I contacted Vic with DTC in Tampa. He would not talk to me because I am not a broker. He said to have my broker call him and he would talk. Vic acted like he knew the reason for the holdup in releasing the SOMA shares. Vic's number again is 813-470-1574. He will not talk to you so call your broker and give him that number. That is what I will try now.
My pleasure.
Interlink Global Corp. Expands Metro IP in Colombia, South America
Tuesday February 6, 9:03 am ET
With its Colombian Subsidiary, Interlink will Sell Telephony and Wireless Internet Nationwide
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) today announced that it is moving forward with its expansion plans for Metro IP, its recently purchased subsidiary headquartered in Baranquilla, Colombia. The plan is to offer the full range of Interlink's services to the existing client base of Metro IP and to help Metro IP expand its operations to the minor cities of the country. Metro IP already has an established customer base in a region that the company wants to further penetrate. Interlink will insure quality of service to Metro IP and also offer the full range of its IP-PBX, VoIP, residential and enterprise services.

According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink Global Corp., "This expansion of services in Colombia is the next logical and appropriate step as we continue to realize our stated plan to build an important Latin American telecommunications network. We are happy to expand Metro IP's capacity to serve not only its established customer base, but to grow its list of private residential and business accounts in the area. We see substantial growth potential in the small cities and rural areas all over Columbia, and Metro IP is the way to capture the market. Interlink Global Corp. has an established record of success as an enterprise level service provider, and we will insure that Metro IP realizes success in the marketplace." Mr. Rivano further stated, "We intend to employ this same strategy, that is concentrating on minor cities and underserved regions, as we introduce our services to additional countries in the hemisphere."
Link to Venezuela Anticipated Via Interlink's NGT Subsidiary
Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink added, "Interlink Global provides the infrastructure to host all services required. This, of course, includes; technical and engineering know-how and support, as well as testing and supplying of hardware and software for the VoIP infrastructure. There are plans in place to possibly add Wi-Max in the coastal areas of Colombia and link those areas to the Venezuelan border through our company, NGT in Caracas. This would offer an alternative to expensive cell phone connections and offer IP services at a fraction of the cost to consumers compared to what they are currently paying."

Last trade .35. When will we be getting back on the pinks?
It is my understanding that liable called one of the restaurant managers and painted such a bad picture of IBAC that she immediately went out and found a job in another restaurant. Liable, you get top honors in bringing down IBAC. We shareholders thank you.
Someone may have posted this but Frankfurt's last trade of EQBM was .008 Euro with nice volumn.
MMs are winning again. They could have easily raised the Ask price yesterday with over 2 Million shares purchased in the last hour of trading at the Asked of .007. However, they toughed it out and refused to raise the Asked. It paid off for them today when there was less buying pressure. One of my friends purchased a million shares a couple of days ago and sold half today when the PR did not create much interest. Our time will come. Hang in there.
There must be something wrong with my computer. It shows up 11% not down 11% for the day.
SOMA on Frankfurt down to 1.40 Euro. Looks like they are looking for Larry's PR as well. Sure hope he has not wasted a golden opportunity with his silence.
Well said.
If you are wanting/betting/expecting the stock to go to .0005 or even .0001, why don't you get out now and stay out or buy back at .0005 or .0001? Make some sense with what you are doing. I am sure we would all like to know.
If you do not want to answer my questions, fine. I did not mean to give you an excuse to carry on with your same old negative posts. You want to know why anyone positive on IBAC no longer posts here? Its because of people like you. You are a joke.
Do you still have shares of IBAC? If you do, why would you canstantly be trying to cause the share price to fall? Unless you are trying to pick up more at a cheaper price. Sorry, you and several other negative posters on this board make no sense to me.
You Ask "Where have all the pumpers gone?" From my observation they are tired of all the negativity on the board. It is easier for them to stay away than have all the negative posters attack every word they say. JMO.
Excellent question. Why would Ed dilute here? Mades no sense. I for one do not believe he is that stupid. Something else is going on here. Many of the past longs here have admitted selling. The MMs are obviously playing games. I would whether believe that the MMs are shorting than that Ed is dilutin.
