This is an insane selloff and represents a screaming buying opportunity. The loss was due entirely due to the impairment / inventory charge on the GEO comsat business, which everyone knew was performing badly. It's a non-cash charge, the company still generated $500 million in sales for the quarter and operating cash flow of $161 million. Almost guaranteed they will be selling off the GEO comsat business and that is a good thing. It will eliminate the drag on earnings going forward and the rest of the business is doing quite well and very profitable with an excellent outlook. The company is almost entirely owned by instititutions and even with the big price drop it is not a big exit by the institutions because the volume yesterday was 3.3 million shares and today will probably end up another 2 million. That's 5 million shares out of 60 million outstanding, or less than 10% of total shares that generated a 50% loss over the last 2 days. This company has spent most of the last 5 years well over $50 per share with excellent overall prospects going forward, particularly after getting the GEO business off the books. They should have strong earnings next year and the stock is getting washed out right now. Quality stocks getting washed out with these crazed selloffs almost always turn out to be wonderful buying opportunities and this should be no exception. There is no company-threatening fundamental issue remotely justifying a selloff like this -it is an extreme over-reaction to an off quarter which should have been no surprise to anyone who understands impairment charges. All the brilliant analysts usually miss the boat on this sort of thing then blame the company when they do what accounting standards require them to do, which is to write down the assets of business that is deemed unrecoverable. MAXR has had problems for a couple of years now with the declining GEO business and now they take the writedown it seems to take everyone by surprise. Crazy. I'm buying on this ridiculous over-reaction. Heavy institutional ownership means smart money is in the stock and most of them are not selling. That means this is mainly small holders getting scared out.

Also, in the works, are Panda feet, roasted Dolphin, Swans arelady scheduled, and my personal favorite - Garlic Shrimps w/Sracha & Piska sauce.

Overreaction, especially on NYSE-American (main listing is on TSX-Canadian)
This drop in revenue/loss was expected, but overreaction is pure fake panic, it will rebound, NOT to previous targest of $60 :), but definitely 25-30.
This company supplies NASA, US Dept of Defense (Air & Space Force), Satellite-based Imaging for global companies, etc... it won't stay down long.
The drop in revenue reflects a change in how Government & Comemrcial satcom companie recently spend their money - less on GEOstationary satellites & more on Micro-satellties., this is a transition and it's always painful for most companies, Maxar won't stay down long.... MEANWHILE I used opportunity to buy exactly 1K shares today cheaply :) (approx. $15,000 or so, I (still) keep buying tomorrow & while it's obscenely cheap, so amount not finalized yet).
If so, TDAmeriTrade is misreporting AMPG as "OTC" since today, instead of "OTC-B" it's been for years. Furthermore, TDAmeriTrade even reported zero bids & price range $0-0, so must be broker's temporary (software?) glitch...
1) The real "stuck" isn't me, but today's downgrade of AMPG from OTC-B listing to plain OTC, just one notch above Pink Sheets. Which is worrisome. As you know, OTC listings can be in several classes -X (best), -B (ok), plain OTC, Pink (serious trouble). Also, regardless of -class (in general) OTC-traded securities tend to be troublesome vs. regulated exchanges e.g. Nyse, Nasdaq, Amex, Tsx, Ftse, Dax, Cac, etc.
Well today I worry Amplitech changed listing from OTC-B (better) to plain OTC (worse).
2) Parts:
No, NOT stuck - I've buyers but they're direct competitors of Amplitech, & I don't want to hurt AmpliTech after the other week my boss revealed Fawad only said good things about me & Fawad done this contradictory good words/refences on multiple occasions thru 10+ years. So Iam contemplating shipping parts for FREE to AmpliTech... my problem though, someone else (another partner) also vested $14K into it, so I need to convince partner to give up some of this inventory as a gift... he's rich so he might let me ship to Fawad some parts FREE... thinking here.
Stupid company couldn't even seize opportunity toget parts cheaply - parts used daily in (almost) every amplifier.
Sorry, but a fact.
I had enough ! After a day like today, it's better to focus on day job than trading, better do Socks than Stocks. At least Socks are in demand, stocks on the contrary recently suck like Goldman Sachs
Today was "Full Moon" day - in NewYork, dated 24Oct2018
As most people know, Moon phases affect crime & human behavior (in general).
Especially that of mental patients & Securities/Stock Traders.
