Company has new website design
They are still working on it but many new things on site
NUCON-RF still working on the site but it is new design - I like it
http://www.nucon-rf.com/
The $4.85 held so far so maybe a bottom but yes I added anyway as I do not need to catch any exact price as IMO we are a very under priced now.
As far as TA being useful on OTC stocks -- that chart does not know what exchange the stock is on. It is working great.
Re:the UP LIST
As I think they meet requirements for AMEX and maybe NASDAQ I do not think they would move to OTC. Someone can check the market cap and volume requirement for those two markets. I have heard that AMEX is faster to move to than Naz.
Regardless, they I believe, are in the comment time since they filed with the SEC and the SEC needs to make comments and/or ask for additional information to approve the move. After which they can apply.
Please correct me as I am not a broker but believe that is the general process.
Re: Opinions
The chart has some technical damage and it should takes some time to repair. When the stock was going up it would have a Little pullback (hardly none) and longs would be ready to jump in. When it got shorted the opposite set up so we had a high volume sell off on low volume rally into the 38% retrace resistance a bear flag. This invited shorts who missed the first opportunity to short again. This is necessary as it builds a base and reestablishes strong support. If the dips keep on getting bought, over time the shorts will find it not so great to trade on the short side and the longs will find it great to buy the dips.
This is a popular trading stock now as it can move up and down and up 5-12% pretty quickly so these swings or really ok.
Today it got to $5.75 and it moved back up too fast for me to get any but - up 8% to $6.18 in moments so day traders made some fast money or long termers a good price.
This is great and sure building a power house
Not only ... is it great to have a Former United States Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Former Vice Chairman of Prudential Mutual Fund Management as the Chairman of the board and the former Deputy Nuclear Power Minister of Russia as the CEO but NUCON-RF has also submitted a grant application with the German government for funding and deferring the costs of establishing a factory for making FEECOM and BIECOM and for additional research and development.
When I held the FEECOM/BIECOM bricks in my hands I did not ask the cost but heard it was priced in kilograms.
Here they say ..."A realistic replacement program of 10% per year would require 130 metric tons of BIECOM annually. Further, the site managers of the nuclear power stations are currently considering the use of FEECOM and BIECOM to cover the tubes and pipes within the power stations."
That is a lot of kilos! and that is only Germany.
Also --- FEECOM and BIECOM, as well as NuCap(tm), have been selected for use at projects in the Russian Federation also.

You know I posted a picture of one of the pending acquisition companies but for ATOLL plant instead you can find it. I put up an interactive satellite map of St. Petersburg, Russia and as the street names are in Russian I show the plant's address in Russian also. Can you find it?
While looking notice how even from space it is a beautiful city.
iHub does not let me post a link to my site - so on my home page I put a link to this Find Atoll... maybe someone else will post a direct link...have fun. And good going Nucon!
There is shopping on line
In the last post I joked about ATOLL that they had no online store but in the case of Velkont one of the current acquisions they do have an online store for a lot of their products.
http://www.velkont.ru/production/mks/
here is the company - as you know Velkont has approximately 550,000 square feet of production facilities and employs 1,400 skilled workers.
stocksearcher2000 - the time it takes the SEC..
They filed as fully reporting and the next step is for the comment period, If I am wording that correctly, when the SEC can comment and ask for more information. When that is finished and the SEC "signs off" then they can apply to the AMEX or NASDAQ. I have heard that the AMEX may be faster.
I was looking at the past press releases and guess that the first payment from ATOLL will show up soon:
"Under Russian corporate law, NUCON's participation in ATOLL's profits will be received in the form of quarterly cash dividends from ATOLL's operations. In April 2007, NUCON intends to receive its first dividend of $247,000 from the 13.25% of ATOLL it owned of record as of the end of the fourth quarter 2006."
Of course now they own 50% of ATOLL so the payments in the future will start to be noticed more.
By the way, someone was asking about accounting for ATOLL. You know they do so much government work they need a totally government approved company for this.
Here is the website of that accounting and services company
2K http://www.2kaudit.ru/en/
Some of their recent client projects : Among our last distinguished projects there are:
"Appraisal of business within merger of OAO «Rosneft» and OAO «Gazprom», evaluation of Shtockman gas field and Prirazlomnoe oil field, audit of FGUP «Russian Federal Nuclear center»"
Note Gazprom as a client of this firm - Gazprom is soon to become the world's largest company and even now has a market cap of over $300 Billion.
In case you do not have Russian fonts on your computer - this is the way ATOLL looks in Russian
this is the link to that page - the page shows them of course in the Nuclear Reactor business.
http://www.diptex.ru/firms/nuclear_reactors_and_their_components/single/a/6048850.html
to translate from Russian you can use http://www.promt.ru/
this search page has many links for ATOLL
http://tinyurl.com/2kplpf
Most of the links are not too interesting - it is a well know company but they do not have a store where you drive up to buy your daily nuclear reactor needs :) and no on line orders using Visa or Master card
Someone questioned why ATOLL agreed to sell 50% and I pretty much addressed this on many levels - and already you see the increased business but some additional comments:
ATOLL had and has confidence in a very substantial stock price because they are totally aware of the ATOMPROM opening and NUCON's ability to put them into multilateral international projects, including at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development to supply parts and equipment to non-Russian reactors.
