MrPlum 0 OTC process

I am not a broker but what the basics are - The company filed form 10-SB with the SEC a month ago to make them fully reporting. Now the SEC can and usually comes back with some questions. When that is finished likely sometime in April - (cannot know for sure) then the sponsoring broker files form 15c-211. That is the form to set up the process to move to the OTC. It can take weeks to 2 months. (again definite time not known)

The volume is low now as so few know of the stock. Of the about 35 million shares outstanding only under 4 million shares are floating so the volume you see is from small players flipping their stock for some small gains.

I think that once the stock gets to the last may high of around $2.50 you will see the volume picking up. To move off the OTC to say the AMEX I believe still requires a $4 minimum. The time that may take I have no idea but would guess still this year as so many good things are in the works now.

The approval of using NuCap in Russia may come very soon and will be used in many of the clean up projects.

The company is in negotiations for establishing their own manufacturing plant in Europe for FEECOM/BIECOM. The law in Europe banning lead goes into effect in 2010 so many are very interested in FEECOM/BIECOM now as they know they have to stop using lead.

you gan Google "andreeva bay nuclear" to get soem idea of only one of many sites needing clean up the the G8 will help fund.