Crime, fear, depression, compulsive selling at a loss, etc. are more prevalent on Full Moon dates.
Werewolves run amock across NASDAQ hallways.
"Interesting & bizarre read..."
Mike, that's b/c you've not lived long enough to read truly bizarre opuses. Which I produced in 1999-early 2000's before Lyme.Tick & Toxic.Mold reduced my brain's capacity.
I can't even drive as fast as usedto (90mph+), quit coffee, women don't seem as interesting, and I often ponder the costs of a burial. Parents are now ancient, no help from them, the opposite - i must help them. I lost $65K on Marijuana & Bitcoin stocks. Hair moved from scalp to face.
Dead eyes see no future, broken hope.
OK, now I need to go eat at McDonald's, & the cockroach I saw last night in toilet needs to be killed !
Suspicious is a certain trader, could be insider (?), who does microscopic trades of 200-300-max 500 shares at opening or closing bell, JUST to move shareprice up to the Ask.Price - if it went down during the day, the guy is trying to bring it up by merely 200 shares transaction (10 bucks), artificially trying to impress public that pps price "never drops" at the end of day.
His volume of course is a joke (200 shares at 5cents/share is 10 bucks, if his brokerage allows free penny stock transactions!), but his goal seems a psychological one.
"Buy 200 shares a few minutes before Closing bell at 3:59PM EST and shareprice jumps just dueto to these few shares bought, given extremely low market.cap:, I also will reveal I did similar but with even fewer volume - JUST ONE (SINGLE) share trade (for 9 cents back when it was 9) moved shareprice, I was amazed! I did so while my brokerage was on promotion with "500 Free trades for new accounts for 60 days", it was ME that you people wondered about in 2017 as to who was "drip drip dripping a single share every few minutes". I was naive and less experienced then than now, I thought I'd cause big expense for those who bought my share paying for each transaction $9.99 to TDAmeritrade, Fidelit, etc in that year si buyers woldn't sell ti cheap. I didn't understand how it works. I couldn't save AMPG... eventually sold and decided to wait until better times to re-enter.
But this is a gimmick.
Whoever does it is a kid or some desperado - 200 or 500 shares bought cannot hold a shareprice steady, as next day price reverts to proper defined by Exchange or OTC, and yet someone keeps doing these microscopic 200-share trades almost daily since a few months ago or even since Summer 2018. Typically kids or newbies playing with nanocap securities.
If someone has a few Million, they could do a hostile takeover of whole company like this nanocap.
I won't post anymore for a long time, busy w/more important things.
AMPG News: Report of Proposed Sale of Securities (144)
Just noticed by accident (!), a SEC form filed today (?) showing Microphase to sell a somewhat large volume of shares around October 25 (a day from now). Weird. Has NOTHING todo w/discussion below or me, but i noticed dueto hanging around this board while writing my several posts, today.
A weird coincidence.
Shareprice is likely drop on October 25 dueto Microphase selling, nothing todo with me or anyone here... and I suspect reason is troubles at DPW Holdings which acquired Microphase a year or so ago, as cryptocurrencies crashed (DPW Holdings was deep into Bitcoin), their stock followed & crashed, now DPW needs cash, one way to get it is their subsidiary Microphase sell part of stake in Amplitech.
Correct me if Iam wrong, but in any case if you see bad price moves on October 25 (tomorrow) it's nothing todo with me or anyone posting here... it is Microphase.
Honsetly Iam NOT insulting or making fun of anyone here, now, Microphase will dent your portfolio again, and it's not me... stop seeking imaginary scapegoats. Microphase and their parent DPW is in big trouble. They DPW also like AMPG cost me a loss, except much bigger than AMPG - I lost approx. $16K DPW + 3K on AMPG = $19K, part of which recovered on huge NTNX gains ($27 to 38/share)...
Good night, and stop blaming little guys posting here for "price manipulation". Iam not a Millionaire to make big moves, though for a nanocap like AMPG it maybe significant I maintain I've nothing todo with your troubles, I sold it at 9 cents or so, was in at 14, 16cents or whatever... don't remembe. It's the market, in this case Microphase/DPW action, NOT me.
Praise the Lord, I've roof, car, food, etc. and these losses aren't as significant as people losing houses in wildfires, floods or getting terminal diseases.
Stocks can be a lottery, never risk more than 5% of net worth as my boss warned, LOL, and he lost 270K on Cryptocurrency (but he's a millionaire & other partner is almost a Billionaire... no sweat)
That's good news. Hopefully Backlog will translate into Sales & eventually big Profits.