ATOLL is now involved in both the VELKNOT and ELECTROPRIVOD acquisitions and are therefore participating in an aggressive M&A activity which will leave ATOLL as a substantially larger entity; e.g from 220 employees to over 2,000 and involved in larger market share and have larger product offerings for the nuclear industry.
This is not hard stuff to figure out so it is just so nutty for that site to go on and on about nonsense. They only need to take a 10 hour flight and visit these facilities and see the 1,000s working. The VELKNOT and ELECTROPRIVOD acquisitions are not yet completed but know they are in the works. The ATOLL one went well and now they have experience in doing this.
Was a big rally Friday from its low so likely to continue
It ran up 35% from its low on Friday - had heard there may be news coming and that huge rally seems to confirm it
And it closed above the break out point so still a perfect time to buy
Nuclear Services company EnergySolutions(ES) going public in May
and it will be a hot one! Investors will be looking for other nuclear service plays to put their money in as EnergySolutions nears it's listing date and I expect NNRF to be one of them. May is going to be a great month for NNRF, imo. Below are some links to info about EnergySolutions.

Stocklemon.com treats its subscribers like morons
I am sorry if the use of the word moron is politically incorrect but what word would you use?
Do they think that every single subscriber of theirs will just take all they say as truthful? I guess they sure do. They seem to take a short position in a company and when set, they send out their subscribers a mass email to tell them to short a stock. Meanwhile they build personal profits as the subscribers pile into shorts. Then to keep things going they print more lies.
We all know of pump and dump schemes when a company promotes a worthless stock so that they can profit. We know there are novice investors who fall for these scams each day. It seems that stocklemon.com at least in this instance is doing the reverse of this and using NUCON-RF as its target.
We know that that the CEO of NUCON-RF, Prof. Valery Lebedev, PhD is the former Deputy Nuclear Power Minister of Russia and the Chairman of the board Larry McQuade, was formerly Vice Chairman of Prudential Mutual Fund Management and Executive Vice President with W.R. Grace & Co as well as United States Assistant Secretary of Commerce. And of course the adviser to NUCON-RF is Valery Zubov, Ph.D., Member of the Russian Federal Parliament Committee on Credit Organizations and Financial Markets. Stocklemon.com thinks its readers have such a low IQ that they will believe the stocklemon statement that this company with such an outstanding leadership is nothing but hot air.
Who are the people at stocklemon and why does the SEC allow them to print such lies? Well the Internet is large and sites like stocklemon are prone to remove items after they have taken profit. Today they removed some things they put up about NUCON-RF. Will more come? We do not know.
MorningStar has an article that says stocklemon.com is known for outright lies and distortions for the purposes of stock manipulation and short selling. http://tinyurl.com/2m5p8e and there you will note the law suits against them.
Yesterday we showed how what they had written was fabrication but they still think their readers will believe anything and they added even more lies.
As an example they said that Global Matrechs licensed NuCap ™ to Eurotech LTD.
NuCap ™ was invented in Russia during the time of the Chernobyl disaster. It was licensed to Eurotech (the name of the product then was EKOR ) and they licensed it to Global Matrechs. More on NuCap™ here http://www.nucon-rf.com/NuCap%E2%84%A2.htm
So once again stocklemon prints lies as it did not even do the very basic research to find out who is doing what.
You know, if someone had any real questions or concerns this would be a very interesting discussion but to spend time pointing out total lies, fabrications and innuendo from stocklemon.com is not interesting and not enjoyable. Stocklemon really hurts a lot of people with this practice. When you spread a lie you may scare some to sell something they should keep and you get people into short positions that they will lose in. Not only is it bad journalism but it is bad humanism. It is not the way to treat other humans to encourage them to action using lies.
I am tired of this and today do not want to say more. It is obvious to intelligent people what stocklemon is trying to do with its deceit. Fortunately it is also obvious to intelligent people that the strong leadership of NUCON-RF along with its Manufacturing, Technology and Nuclear Remediation and shielding including its proprietary FEECOM/BIECOM already has established it as a leader in the field. Here are a couple of older links mentioning the NUCON-RF CEO to show his longstanding position in Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Waste Technology area.

Stocklemon was contacted personally and were given an invitation to come to Russia and see for themselves. They did not respond as they seem only to care about their short position and not their readers or the truth.
My personal phone number is on my site and I sent it to them as well but they made no calls. I feel close to the situation as I live her in Moscow not far from the company offices.
They have today removed some material so maybe they are listening but who knows with them as they are very devious. If they removed the material on purpose and changed their ways then we would absolutely expect to see a retraction statement on their site.
Regardless – we had said in last weekend’s newsletter to expect a pullback if the stock price went to $10 and that is what happened so many who have been waiting for a pullback to enter started buying yesterday and we think and believe of the coming months that they will be very happy.
Thanks all. Have a fun weekend.
Andrew Left is the stocklemon founder
you can do a Goggle on him to read of the lawsuits
He was writing lies about IIG for a long time it seems
The CEO of IIG Donald Danks could fill you in.
Anyway a decent pullback to strengthen the chart as it was overbought. These pullbacks are needed from time to time. This is a 60-min chart showing support.
A dip today will it be FedEx tomorrow?
Don't we all expect some word soon from the company to follow up on these test shipments. They did not say who made the shipments but my guess is it was FedEx only because they are shown as a client on the CSG website and Cryoport stated that they need a "robust logistics platform" and FedEx fills that need.