You are correct. Both IDWD and IBCX are close to my heart. They both begin with an I. Sorry for puttting the wrong Symbol in that post.
You keep repeating yourself. Your position is well known. As for as your comment to me: "I don't agree that you should suggest to people what the best course of action is, or offer advice." You mean it is not okay for me, but it is okay for you to make suggestions and offer advice". I make one post and you are constantly (10 to 30 times daily) offering your two cents worth. Give me a break.
Ed has not been doing a good job with the share price. Some criticism is certainly justified. However, this is a pink sheet stock. As such, there is no requirement that the TA identify the share authorized, issues and outstanding shares or that the Company release audited financials. If you do not like those ground rules, do not buy pink sheet stocks. When IDWD becomes a bulletin board company, you can expect to see these things. Just because you do not have them now does not justify a lawsuit from the shareholders. Currently all the bashing and threats are helping a lot to keep the price down. IDWD just completed a $4 million+ sale of two restaurants. If this deal closes on schedule, the GC deal is completed (I understand that Ed was at the Arkansas hotel yesterday)and if we get to the BB there is no basis for any recoveries through any lawsuits IMO. My recommendation is that you negative influences to this board should give it a rest for a spell. Give Ed a chance to increase the value in the Company. If the market does not recognize that value it is as much the fault of the negative posters on this board as it is ED. While I dislike the current share price, I hate all the negativity on this board as well. It is funny how last week when the stock reached .007 most the negative posters turned positive. When the stock went back down, the negative posts came right back. Talk about fair wheather fans. During this time Ed's methods did not change but the posters comments did change. If you have any negative comments to this post, do not bother making them. I have already seen them too many times.
In yesterdays PR Wayne said something like "we expect to close in 30 days". That is forward looking and the statement should have been included IMO.
I emailed IBCX yesterday telling them of this omission. Heard nothing back.
Profit - Excuse me if I do not appreciate your tactics of bashing EQBM and then when it is low you turn around and buy the stock. Then once you sell you turn around and start bashing again. That may be acceptable practice where you come from but I for one do not like your methods. My comments to you were private. Too bad you cannot afford the monthly fee to respond back in private.
Typical pump and dump stock, I can't believe that there are still enough people to fall for these.
Sorry, I do not buy it that Company is selling. Makes no sense. Don't be surprised it the shares get to .004 in the next day or so. If that happens maybe you will sell and leave us and Ed alone.
With $4 million in cash worth about .004 per share, why would the Company want to sell shares at .0001? Make no sense to me. You must have a better imagination than me.
You guys cannot have it both ways. You talk of filing a lawsuit and having a chance for a play of a lifetime. There would be a much better chance for a play of a lifetime without talking of a lawsuit. A lawsuit would do nothing but harm the Company. In the end you would lose anyway. JMHO.
A little comback on the Frankfurt this morning - SOMA 2.85
The bottom has been reached for IBCX. Depending on the actual number of shares issued and outstanding, the market cap (shares issued and outstanding times current price of .0012) is somewhere between $480,000 (assuming OS of 400 million) and $960,000 (assuming OS of 800 million). From the DD performed by many of the posters on this board and the unaudited financials, the low side of the net value of IBCX (stockholder's equity) has to be somewhere in the $4 to $7 million range not counting the golf course and other things that Ed may have planned.
The number of bashers on this board has reached an all time high in the past week. Many of our best positive posters, including Binzur, have turned negative on Ed and IBCX. Most of the recent bashing is justified due to the significant drop in the share price and the delays in the promised events by Ed including the unzipping the TA and the lack of availability of the audited financials. While the bashing may be justified, the share price of .0012/.0013 is certainly not justified. You know the old saying, "The best time to Buy a Stock is when no one wants it". Well IMO the time to buy IBCX is now. No one seems to want it. An empty public shell, with no assets and liabilities, would have a market value of over $600,000. Don't you think that IBCX has more going for it than an empty shell?
