stocksearcher2000 - the time it takes the SEC..

They filed as fully reporting and the next step is for the comment period, If I am wording that correctly, when the SEC can comment and ask for more information. When that is finished and the SEC "signs off" then they can apply to the AMEX or NASDAQ. I have heard that the AMEX may be faster.

I was looking at the past press releases and guess that the first payment from ATOLL will show up soon:

"Under Russian corporate law, NUCON's participation in ATOLL's profits will be received in the form of quarterly cash dividends from ATOLL's operations. In April 2007, NUCON intends to receive its first dividend of $247,000 from the 13.25% of ATOLL it owned of record as of the end of the fourth quarter 2006."

Of course now they own 50% of ATOLL so the payments in the future will start to be noticed more.

By the way, someone was asking about accounting for ATOLL. You know they do so much government work they need a totally government approved company for this.

Here is the website of that accounting and services company

2K http://www.2kaudit.ru/en/

Some of their recent client projects : Among our last distinguished projects there are:

"Appraisal of business within merger of OAO «Rosneft» and OAO «Gazprom», evaluation of Shtockman gas field and Prirazlomnoe oil field, audit of FGUP «Russian Federal Nuclear center»"

Note Gazprom as a client of this firm - Gazprom is soon to become the world's largest company and even now has a market cap of over $300 Billion.

In case you do not have Russian fonts on your computer - this is the way ATOLL looks in Russian

this is the link to that page - the page shows them of course in the Nuclear Reactor business.

http://www.diptex.ru/firms/nuclear_reactors_and_their_components/single/a/6048850.html

to translate from Russian you can use http://www.promt.ru/

this search page has many links for ATOLL

http://tinyurl.com/2kplpf

Most of the links are not too interesting - it is a well know company but they do not have a store where you drive up to buy your daily nuclear reactor needs :) and no on line orders using Visa or Master card

Someone questioned why ATOLL agreed to sell 50% and I pretty much addressed this on many levels - and already you see the increased business but some additional comments:

ATOLL had and has confidence in a very substantial stock price because they are totally aware of the ATOMPROM opening and NUCON's ability to put them into multilateral international projects, including at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development to supply parts and equipment to non-Russian reactors.

ATOLL is now involved in both the VELKNOT and ELECTROPRIVOD acquisitions and are therefore participating in an aggressive M&A activity which will leave ATOLL as a substantially larger entity; e.g from 220 employees to over 2,000 and involved in larger market share and have larger product offerings for the nuclear industry.

This is not hard stuff to figure out so it is just so nutty for that site to go on and on about nonsense. They only need to take a 10 hour flight and visit these facilities and see the 1,000s working. The VELKNOT and ELECTROPRIVOD acquisitions are not yet completed but know they are in the works. The ATOLL one went well and now they have experience in doing this.