Anyway we do know they need FedEx or UPS or DHL to be the main company to supply the Express® One Way Shipper to the clients and when one of the majors agrees then we see the huge change and when people call the shipper to oder a cold shipment they could then choose Express® One Way Shipper.
My guess is that it will be FedEx -- we should know soon
A response to the website that posted false NUCON-RF info
Maybe I should just ignore this site but decided to show how dumb there are instead...
------------------------------------
A website with the named citronresearch.com wrote a totally uniformed piece today about NUCON-RF. Their purpose seems to be to use lies and innuendos to try and get people to think negatively about a company in which they probably have shorted the stock.
The writer used no name and gives no contact information so that is very suspicious right away. As you all know my personal phone number is on my website as I have nothing to hide but the writer of this piece hides behind a web address where they think they can say whatever they want.
Their site used to be named stocklemon but I imagine they had so many lawsuits created by their lies in the past that they needed to change the name but I do not know for sure. We do know however that they are writing anonymously and if you go to their “About Us” page it says suspiciously “This page is under construction…”
They use the name “research” in their site title but they seem to do none on their own.
So we have an anonymous writer on a suspicious and unknown owner website writing false things.
To start they write that NUCON-RF has made “a series of mysterious acquisitions”
Well what kind of deranged statement is that? The CEO of NUCON-RF Prof. Valery Lebedev, PhD is the former Deputy Nuclear Power Minister of Russia and they bought 50% of ATOLL who make parts for nuclear power plants. How much more un-mysterious can that be? For the Russian government to allow a US company (the first and only one) to purchase such a highly sensitive Russian company says to me that the Russian government thinks very highly of NUCON-RF – think about that for a minute – do you really think just anyone can do such a thing? – if so than it is also very strange that no one before was able to do this. They write that they think it strange that ATOLL with such good sales would sell for only $2+ million in cash plus 4 million shares. Of course since they did absolutely no real research whatsoever but only wrote off the top of their head, they did not learn that ATOLL on its own could not expand to sell into and other countries or the former CIS ones as they had no licenses or access to capital to do so. To partner with NUCON-RF is a perfect match for ATOLL.
NUCON-RF has an agreement to co-lead an international consortium of European and Russian companies that will provide equipment, technologies and maintenance services to Rosenergoatom and their listed Russian contractors. Rosenergoatom is the operating utility of all Russia's nuclear power plants and is a main buyer from ATOLL. So ATOLL of course can see the huge benefit to them in this situation. Is there is a possible better fit to have the 50% shareholder in your company be the former Deputy Nuclear Power Minister of Russia and for them to already have an agreement with the country’s operator of all nuclear power sites? I think there is no better partner in the world. For the unknown person to write that this is a mysterious acquisition is the most bizarre thing in my opinion. They even question the price of the acquisition. So on the one had they use innuendo to question the ATOLL company and on the other they say that that price paid is too small.
We have shown that this combining of these two companies is a perfect match and can help to expand the business for ATOLL . Besides the $2+ million in money they received 4 million is stock. Today it is true it is only worth $36 million but these are bright people and they see the huge renaissance of nuclear power plant construction going on in the world and they know also of the tremendous efforts underway and in the final planning to do remediation projects around the world and they know of the NUCON-RF expertise in this field. So yes at present the 4 million shares are only worth $36 but the owners of ATOLL understand that the share price will be much higher.
The writers from this website seem also blind to the knowledge of the formation of the huge Russian holding company ATOMPROM and what that means to the nuclear industry in Russia. I will not repeat the details here but they again so obviously did no research what so ever. Hint – ever hear of GAZPROM who has a $300 billion market cap and may become a $1 trillion market cap in 10 years? Twice the size or ExxonMobile Well ATOMPROM is modeled about the same but for the nuclear industry instead of gas – do a Google search to learn something.
This site citronresearch has never come to the company or to ATOLL at all and they make things up as they wish. If this website were a real company or even had a serious writer they would visit a NUCON-RF or at least talk to them instead of hiding behind a URL. I invite them to come to Russian and see NUCON-RF and ATOLL in person. They seem to not understand that ATOLL is a very restricted company so have no website where you can look around. They work with very secure nuclear technology but I think a visit could be arranged for them.
The writers make a very derogatory comment about Mercer Capital and again they show their total incompetence. They suggest that Mercer Capital is selling stock retail. Mercer Capital does private placement of stock and no retail and they could have learned this with one phone call that they did not make. This citronresearch is looking more and more like a scam site that tries to scare people into selling stock based on lies they write. I imagine that the Mercer Capital attorneys will have something to say about the false statements made.
So citronresearch never came to Russia to check anything but Mercer Capital has come twice. Which one is real - the one with real people and phones or citronresearch who is totally unknown and hides.
Speaking of phones the writer does not even know that NUCON-RF has its operational offices in Moscow Russia – hello – they state that the headquarters is a P.O. box.
Let’s see – the Chairman of the board of NUCON-RF is Larry McQuade, Formerly Vice Chairman of Prudential Mutual Fund Management and Executive Vice President with W.R. Grace & Co. He also served as United States Assistant Secretary of Commerce from 1963 through 1969 and at the U.S. Department of Defense, as Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for International Security Affairs, in the administration of John F. Kennedy. With all of this the site citronresearch claims the headquarters for NUCON-RF is a P.O. box. I hate to use the word lame but really – do they not even check to see who is running a company they want to write about? Let me repeat--- Formerly Vice Chairman of Prudential Mutual Fund Management - United States Assistant Secretary of Commerce and yet they question the integrity of the company and at the same time give no name or phone number for themselves? They are a joke.