I still keep AMPG on Watchlist - to probably reOpen a position which closed in 2017 as it caused me loss (in late 2016-early 2017), maybe new year will be better. Backlog is nice indeed, $2 Million (if it ships to buyers).
Go long on AMPG !
P.S. "Bigtime price manipulation... & slander"
Hi Ramsnasty,
So that you know, and I mean with a good will towards you - not to criticize but to educate you:
CEO is very smart, an engineer & technology executive in one, BUT we all have our idiosyncrasies. He has descended into "I'll sue them for Slander !!" ype of threats many years agom he shoots it in emails & phoen calls regularly whenever business growth (or lack thereof) displeases him, instead of fixing INTERNAL problems, he blames the OUTSIDE world. "The enemies are out to get me" that's his new credo.
He's accused countless, I mean countless x-partners, he called some by cruse words I maynot post on a public board.
He is angry, Period.
The Lawsuit will be interesting, and I feel sorry for his coming loss and legal fees :) , actually a smiley here maynot be appropriate, I feel bad for him, but it'd be fun to knock off his Lwyer once and for all. We have a multi-$Billion corporation behind us, go sue us outside NewYork for fabricated imaginary "price manipulation" & trade secrets dated by late 1980's/early 1990's all of which expired in stone age, used by industry worldwide and just a pile of his steaming dreams that Amplitech "invented Microwaves"
There's a rumor than x-Employee "Y" i.e. yet ANOTHER ONE besides emplyee "X", is ALSO working for a competitor and in same state outside NewYork.
LOL !!! Not just one, now three people fled to competitors and working in a certain sunny warm State.
There's a rumor not only one, but three lawsuits need to be chased by Amplitech & its poor suffering lawyer, three (3), did you realize? Not one, not two, but now even 3.
I know who the other 2 are :) In fact, met one. Crazy, when I saw them in person thousand miles away from Amplitech I rubbed my eyes in disbelief - is this a dream?
Indeed, working all together is a dream. A dream team of capable engineers, who don't tolerate doggy treatment and threats from paranoid aging x-employer that you just shared .... "bigtime price manipulation"
MWAHAHAHAHAH How do you price manipulate with merely $9K or so position? If Stock price remains in gutter, MAYBE company itself is what its stock is... yet it's seeking excuses/scapegoats for its financial fundamentals in outside world and in someone who has zero todo with Amplitech's troubled Stock pps, Btw I've held this penny stock AMPG long enough to actually be interested in opposite - it its success, NOT downfall and I sold at a LOSS myself. I lost money on it.
P.S. And thank you Ramsnasty for revealing this fact of "rumor" on a public board... I couldn't imagine until today that Amplitech has ramped up its foolishness to a full blown paranoid nonsense, but now it is evident Amplitech's management needs psychiatric therapy to understand it is not outside world, it is ITSELF fundamentals that keep its Stock price under the lid.
DESIGN new products with engineers who keep running away, how :)
Good luck in the State courtroom, their lawyer needs to study not only NY but also Federal & other States statutes regarding Trade Secrets, more carefully, esp. when applied to certain advanced free States outside New York which toss all such angry paranoid lawsuits into trash bin. Intel vs AMD, Qualcomm vs. Broadcom, Samsung vs. Apple countersuit, and so on know it all too well
I held a tiny $9K position in AMPG, unlike my $70-90K positions in "big boy" stocks, I could care less for AMPG and don't even know how to "manipulate" prices
"Bigtime for price manipulation and slander.."
For sure. The genius & his poor Lawyer are about to learn a lesson. Can't wai tto see them getting a new Loan to cover legal fees and then lose.
The same behavior stemmign from divorce, was transposed onto busienss and multiple business partners/"friends" who in the end get lost.
Let's see how it goes this time... remember Einstein's quote "doing the same thign over & over again, and expecting a different result, is insanity".
Miteq, Amplicomm, divorce, now threatenign me? Ha :)
BRING IT ON. The State of California can't wai for New York FOOLS to challenge its statutes and NC/ND Laws.
Just lame.
Only 2 reasons possible:
a) Perpetual lack of money, but not likely as I set prices insanely below orig. P.O.'s/far below AmpliTech's normal expense (which i happen to know "from A to Z"). Resistors & bars cheap as sand, just not totally Free.
