up to. It's not too hard to figure out on your own.
Keep dreaming carlson. Did you not read INO's prospectus? They are selling newly minted shares right now with the expectation of additional offering being imminent. INO has pretty much guaranteed you wont' see 28 anytime soon and they are completely OK with that. Anything about $7 for them is stupid money and they are happy to take it from you
0210 you seem to be confused. Gates "gave" the money and they can well afford to never see that money again. Us here investors are not "giving" anybody money, we are "investing". Big difference. Of course if you are good with never seeing your money again like Bill Gates then good for you, go ahead and let them have it. For the rest of us, principal preservation is paramount.
Hey steady, it's everywhere on the various message boards. Seems the hype has attracted a bunch of noobs that dont realize that INO is selling stock at the market right now and is ready to do a big dilution offering. The price of this stock is going to drop to around $7 or $8 when they do that and the question is "when" not "if". All we know at the moment is that it will be soon and the SEC paperwork they filed pretty much guarantees it
Regarding dilution, the company has been pretty clear on it. They are going to add approximately 35 million shares to the float depending on the amount they can get per share right now for the at the market selling of new shares they are doing right now. The at the market selling will raise $150 million regardless of how many shares it takes to do it. That's why this thing can't spike even higher than it has. Everything above the $7 per share range they mentioned in the SEC filing is like free money to them, as they will price the next offering on around that $7 per share. THey will raise about $250 million on that offering. Of course, this all means, they won't be receiving any barda money as the CEO clearly stated they have other investors lined up, which includes you and me continuing to pay a premium for their stock as well as selling 10s of millions of shares cheap to hedge funds. If you ask me, he appeared to be very smug when Cramer asked him about hanging with the big boys. There will be no buyouts and probably no more grants as they are just selling shares to to point of approximately 35% dilution. The stock is only worth what they will sell it to hedge funds for which is about $7.
30% spread. ridiculous. Buy some and lose 30% before you even have a chance to look at your trade confirmation
What we have to watch for is that those 'new' investors they supposedly have lined up for after the RS aren't buying newly issued shares that PACV introduces to the float now that the gap between the current outstanding and authorized shares is so big.
petermic, good on you man.. did your dd. same here. truth is i could have made money on it anyway but was reluctant to pull the trigger until i understood more. looks like you and me are the only ones that know what's going on because people are still buying big chunks of this
This is not the company that people think it is. True, its an SPAC but it is not a bio company at all. The real company is ACTV.L and it's already a $50 + pps company. All the people involved in the SPAC are probably laughing their asses off right now at what people have paid for ACTV this morning but they can't sell since they are restricted for quite a bit longer. Big misunderstanding
If it dips down closer to 3 i might pick a little up
When do we buy back in?
Is that head tattooed with hair? Put the hoodie back on man.
They could have done a reverse split at any time later down the road with a much better result than they have gotten now. They only did this now to provide additional wiggle room in the share structure to start dumping stock. I was optimistic before that they had a legitimate plan to get ahead but it seems they can't break the same old habits that nearly every otc stock out there succumbs to. They have basically tipped their hand that they themselves don't have confidence in their business and are going to the default mode of funding their lifestyle with dumping stock. I'm willing to bet we see another RS down the road. Needless to say i'm quite disappointed.
Cost money to uplist. Where do you think they will get that money? Selling shares of course. PACV was a long shot to begin with. I was hopeful but I recognized it was a long shot. Now it's even more of a long shot because they have tipped their hand that they don't know what they are doing.
The resulting price action immediately after the split will not assist them in uplisting. This will only enable them to more easily sell shares
Unless they have some big investors lined up already, this thing is going to tank next week. They apparently have no idea how the typical OTC investor views this. They are hoping to push this over $1 per share but it will not likely be successful for more than a day or so. If they don't have any big investors already lined up they are going to be sitting there with their thumbs up their 'you know what' wondering what the hell went wrong. This definitely hurts us and could wind up hurting them too. They were probably expecting to sell shares for at least a buck a pop and they are likely not going to be able to do that until they have some big news which might take way longer than originally expected due to the whole virus thing.
I confess I was disappointed in the previous news. But this PR they put out now really is good. If only because management seems to have realized that we needed to hear it and came through with releasing it. We may be turning a corner here. Nevertheless the road won't be 'easy' for a while but at least we have some confirmation that we are riding the right horse. I was reluctant to buy much more for a while but clearly the price is right under the circumstances and i will begin accumulating again
I hope my tax refund gets here before this thing moves up much more... Anybody still able to get this under 3 is very fortunate indeed.
I see someone has not been taking their meds like they know they should. Please follow your doctors orders.
HD, an agreement with Packwood would be cool. An agreement with Planet 13 at their new Santa Clara location would be totally awesome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed
Chuck, hope he's interviewing potential CEOs
It's reasonable to be frustrated. They could have just been upfront a long time ago about the setbacks. But all we hear from them, sometimes informally, is the happy path. So when we don't hit those expectations it has the implication that they were hiding it. I said earlier i wanted to throw in the towel but of course I'm not really going to do that. Long term I think this is the place to be but for now a little more communication and honesty would go a long way. Clearly this is a leadership issue
To date it appears they are under performing in expected production, under performing in sales, under performing in keeping investors informed and under performing in corporate leadership (no CEO). Lets round it out by making some more deals with tatted skaters in hoodies so we can be popular with even more people that don't have any money. I would throw in the towel but there's hardly any of my towel left.
So now we know, little if any sales to report to date. No wonder they pushed reporting it out.
tat4tat, if it goes to 17 i'll buy all i can.