Did they not – no of course they didn’t, know that the adviser to NUCON –RF is Valery Zubov, Ph.D., Member of the Russian Federal Parliament Committee on Credit Organizations and Financial Markets. In other words he oversees the stock market and banking regulations but this seeming low life site citronresearch prints the trash they said about NUCON-RF? Once again read who heads NUCON-RF and with whom they have strategic relationships and learn a little. These relationships have been formed over many years and you only in the last year began to see the results and may more will come.
The thrust of the short article seems to be the hope that people would read and want to sell stock so citronresearch could make a profit on their short position in the stock.
We do not like to make any price predictions exactly here but let’s suppose that knowing the extremely high level and qualified leadership of NUCON-RF, that what is in the press releases becomes the case. We can extrapolate from the ATOLL releases $183 million in orders for 2007. As these are mostly from the main operator of all nuclear plants in Russia we need not question them. The profits in an earlier press release pointed to about an 18% profit so if that holds true it would be about $33 million and NUCON-RF’s share is 50% or $16.5 million. There are two other acquisitions in the works and they may contribute $4 million more give or take. This is only a rough guide but in this case the profits would be $20.5 million or about $0.58 per share based on 35,000 shares outstanding. (again realize that these are my personal extrapolations for illustration purposes but you can do your own using the press releases) So far we only show that if this is the least they do the current share price seems low for average of a company in this field. PESI has a PE of about 23and ECOL a PE of 20 While CLHB (who does not do nuclear waste) has a PE of 24. So let’s say an average of 22 x $0.58 gives us $12.76. This is before any additional contracts.
So the site operators of citronresearch who may be lemons but do absolutely no research want to short the stock in a company that trades at a forward PE lower than the others in the field but one that has significantly higher potential in my opinion than the other three mentioned.
One specialty of NUCON-RF with huge potential is in International nuclear decommissioning and remediation projects. They have established themselves. NUCON-RF has an agreement with the Department of Nuclear Sites Decommissioning of the Federal Agency of Nuclear Energy of the Russian Federation to supply nuclear safety technologies, products and equipment for Russian and G-8 funded nuclear waste decontamination projects. At the moment the most urgent decontamination project is Andreyeva Bay, Building No.5, a highly contaminated former radioactive waste storage site undergoing decommissioning.
The total of projects to be funded in part by Russia, the G-8 or and/ or the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development is estimated to last until 2012 and perhaps beyond, will cost $4 billion and $2 billion of this amount will be funded under a G-8 funded decommissioning plan. Approximately $438.5 million of the $2 billion in working contracts have been concluded to date. NUCON-RF is awaiting any assignment of contracts.
So because of the shortsightedness of citronresearch they do not in any way grasp the very serious business that NUCON-RF is in and obviously as we have said they totally ignored the high level stature of the people running and connected to NUCON-RF.
This clean up above is only part of what is needed as we all know NUCON-RF has an agreement with ATOMSTROYEXPORT (another major part of what will become the giant ATOMPROM) in which NUCON-RF will become the project partner and supplier to ASE of technologies and services in the Chernobyl Shelter Implementation Plan funded by the G-7 donor countries through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Ukraine. The principal aim of the plan is to convert Chernobyl's Reactor 4, destroyed by the 1986 nuclear accident, into an environmentally-safe site.
You see citronresearch sees only that a company seemed to appear out of nowhere and have a run up in the stock price. What they do not see are the years of planning that have taken place before. The company for simplicity reasons took over and existing shell company to be on the US exchange as is a common practice. We know the company plans to move to the AMEX or other major exchange and they await the comment from their February FORM 10-SB filing.
NUCON-RF also has several proprietary technologies that have positioned the Company for multiple international projects.
NUCON-RF holds an exclusive license for NuCap™ in the Russian Federation and other CIS Countries. NuCap™ is a silicon-geopolymer material that stabilizes, encapsulates and stores nuclear waste for up to 170 years. It will be used on many of the cleanup sites.
NUCON-RF also owns a proprietary, moldable, non-toxic polymer-based nuclear energy shielding material known as FEECOM/BIECOM. FEECOM/BIECOM can be utilized in lieu of lead shielding. In the European Union, the use of lead will be banned as of 2010 for use in nuclear energy projects. NUCON-RF is in negotiations to establish its own European manufacturing facility for FEECOM/BIECOM as it anticipates strong demand for this product.
This should be enough for now to point out the total foolishness of the writing about NUCON-RF at citronresearch.
We would of course expect anyone to actually do something before they write and they made no call at all and no research either. We should expect them to remove their article from their site and to also make a retraction statement as they are being totally irresponsible and slanderous.
When we find out who these people are who hide behind their URL and make things up without checking first,. We will let you know.
OT -
I know this is OT but as we have had such a super move here so far and the CFPC is also up 70% so already in a week, if interested I wanted to mention CYRX as I sent a special alert out on it today
it can be read also here
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=18921376
Just delete this post 2create if it does not belong.
I notice the last post about a copy and paste job that Cameron did - said that he, Cameron did not even buy the stock but I sent him a newsletter at $0.55 cents giving the many reasons he just quoted....