Sending emails to a party that has a pending contract to verify anything might be made as a DD effort. However, it is not an action a shareholder should be doing. It is interfering. At best, no harm will result. At worst you piss off the third party and could possibly ruin the deal. This is not a deal that you would want to take the chance of screwing up.
Does anyone have any current views on this Company? It was moving for awhile but seems to have fallen in a deep hole. I have been waiting for an SB-2 filing for IDWD and it to become a BB reporting Company.
What IBAC is working on is none of his business. How would you like to run a company and have an outsider nose around and see what you were working on and ask the people you are dealing with questions? At best he can cause no harm other than being a nuisance. At worst, he could screw up the deal.
Quote "I was told there were problems on both sides of the deal and there was a possibility it might not go through."
I have never been involved with a Real Estate deal where there were not problems and the possibility that the deal might fall through. Why don't you mind your own business and stop bothering the people involved in the transaction. If this was IBM and you were a shareholder, I seriously doubt that you would have the balls to meddle with a transaction that they have pending. When and if the deal closes you will hear about it. In the mean time; stay away from the transaction. Are you an employee of the Company? If not, you have no right to meddle. You can only cause harm to the Company by sticking your nose in where it does not belong.
No! He only mentioned that there would be some significant improvements made to the course and the buildings.
Ed told me yesterday that there would be about 48 residential lots on the GC property not the couple of hundred lots you suggest. With the sale of the lots and the building of the homes, there is potential for a gain of $50,000 per lot.
Issued and outstanding shares is a little under 400 million according to Ed.
Ed returned my call today. He seems to be trying his best for the Company. He seemed to be on the right track in keeping us informed on the latest authorized, issued and outstanding shares. He said the IBAC websight would be updated in a week and he expected that the Transfer Agent would update the share information every week on that sight. He is trying to have the audited reports electronically transmitted to the SEC so that they will be available for all of us to see. We talked briefly about the golf course, the buy out of the restaurants, and the reverse merger into the Bulletin Board company. He still believes all three of these deals will be closed soon. He indicated that IBAC had money available to complete both the purchase of the BB company and the GC.
He had no explanation for the drop in the share price today except to emphasis that it was not the result of any dilution by IBAC. He expressed his displeasure in the low price of the stock but felt that very soon the market should better reflect the actual value of the Company.
He also expressed his displeasure in shareholders making direct contact with the bank that is handling the golf course deal, his lawyers, etc. Some of these phone calls were less than professional with the callers being very rude to the secretaries that received the calls. He also mentioned that some shareholders had sent him abusive and threatening emails. I was embarrassed that some shareholders had acted so poorly and offered my apologies for their actions.
I cannot state with any certainty that all or any the things Ed is trying to achieve will be achieved successfully. However, I feel confident that the Company has some good assets and good potential. Because the market price dropped so far today, it made it an easy decision for me to add an additional 1.5 million shares today.
I was not going to post my discussion with Ed this afternoon. However, I changed my mind and decided to post if only to keep some others from taking up more of Ed's time with similar questions. His time should be spent directing the affairs of the Company not holding the hands of us shareholders. Hopefully, when the audited financials are out and share information is routinely provided, less of Ed's and Wayne's time will be spent talking directly with shareholders like myself.
7.5 Million of first 8 million shares traded have been at the asked .0023; rest .5 million at .0022. However, MMs are acting like it would kill them to raise the Asked to .0024.
Can you share the discussion you had with Ed with us?
Why would a stock like this have a $100 million market cap with no income on bottom line? Looks like it is ready for a big dive. JMHO.
Merry Christmas to everyone on this Board. EOM
Everyone seems so delighted to report that there dividend is in their account. If they are in your account that means your shares were not involved in any shorting of the EQBM stock. I thought the whole idea was to feel great when the dividend did not end up in your account. That way there is still a possibility of a short. If everyone ends up with their dividend then we have nothing going on the short end of this play. Am I missing something here? Stop celebrating when you receive your dividends and start crying. Merry Christmas to all.