OR more likely
b) Pride. "We won't buy from evil him..." OK, continue hurting themselves. Meanwhile I met certain folks who want them, but i still hold Resistors dueto AmpliTech being able use them more properly & zero support would be needed from me - they use exactly such parts, whereas new buyer wouldn't be as familiar so i may end up helping with installation which is a hassle... but in the end will happen if AmpliTech desires to miss opportunity.
No common sense in these people.
A week or more went by and I did sell much of Amplitech-kind of parts (used by Amplitech daily), to another buyer. Still have several categories of the most Customized parts exactly for Amplitech (resistors & bars), but wouldn't be surprised if geniuses at Amplitech would let these (remaining) great parts slip away.
They punish themselves, b/c buying them from precisely same suppliers that both Amplitech & I used, costs 3-4x more ==> incidentally, Amplitech is punishing you guys (Investors) as Stock [AMPG] could benefit from much lower cost of raw materials that I offered to them to close my storage.
No common sense - pride at the expense of their own business (& your portfolio).
Historically, NutaniX management downplays expectations for each/new quarter, only to beat those & Analysts' expectations of revenue. Thus, come 28 November 2018 (Earnings date) & you'll see once again a beat & approaching break-even loss/profit for this new Google-partnered co.
Huge %Dividend coming this November 2018
$60's-70's is Morgan Stanley or Goldman's analyst's target... ignore the lone shorter Mr. Hosseini from Susquehanna, his success rate in past was 53% & he's known to had set AMD target to $9 yet within months AMD reached upper $20's-$30... no spell check, too busy
This week I plan to (though, no guarantee) offer to AmpliTech/AMPG some widely used parts at perhaps 40-50% off OEM, via third-party (as I refuse to deal w/AMPG directly) + for other reasons, stock should (?) creep up, alittle. Whether AMPG's rise can hold long-term, not sure, and if Third Quarter earnings are bad, my actions can't help... floor can plunge under this stock if bad earnings report. But let's hope it'll be a decent quarter - AmpliTech probably deserves a credit for its exhaustive work to amend past fallacies. Perhaps he absorbed criticism in 2015 and acted upon, though slow, somewhat, and didn't act in years gone by (2012 & 2008 when issues were raised by me) reaching older age than he should've; he should care for own health along w/work, but i think the guy named Shaf can be a strong #2, when CEO (Fawad) takes breaks (despite lacking engr.education & typical young guy's overconfidence, management-wise Shaf is great as #2 & same Asian country of origin... even Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, or such, need #2 until we can clone humans cheaply :])
Anyways, I'll try to help w/Parts, AMPG uses them on EVERY amplifier/everyday, but admittedly little remains at my SkyWorks Corp. storage (in south.CA) - as most (already) sold to other buyers & some I made my other boss sell to CEO (Fawad) at discount, latest batch was just a month ago. I can't be angry until death - Iam kind of mellower now after past 3 years were good enough, & smoking stuff from GWPH Pharmaceuticals (target at $240/share) helps... ok kidding.
since Last Supper...
forever Yours,
Sir Mummified
Smart people work there. $230-235/share within 2 quarters, regardless of who's in WhiteHouse. I worked w/Raytheon's engineers ordering our communications amplifiers, also LockheedMartin & Darpa - some of the smartest people on planet Earth. The products aren't "humane" but necessary to maintain peace. One, though not main reason I buy stocks in such companies, despite slow/not too volatile/not "exciting", big companies, is their people designing amazing products, envied by rest of world. Marijuana can jump around but with Raytheon I sleep better knowing won't wakeup to a disastrous loss like fools who bought Bitcoins nor will I get rich " quick", RTN is rather steady rise in shareprice, esp. guaranteed in current unstable world with flaring conflicts, from Korea to whatever else. Demand for Raytheon's products will stable or rise, like it or not, military.conflicts aren't going away.