Last month I put on the stock charts.com public page that NNRF is a lifestyle changing stock and last night I got a call from a 63 year old woman who bought 20,000 shares under a $1 and she called to say thanks as she and her husband have never made so much money on a stock.
Have a good day all
OT but still good
This is OT here but related as we brought you CFPC and NNRF also
NNRF as you know is up over 1,000% since suggested in our newsletter as I live in Russia and CFPC up over 70%
Today I did a special alert for CYRX as it also has what it takes for a long term move over the coming months and years
I posted part of it here as I cannot post my own website
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=18921376
For CFPC I think they will now maybe hold off on specific contract amounts - not positive but think they would rather wait until the move to AMEX. They have permission I understand to move with the stock price over $2 and that price does not look like it will take long.
I sent a Special Alert out today
iHub for some reason does not allow me to post a link that has my own site they I guess think it takes traffic from them but actually good content draws traffic too them - here if the text of that alert:
pril 19, 2007
This alert can also be read online at:
http://xxx/
This is a special situation alert for a stock we think is going to make a very good longer term hold from the current price. There is word that soon there will start a flow of some company information that may strongly effect the stock price to the upside. As you know the perfect timing as to when a stock may start the longer term move is quite hard to judge and the original idea on this company was to wait until news came out but we have seen a big increase in the volume of the stock in the last two days which reminds us of how CFPC started a week ago so wanted to bring this stock to your attention now instead of waiting and maybe finding the stock price much higher.
The company name is Cryoport, Inc, and they are in Southern California and pioneered patented technologies in cryogenic frozen packaging at -150º C, or lower, for transporting biological materials, including a reusable shipper currently in full production. (shown in yellow below)
In the medical field in general a vast number of materials have to be shipped at these very low temperatures. Many medicines such as in the area of live cell therapeutics for use in some cancer vaccines are an example of the need to ship at low temperatures. You may download http://www.firstcapitalinvestors.com/factsheets/CYRX.pdf an 8-page information sheet about the company and its products and services as well as the huge market potential they have.
Dry ice is used by others to ship temperature sensitive materials but it has many drawbacks as it does not last long and for any delays it would have to be re-iced so this does not make it very cost effective.
CryoPort's mission is providing cost effective, cryogenic packaging system for biological materials requiring, or benefiting from, a cryogenic temperature (colder than negative 150 degrees celsius) environment over an extended time period, which will significantly replace the currently used dry ice equipment as frozen shipping containers.
The market opportunity is huge as shown in the company literature. There are currently a minimum of 20 million frozen shipments made per year within CryoPort's target market's.
They outline the market size now in these areas as:
*
Biopharmaceutical Clinical Trials $1.80 Billion
*
Biopharmaceutical Distribution $1.18 Billion
*
Biotechnology Research $0.05 Billion
*
Miscellaneous Biologicals $0.30 Billion
*
Total Global Market $3.34 Billion
There are other uses of this technology also for categories that need to be shipped at low temperatures. Think of all the perishable products you can that are now being shipped frozen and you can begin to see the potential.
In March CryoPort entered into a business alliance agreement with Commodity Sourcing Group CSG. CSG is in the supply chain management area and helps in the supply and transportation arraignment for hospitals and others. The full press release is here:
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070313/0225994.html
We will have more information later and as the company releases information but decided not to wait and let the share price get away. Those of you who bought CFPC last week noticed that along with the huge buying for the first couple of days there was obviously a big seller who had some old shares and it took a couple of days. We do not know for sure but there may also be some shares like that in this case so if we see some selling it will pass as we saw last week in CFPC.
On the technical side the stock has had quite low volume as shareholders have waited for years for all of this to come together. You see the increase in volume the last two days and it is above the 50-day EMA and not far from the 200-day EMA at $1.33. The resistance beyond that is at $1.70 and at $2.10.
The long term weekly chart shows that there has been a bullish flag forming for several months and it broke out of the flag now. Longer term resistance is at $3.00 and $6.50.
You can go to the company website at www.cryoport.com and we strongly recommend you watch the video. CEO Peter Berry explains the advantages of cryogenic shipping in the video http://www.cryoport.com/company/insideCryoport.htm
The company plans to move off the pink sheets when the forms are completed and approved.
We think the downside in the stock is minimal and the upside very significant and will give more on that in the future.
We do not have numbers or projections for you in this note but felt this was time sensitive and wanted to let you know of the company and opportunity before others in the market place.
Abount exits - No exits now...
On exit strategies…
You may know from my public charts page at stockcharts (the most widely read of them all) that in playing break out stocks I have a policy as benzdealer wrote of to exit a portion of the stock pretty quickly to lock in gains then set a stop loss. This often limits upside potential but it makes up for it in never letting a winning trade turn into a losing one. This is great for many stocks but not all.
In the case of NUCON-RF there should be a stop for situational changes but for profit taking in my opinion a few things first have to take place to see how the stock performs after those events happen. To sell any before those events only lowers your upside potential profit and I am adding as it goes up not selling. It is called averaging up and it can be used when a stock continues to go up and new events take place.
Here are a couple of things that have to happen first before I will think of selling any stock.
One event will be the opening of a European plant for the production of the radiation shielding material FEECOM/BIECOM. When the plant is open I want to see the size of the orders. As this may become a major profit stream there is no way I would sell any shares until after I see the size of the first few orders. The use of lead in the EU will be banned in 2010 and at the moment there is no other company that has a replacement so I do not want to decrease the number of shares owned but increase them.
