I have never been involved with a Real Estate deal where there were not problems and the possibility that the deal might fall through. Why don't you mind your own business and stop bothering the people involved in the transaction. If this was IBM and you were a shareholder, I seriously doubt that you would have the balls to meddle with a transaction that they have pending. When and if the deal closes you will hear about it. In the mean time; stay away from the transaction. Are you an employee of the Company? If not, you have no right to meddle. You can only cause harm to the Company by sticking your nose in where it does not belong.