This announced on 31 August 2018, i.e. 2 weeks ago:
Despite a small Earnings miss vs. consensus:
CFRA KEEPS BUY OPINION ON BIG LOTS, INC. SHARES
10:44 am ET August 31, 2018
We are adjusting our target by $1 to $49, applying a peer average P/E multiple of 10.9X, which is below BIG's three-year historic average of 13.0X. Shares are down significantly today on a Jul-Q 11.9% earning miss of $0.59 compared to $0.67 consensus estimate. Almost all of the earnings shortfall came from rising transportation costs that rose $6M in Jul-Q, nearly double the pace in Apr-Q. With rising operating costs, we are lowering our EPS estimates in FY 19 (Jan.) by $0.05 to $4.50 and FY 20's by $0.10 to $4.85 a share. We see FY 19 same-store sales up 2%, in line with Jul-Q's results. BIG increased its inventory to position it for autumn sales for harvest and Halloween, while its furnishing department has added a new assortment of fireplaces. Both furniture and soft home (flooring, home decor, bath and window) sales were up 5%. During Jul-Q, BIG opened 4 stores and closed 4, leaving it with 1,415 stores. It bought back $100M, or 2.4M shares.
I fired AMPG/Fawad. Sorry to break the truth, publicly.
CEO can jump around, hang upside down, apply "lipstick" to the ugly truth, but I fired him.
Since it feels bad to admit, he lies to public that he can fire professional people ;) ... he could hardly find anyone to work the roles he wanted. I won't for under $127K year. Maybe office cleaners, he can "fire", not us. We, many of us, quit. Nobody regretted ;)
Understand 2 more things:
1) Whether AMPG is a long or short play, is less important than length of that long play. AMPG has been a LOOOOOOONG play since year 2001, similar to Baltia Airlines (BLTA), WHILE YOU'd make enormous money on other (truly innovative) companies using money you tied up on this toasted/overbaked AMPG.
For example, on Nutanix (NTNX), AMD, or Terp (Amd is too late now, became too expensive but NTNX still a buy)
2) I fired Fawad. Sorry to break the truth publicly.
The important thing is CEO lies to you & rest of public for the obvious reason - no Public Company, or business owners in general, want repetitive departures of his professional employees to be known. But I don't blame you for that post since you vannit know truth other than a lie CEO is forced to repeat. I general, I changed my high opinion of him long ago. My only wish is you not lose big money on this joke of a stock... short it smartly again & again, like a typical penny stock. Your & our best hope is someone acquires this company, but we won't be buyers. We considered an offering but concluded No. Hilariously, CEO seriously thibjs the opposite shoukd happen - he should buy other companies. Good effin* luck.
Same here.
Dip is driven by Institutions taking profit this month. Will be back at $62-68.
I ponder if Google might acquire NutaniX, fully.
P.S. I live approx. 270 miles from company
Two (2) things:
1) CEO of this company (AmpliTech/AMPG)'s been LYING for years that he "let go"/"fired" a number of individuals. Those individuals QUIT, in a fiery way or peacefully - doesn't matter.
Do you know a difference between quitting & firing ;)
So, CEO's goal, & he instructed employees, to LIE to outside world, that he somehow lays off people from that little shop w/ pretencw of greatness, when in reality engineers quit... one after another, starting from mid-2000's, he gets new on Form1099 [aka Contractor] to save taxes, UI, medical, etc.
Just STOP LYING. Engineers QUIT, meaning - get up, announce to all F* U, gather stuff, close office doir, walk out End. Check the definition of "Quitting" in Merriam-Webster/Oxford English dictionaries. Get an effin' clue - you can't postdatum a "firing" of someone who quit a priori, pardon my Latin. He had one engineer as an example, who quit not once, but even 3 times each times invited back !!!! Even after 3d quitting, CEO asked for a little project from so -called "fired" engineer. What a lie. Keeps lying to outside workd "I let them[professional employees] go" Yeah right He "let them go". More like they walkex out.
Check this out: V.P. Operations, 2nd man from top, Rich P. - not merely walked out, he ran out of door yelling at CEO "idiot!" Later the act was explained by CEO as "Rich had heart health issues", yes Rich did, but Rich QUIT, not fired (& also he had issue w/Sr. Assembler, that woman was a great assembler but also a snake of "office politics", nasty sometimes). Tobe fair, calling CEO an "idiot" was obviously in jest & driven by Rich's irate emotion, CEO has triple University degrees, in hard-core subjects (what can be harder than Electromagnrtics of microwave frequencies?, onky Optics, Medicine, very few other fields), he led a successful deot. at L3Narda-Miteq, founded several companies, etc. - CEO cannot be an "idiot". Rich used an insult to magnify his case for quitting, but you get the idea, anyway - if even his x-friend & VP Operations Rich P. could leave in such way, what about multiple younger & lower-rank engineers?