Another event(s) I want to see is the first awards for contracts from any combination of the G-8, Russian Government and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. I think the first will be for the Andreyeva Bay project but there are several others. The total money set aside so far is at least $4 billion – with a B – and to sell even a few shares in my opinion before we see some of those contracts is only limiting prospective profits.
The third thing I want to see in how the Russian government’s formation of ATOMPROM plays out later in the year. Some of you may be aware of GAZPROM. It was formed by the Russian government of natural gas and oil companies, and is closes to becoming the world largest company. I read that is market value is now about $248 billion. They think they will become the world’s largest company in not many years and reach a market cap of $1 trillion within 10 years.
They have no connection with ATOMOROM but to point out the way the Russian government has done when it has an ambitious goal. With ATOMORM being formed by buying up the controlling interest of commercial nuclear related companies they plan on being a powerhouse in the world and to give the French nuclear company AREVA and Japanese Westinghouse Toshiba and all others big competition. ATOMPROM has several divisions like Fuel, Export, Design and Construction and they are being very aggressive. They recently have made many acquisitions. Their division Atomenergomash as an example only a week ago announced the joint-venture with Frances’s Alstrom. This as I say is to point out that this is big-boy league and not to think of it as a trade.
Yes NUCON-RF is relatively small at the moment but this is the ground floor. They have made some acquisitions this year, the type that ATOMPROM may have been interested in and have an amazing leadership team. How else do you think that this US company can be the only one to enter the Nuclear market in Russia. The CEO Prof. Valery Lebedev, PhD Russia's former Deputy Nuclear Power Minister – you can get only one level higher than that folks. Chairman of the Board is Larry McQuade, JD. And he was formerly Vice Chairman of Prudential Mutual Fund Management and Executive Vice President with W.R. Grace & Co. and a great choice for international leadership. A big thing not to overlook is that Professor Valery Zubov, Ph.D was appointed to the Board of Advisors - Mr. Zubov is recognized as among the most influential figures in the Russian Parliament's financial sector. A top ranking Deputy of the Duma. Wake up if anyone is sleeping! This is not a small time company only a tiny stock price at the moment.
With the renaissance of not only nuclear power but in the responsible remediation of hazardous sites gaining much strength around the word I think it is penny wise and pound foolish to treat this stock as a trade and to sell any at these low levels.
When we see ATOMPROM on a major exchange and have seen the other two things I mentioned - FEECOM/BIECOM plant opening and the first few sales plus the first few contracts given by G-8 for cleanup projects then we can again review the stock price but right now the investing world has yet to know of this company.
A listing on the Russian market would help and one in London or other world markets also. Of course a move to AMEX or Nasdaq will take place and that also will help spread the word about the company
So these are a few of the things to watch for and until we see the results of all of them it is totally premature to even talks of exit points. – well if ATOMPROM offered $30 or so you may take some off the table….but that can be a later discussion.
You can always call me as even though I live in Moscow I have a USA number that rings here. My number is on my site which I am not allowed to mention says iHub.
Our time is 8 hours ahead of NYC.
I think it is this week that there will be a London meeting about the Andreyeva Bay part of the clean up a. Not sure that we will hear soon about it but there may be some news this week.
With only counting the contracts from ATOLL and the two recent acquisitions in the works, if NUCON does triple the production at those two new plant as it says then the current profits may be about $15.4 million as those contracts complete. This is only a back of the napkin calculation but with about 35 million shares outstanding that would be $0.44 and at a PE of 20 = $8.80 today and PE 25 = $11. This may not count all expenses but also does not count any additions to contracts at ATOLL.
You can check my math but even without counting any remediation projects or power filters or FEECOM/BIECOM I think the stock could double or triple.
OK agree -
was totally unaware of that posting a link to a site you own is not allowed. So it is ok to post a link to another site - and it is ok for another user to post a link to my site? Very strange but if that is the rule I will follow.
Generally sites that have ads want to have high traffic and that comes from rich content. At stockcharts I send them 100,000 extra hits a month as you can see on the charts page. SO far thsi month 17,000 page hits for the first page alng so liley well over 50,000 so far so they get revenue for this and they give me free use. Obviously I do not send so much traffic to iHub but never intended any post to advertise my site but only to show information and sometimes that is on my site like the sign up page for NNRF news.
Thanks a lot.
Dave - As I understand the TOU says you cannot post more than TWO boads with similar message. I have not violated that
As far as advertrising the site - the board is NNRF and I live in Russia and I visit the company and its main people so of course people know of my site and go to it for the informaniton some times but I send many more to Ihub then I take away for sure- I am one of the main sources of information for that company. I do not at all understand how that violates anything. This is not nor has it ever been used as a pump of my site as it is well known. Look at stockcharts.com public charts and you will see mine are the number one most read and I am Hall of Fame recipient from them.
The point is I am not advertising but being honest who I am and not hiding behind a made up name. This way people can trust what I post and my phone number is listed.
If you want me to use a phoney name I can but seems to me not very honest.
I will do what you want but I have been careful I thought in upholding all the Rules.
Thanks
Have no idea why suspended
I mostly only make any post on one board NNRF but sometimes on others but maybe 4 in the last month.
