There's a rumor than x-Employee "Y" i.e. yet ANOTHER ONE besides emplyee "X", is ALSO working for a competitor and in same state outside NewYork.
LOL !!! Not just one, now three people fled to competitors and working in a certain sunny warm State.
There's a rumor not only one, but three lawsuits need to be chased by Amplitech & its poor suffering lawyer, three (3), did you realize? Not one, not two, but now even 3.
I know who the other 2 are :) In fact, met one. Crazy, when I saw them in person thousand miles away from Amplitech I rubbed my eyes in disbelief - is this a dream?
Indeed, working all together is a dream. A dream team of capable engineers, who don't tolerate doggy treatment and threats from paranoid aging x-employer that you just shared .... "bigtime price manipulation"
MWAHAHAHAHAH How do you price manipulate with merely $9K or so position? If Stock price remains in gutter, MAYBE company itself is what its stock is... yet it's seeking excuses/scapegoats for its financial fundamentals in outside world and in someone who has zero todo with Amplitech's troubled Stock pps, Btw I've held this penny stock AMPG long enough to actually be interested in opposite - it its success, NOT downfall and I sold at a LOSS myself. I lost money on it.
P.S. And thank you Ramsnasty for revealing this fact of "rumor" on a public board... I couldn't imagine until today that Amplitech has ramped up its foolishness to a full blown paranoid nonsense, but now it is evident Amplitech's management needs psychiatric therapy to understand it is not outside world, it is ITSELF fundamentals that keep its Stock price under the lid.
DESIGN new products with engineers who keep running away, how :)
Good luck in the State courtroom, their lawyer needs to study not only NY but also Federal & other States statutes regarding Trade Secrets, more carefully, esp. when applied to certain advanced free States outside New York which toss all such angry paranoid lawsuits into trash bin. Intel vs AMD, Qualcomm vs. Broadcom, Samsung vs. Apple countersuit, and so on know it all too well
I held a tiny $9K position in AMPG, unlike my $70-90K positions in "big boy" stocks, I could care less for AMPG and don't even know how to "manipulate" prices