OK let's say Ruch was bad for the company. First off, CEO personally hired & touted him as a stellar asset & friend from great AeroFlex corp., so hiring was a "mistake" - whose mistake?
Secondly, Rich wasn't laid off, he QUIT. Likewise,
neither were multiple Engineers fired - they all QUIT GET IT? CEO needs to STOP LYING, else it might end uo in a courtroom for Defamation of Character, CEO would need another expense on that lawyer of his, to spend time in Labor Dispute courts across State borderlines. CEO should stop lying about causes of employee leaving at own will. And NDA/NCA is toilet paper after 3 years, not to mention in many tech.advanced states e.g. California, NCA part is null/void immediately (not even 3 years, e.g. AMD Corp. engineer can switch to Intel Corp. in 2 weeks, no legal restriction). CEO repeats the mantra "they were let go... fired", really? what a liar, no shame.
It is to convince outsiders 100% of engineers who were at AmpliTech needed AmpliTech like baby needs a nanny or uneducated ones need a pitiful paycheck. Quitting gives a bad taste to him & outsiders, so he chose to LIE to public to make company look powerful, desirabke to work at, & in control.
Furthermore, he even made attempts (thru brother) to solicit nore work from so-called "fired" engineer.
Just admit truth - folks quit it, facts-bending opportunist.
2) Iam unable to answer Private.Messages dueto membership level on iHub, may pay to elevate membership to add Private messaging feature in future, but not yet.
So, expect replies by only Public posts, no Private, sorry.
Sexy company's name - "PLUG Power".
This alone should lift the stock up, no viagra required. Just keep on buying the shears.
Take a look at Company's leadership names:
President: Andy Marsh
Marsh? You mean your cash is dropping into a boondoggle, aka marsh, bog, etc.?
Chief Operating Officer: Keith Schmid
Keith from Rolling Stones aka "Schmuck" (Hebrew word), Thief Operating Officer?
Vice President of Operations: Rick Mason
Mason? Charles Mason, America's most notorous serial killer, President of Vice of 1960's California is still alive (life sentence in prison). WAIT...
Must be different Mason, sorry.
Vice President of Engineering: Dustan Skidmore
Look, Iam an engineer too (Electrical + partially micro-Mechanics (focus on 3D modeling)), but for an Engineer to have a surname of "Skidmore" ? Sounds like SKIDROW area of Los Angeles, known for homeless infestation. Dustan? Can you be just Duncan or Stan, not Dustan? Sounds Spanglish.
General Counsel : Gerard L. Conway, Jr.
CON way? No way, convicts should run a company, and President Trum's advisor COnway is rabid.
And why they need a counsel? Like Social worker or Parole Officer, are they as a company unstable?
Chief Financial Officer: David Waldek
WILDeck, you ever made a profit in 19 YEARS?
NO. So what are you "officering" there" I tell you what - Investors' cash buring at unfathomable rate and never make a profit for 19 years,
Has V.P. Josh been nominated by CEO Fawad to run AMPG's Syracuse.NY division, are they expanding "Ramsdell-series" of high-noise amplifiers?
Anyone knows?
Could lift stock up.
According to some posters, upto 4,230 new employees to be hired (mostly Sr. Engineers & Galvanometers).
They say Vice President Josh has unmatched experience in design, lossless-inductive frontends, etc., received positive reviews from Estonian's SpaceAgency. Is he right for position?
It means Medication stopped working - increase dosage. Continue averaging down & tying your money in a static or failing stock for NINETEEN YEARS.
PLUG was founded in 1997 & formally in 1999, went IPO shortly afterwards. IPO & Subsequent offerings raised enormous money for several founders & officers, you however are being fleeced :) They're burning Our (Your, since i sold/closed my huge position today) cash at breathtaking pace, but never enough for 2 DECADES, still asking more. A. Marsh is wearing a nice suit. But we think orange jumper jail outfit would fit well some of these officers making false promises year after year.
Yes we understand revolutionary new technologies take time, but maybe quit false statements, cooked QuickBooks, & use public (taxpayers') money, I had enough of losing. You don't need to burn Other Peoples Money at the rate PLUG's been burning for 2 decades. I also want red caviar, vacation in Rome, a Ferrari in driveway, & multiple houses - like these crooks.
Dem boyz, waitin' to unload deir positions at mor favorable price. U however, can load up on more of Bu*t PLUG stock & den watch ur portfallio value go up in smoke. Den you smoke a toke & throw in da towel cuz you lost life's savings on PLUG.