I do not spam or move off topic and and am known on the board I post as I use my real name.
I cannot imagine that I broke any TOU Rule at all. No off topic discussions at all and no spam etc.
Please explain how this happened.
Cool it abdul
You seem to like to flame people and ideas and that is not the purpose of these boards.
You seem to think NNRF is new or that i jstu found out about it - as I posted in September I went to the company then so am not new to the stock as I have owned it for 7 months.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13255242
The company as you do not seem to know owns 50% on a company making parts for nuclear power plants and is buying two more companies. They also have the technology for radioactive shielding that can replace lead and lead is to be banned in Europe in 2010.
I do not care one thimble about GBMR - wish you luck with it. I do not trade that kind of stock. If they start to make money and trade over a buck I may take another look but not now.
You can look at the site and see we trade break out stocks and have a few long term -- meaning a year or more - stocks to hold and NNRF is one of them. The activity now is not so important as we are looking at 2008 and 2009 as the nuclear sector is heating up.
Please stop your flames as they are not appreciated by anyone.
bat scam 300 ton
if a company were to want to order 300 ton why would they buy through a 3rd party.
The product was invented in Moscow and licensed to EUOT and they licensed it to GBMR to the best of my knowledge. Maybe the license instead could be bought.
There is obviously a problem with GBMR - they have 37 million in debt and even though the President of Global Matrechs, Michael Sheppard, said that NUCON-RF will need a minimum of 250 metric tons of NuCap the price of GBMR went down.
Regardless - I do not trade sub penny stocks and for GBMR - As of September 30, 2006, the Company had incurred losses resulting in an accumulated deficit of approximately $37 million. The report of 'Global Matrechs Inc's prior registered independent public accounting firm dated March 27, 2006 included a going-concern qualification, which indicated an absence of obvious or reasonably assured sources of future funding that will be required to maintain ongoing operations.
abdul no, bigdog ot
abdul no - would not think of buying sub penny as that is why it is there - and this is wrong board
bigdog - that question best on my board - not here - thanks it is beautiful
big dog
"I missed the entry point for NNRF last week, what should I do now?"
I showed a chart of FRPT a few posts back as NNRF may follow a similar track. If you intend to hold the stock a while - buy it. If it dips some - buy it. You do not have to make your full purchase at one time so average into the stock. The Company ECOL that does radioactive waste management has a market cap of $350 million and trades at $19 and had sales of $118 million. NNRF will need to be $10 to have only that market cap but their sales in 2008 should be much higher.
Remember that not many yet know of the company and you cannot yet buy it on the Russian stock market so when it is available there they will have to pay the going price which may be a lot higher than now.
I guess if GBMR were legitimate
meaning if they were to receive money from the NUCON-RF sales
it would not be trading at the price it is now.
Seems to me if you look, that the owners of GBMR uses any run up up in the past to sell and issue more shares.
I would not want to be a shareholder of that one.
The chart shows the technical support and resistance but I am not trading it only as the upside is so much that I can live through any profit taking. There are so many things going on that I would rather hold during any up sand downs and not miss the big picture.
When you are holding a stock for maybe 10x gain then to trade it in and out to try and scalp 10-20 cents seems silly to me.
There are plenty of stocks I trade for short term gains in and out but not this one.
For me about the least speculative investment I can think off at this price. In last weekend's newsletter I compared it to FRPT as far as potential goes and how chart is acting so far.
The listing on OTC is waiting on the SEC to make any comments then to answer any then they will file to move and that can take 4 weeks to 2 months. Would not be surprised to see a listing in Russia before that.
Remember who is on the board and what companies they have been buying and that Russia is forming ATOMPROM and that was approved by the Russian parliament and Valery Zubov member of the Board of Advisors of NUCON-RF is in the parliament and CEO was Russia's former Deputy Nuclear Power Minister and they have a contract with the operator of all state-owned Russian nuclear power plants. etc etc etc
FRPT took a year to climb and likewise NNRF is not an overnight. FRPT did $169 million in sales and NNRF may do double that in 2008. They are looking for a plant in Europe to make FEECOM/BIECOM as the use of lead for shielding is to be banned in 2010 in EU.
Re: where the accumulation has been coming
There are only about 4 million shares floating and a lot of those actually are being held for growth not day trading.
The Brokerage that is sponsoring the move to the OTC who was here in Moscow last week it seems is not going to wait to let their branch offices spread the word.
Maybe we will see soem news tomorrow or Friday
MrPlum 0 OTC process
I am not a broker but what the basics are - The company filed form 10-SB with the SEC a month ago to make them fully reporting. Now the SEC can and usually comes back with some questions. When that is finished likely sometime in April - (cannot know for sure) then the sponsoring broker files form 15c-211. That is the form to set up the process to move to the OTC. It can take weeks to 2 months. (again definite time not known)
The volume is low now as so few know of the stock. Of the about 35 million shares outstanding only under 4 million shares are floating so the volume you see is from small players flipping their stock for some small gains.
I think that once the stock gets to the last may high of around $2.50 you will see the volume picking up. To move off the OTC to say the AMEX I believe still requires a $4 minimum. The time that may take I have no idea but would guess still this year as so many good things are in the works now.
The approval of using NuCap in Russia may come very soon and will be used in many of the clean up projects.
The company is in negotiations for establishing their own manufacturing plant in Europe for FEECOM/BIECOM. The law in Europe banning lead goes into effect in 2010 so many are very interested in FEECOM/BIECOM now as they know they have to stop using lead.
you gan Google "andreeva bay nuclear" to get soem idea of only one of many sites needing clean up the the G8 will help fund.
Met with the Investment bankers
Very impressed with the team from 3 US firms that were here in Moscow including the brokerage that will sponsor the move to OTC
Read about the size of the nuclear waste and or contamination problem in the world and see how few companies there are in the field - others like PESI and ECOL both with revenues under what are expected of ATOLL and Nucon-RF has yet to anounce any clean up contract awards as yet.
Look at the leadership of Nucon-RF with offices in the USA Germany and Russia.
There are under 4 million shares in the float so not many to trade and that is why it is hard to buy. Only shares come from flippers which is helpful to let long term holders in but not many shares at all availabe.
There is no volume because
No one yet knows of the company only a few here and some private investors.
This will change and more will know. It is hard to buy but averaging up can work also.
"ATOLL had 2006 revenue of $43,137,000 and is expected to compile revenue of $120 million and profit of $22.2 million in 2007.......
Quarterly cash dividends for 2007 onwards will reflect NUCON's 50% ownership in ATOLL"
$22 million in profits 50% to Nucon-RF - now outstanding shares of 34.7 million - you do the math to find an EPS and price to meet the industry average PE of 22
iBox - is that a new Apple product?
Yes now the right side of the chart needs to be the right side of the V
Now back above trend line on chart
With this tiny volume it may not mean much short term but nice to see it back up there again as the future looks good and they report very soon.
Re: What charting service to professional traders use?
"What charting service to professional traders use?"
The most popular are Signal nd Qcharts though now both are owned by Esignal. TC2000 also very high on professional list.
There are a lot of side packages like Metastock and really a bundle of specialty ones but the two above are really popular. I prefer Qchars program over Esignal.
I have used stockcharts for 5 years to share charts and also to keep a list of the Dow sector charts and steel and gold etc all in their own folders for quick checking in the tiny chart review. They to me are the best for sharing in chat rooms though tons of other will also work in a pinch.
But I agree that they really screwed up today by not having a back up
" But the demand for solar cells will peak" Ha ha
once everyone has a calculators they will never be sold again - when someone buys a mobile phone the industry will die. Starbucks wil nto grow anymore as they have too many stores now....etc
solar will be increasing much longer then any of us will live
we just hope it starts becoming popular before then
and this is the 49th week
I thought I read that the meeting to determine how much money would go toward some nuclear clean up would be in the 49th week but now do not find where I read that
The forming of a new company is interesting to help raise money and attract interest. I suppose it is to help do business though. We do not know any details of share increase yet though.
It is interesting how some of the Chinese com pay stocks can take off for a while.
This company as far s I read did about 1.5 million is sales and now they expect another million but the market cap I see is $186 million based on 52 million shares outstanding if accurate. Of course this is very high even CTDC which is vastly overpriced has a cap of 95 million; but right now it is a momentum stock so no one cares it seems, but expect at some point it will matter.
VOIP has been used in China a lot longer and much more popular then in the USA. For many years companies like AT&T route most of their traffic there using VOIP as it was widely accepted by the Chinese and the price is much better. Now in the USA I am not sure what percentage of the "normal" calls you make is actually using VOIP and of course they will not tell you as it is not important. VOIP does not need the Internet so to speak, it is a protocol that takes analog signals and converts it to digital packets and traditionally can use the Internet but much of its use is on normal leased lines as then the quality can be guaranteed. I use Net2Phone to call China for many years. What is most popular there is buying phone cards and all of them are VOIP. The country of course has a great lack of phone lines but that can grow pretty fast and with the use of moble phones there is not as much need for old style "land lines".
Here are two images
I can see all images on message boards but a friend who lives in Canada said they can't and sent me this picture
I then went to that message board and looked and can see it fine....
I guess if you use live charts you are supposed to pay - so if Ihub pays like $2,000 a month they can use live charts.
I wrote to stockcharts about this many months ago but they have no real price schedule. And now it seems very strange as sometimes they work perfectly and sometime they don't. And some work for some viewers and not for others.
So it seems now that many message boards will loose all their charts if they were live ones. Stockcharts really should have made a notice about this.
If I send a link to a friend like MOVI http://tinyurl.com/ue4eq that one is to the chart image so it might no longer work
so I could send http://tinyurl.com/t8rm2
that is the full chart page so uses more resources and takes longer to download.
They need to be clear about it but heck they do not even have a simple search function so you can find your charts...
logistics software and supply chain management
that is what Dichain software / CTGLF does
ETUF wants to do that also but guess they have a beter promotion department.
"e-Future Information Technology wants to tap into China's distribution future. The company provides supply chain management and logistics software and related hardware to manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers."
Ahorrador when Peal bought Dichain Asia they said they did not know what they would do with those shares.
There are about 265 million shares outstandng so their 5% would be about 13 million.
About this new posture CU - isn't it interesting that when a stock drops there are those who have suppsedly no interest in the company to come out of the blue with warnings to all re telling year old news.
We can tell their motive prety easily. They want the share price lower.
DR. Frank Fan is not a good business person but he dos have a ton of stock in CTGLF and he does have a Capital Mangement company that seeks M&A activity so you can be sure he is always still looking for more activity for this company and stock.