Dis schizophrenic stock been between $200 - 15cents/share over 17 Years. Da Chart is a DNA of Publicly-held companies. Dis chart looks like vomit, it was $200/share, den $20, den 15cents (!!), it "recovered" in recent years to 2 bucks. As good as BLTA, CNBX, or DPW. All these crooks taking fools' money.
P.S. A.Marsh needs to prove FuelCells sell at price above cost to make. While Lending Club (LC) is less interesting, its profucts are extremely boring (loans), it has more upside potential... I don't buy a stock anymore b/c it's "cool" - I grew up. Adult, smarter now. No more Tesla, Crypto fads, Weeds, & no Bu*t PLUG. It'll stay at $1.85-2.03 best case the next 20 years except adjusted for inflation. Worst case is back to $0.15/share (junk).
While money we tied up on dumb PLUG could be making gains on other stock(s).
LC (Lending Club) as one example.
Dr. Ben Dover
Tomorrow will be massacre. You'll lose.
Interesting,
I've (business, not individual) loans w/ LC as a customer, and yet I invest into LC stock.
Funny, how I pay them %Interest monthly, & yet make profit from its stock - call it "recursive".
$4.30-4.90-$5.20/share by October
I'll make more on LC (Lending Club) vs. PLUG in coming weeks.
LC was knocked down by artificial panic - that's when I buy, $4.30-4.50 guaranteed in weeks.
I'll return to PLUG much later, when it demonstrates results, not words.
For now - LC (Lending Club)
SORRY, I LIED !!!
This company PLUG has no future under current leadership, contrary to my yesterday's fake claim.
1) I had to invent yesterday's story of me "betting" on this pig company, just so I'd sell/close position at a lower loss at $2 (but still loss), rather than 1.95 or worse, I had a giant (for an individual) $230,000 stake. Nobody is under obligation on a public board to reveal their true sell/buy intention. Now I can tell truth - I don't believe in PLUGgers spending NINETEEN (19) YEARS to produce ANY profit, after 19 YEARS !!! Which reminds us of another co. - Baltia Airlines (blta) for 26 years it tried to fly, until SEC fined ($Millions) all crooks involved & jailed many, arresting their listing, even dropping to Pink Sheets & halt, after NASDAQ booted them.
And I did close this rubbish PLUG position today - folks, thanks for buying my rubbish in 45*2600 shares increments
2) I wasn't born in Germany, as yesterday's joke claimed. Born/raised in Russia, in NewYork USA since 1993 (not a spy).
Good luck with this B**t PLUG stock. Nineteen years & yet management continues to eat/live off of our money, eating far more than cooking profits for us. CEO A.Marsh got an enormous raise in salary, recently, shamelessly lining up his pockets at our expense !!!!
No real concern for profits, only concerned with using your (Investors') money for a lavish living, status quo... almost 20 Years. Keep feeding him, you naive kids.
I was born in Germany.
No relation to nigeria... good night, Jack.
No, I here reveal an explanation
I was the one selling large amounts. I'll cease around end of week & will raise price to $2.29-2.40, depends.
A new factory is being built by PLUG in NewYork w/ help of "Empire State Development Corp" - New York state's publicly funded (taxpayers' money), in return Plug is generating jobs, congressman visited a few weeks ago.
I suspect temporary drama with China-US trade conflict superssed this stock, also (besides my selling), since China is projected to be a huge market for this product as their pollution is at horrible levels and even comunist government understands it now. Chinese autocratically (I wish we follwoed their example!) set strict goals for certain % of cars to be ZERo-EMISSIONS by certain years in near future, near literally means few years. They also affected SOlar panels' prices.
DoNOT worry. This product can only see increased demand as time pces on... it is not some fad or temporary infatuation as e.g. cryptocurrency or useless stuff.
Fuel Cells are in growing demand, but I need to eat & pay bills on a large debt, so I was selling in $Tens of Thousands everyday, I need approx. quarter $Million. Medical expense, too.
I wasn't born in America, sorry for funky English.
$2.40-2.80-3.20 sooner than later
Same thing was happening with ASTC and when they were approved by US Dept. of Homeland Security, it jumped, PLUG is also a US National security importance, Dept of Energy is looking at approving Plug for many of its programs. Not without competitors, but PLUG does hold a large share in R&D & "know how"
