Good points...a little speculative thought is good for the soul though. Especially during these dwindling times of minimal volume.
Here is the second email and Ryan's response:

Hi xxxxx,
Thanks for the email.
1. When do you anticipate the company's agreement with BevMo in CA will be
finalized?
- As stated in the last PR any day now. Obviously it has now been 18 days
since that PR but it is still considered day to day with an announcement
expected anytime now.
2. Do you anticipate that the annual financial statement for 2016 will be
released timely (at the end of this month, March)?
- Yes it is scheduled to be released on time.
3. Do you anticipate that the 2017 first quarter financial statement will
be released timely (mid May)?
- Yes, I anticipate Q1 to be released on time as well.
4. Is the company contemplating a non-alcoholic version of the wine? My
spouse and I are teetotalers and would like to try it!
- Unfortunately not at this time. If something changes I will let you
know.

Ryan Troup

Recognizing that emails in any format can be altered...here is one of 2 emails I sent with Ryan's response. Best way to validate is email him yourself if you're not sure. He has not responded to every single one of my emails but he has responded to most.

To: xxxxxxxxx <xxxxxx@hotmail.com>
Hi xxxxxx,
Thanks for the questions.
I sent a couple request for the map to be updated. I was told it should be
done soon. I will keep on them.
Yes that is correct. ICNB owns 51% of Bellissima with the intent to acquire
the remaining 49%. There isn't much more that I can say besides the fact
they are working to get it done asap. I anticipate we get an update on this
situation on the next PR.
The company does plan on up listing but there is no timeline in place right
now. We will update shareholders on the situation as more information
becomes available.
The deal in the works with the debt holders should be completed anytime
now. It is a very favourable deal for ICNB. Full details will come out once
it is officially completed. Sorry I couldn't provide as many details as you
would have liked as there is a limit to the non public info I can disclose.
Thanks.

It may also end with some people wishing they had purchased shares sub 0.02 ;)
2 points of comparison would be the Skinny Girl wine which I think was just a NY/New England area thing, $100 million.
The second would be the Prisoner brand which I think was $283 million. Don't know how far reaching that one was.
Ditto!
Buyers are not gone, if they were ICNB would be subpenny as predicted by some.
They will really be out in force when the CA and other news is announced...and may have to pay dearly to get in on the fun :)
Consider that the car washing sponge company (Spongetech) we spoke about earlier had market capitalization of about $725 million (2.5 billion shares x 0.29/share, which is about as high as it got).
Negligible sales and certainly no profit with that company. A total scam from start to finish.
Works out to about $0.88/share ($725 million/820 million ICNB O/S) for ICNB, which definitely has sales and will soon have profits IMO.
Yet another reason I am thinking dollars.
Not sent to the serious wine press?? What about the article in "Chilled" magazine? And the #1 rating for the Zero Sugar Bellissima?
Volume drying up as sellers disappear and float gets locked up. Getting ready for explosive move up IMO.
What she does best....promoting!

Bottom right side of the webpage.
IMO we will hit 100K cases by the end of the 2nd quarter or at worst 3rd quarter.
Won't say if you're right or wrong but I will say that other penny stocks with bigger floats have gone to $1-3. I mention a couple of these I was involved with in post #101242. I am confident there have been others.
Would not say you could explain it by their sales or revenue either, as these companies had very little or none of both. Just speculative interest in their possibilities.
That is where ICNB has not even gotten started. CB, a famous person, promoting a quality product that has a growing market and real potential to go global. She says it will happen and her business results/history is that when she says it, bank on it.
That is why I am long and thinking dollars.
Have posted a couple times about CB's business acumen. Decided to google "Christie Brinkley's business failures".
Got commentary about her 4 marriages and a couple columnists whining that she should not be considered a feminist. That's it.
None of that is likely to hurt ICNB, in fact it could help.
Plenty out there about her business successes, here is a favorite of mine:
https://phillystylemag.com/christie-brinkley-on-launching-bellissima-prosecco-politics-philanthropy
While it may be true that Rich is the CEO, CB is the company and her past success and thorough vetting of the Bellissimo Prosecco and ICNB prior to getting involved are why I'm long.
Yes, IMO. Also, the use of electronic media for marketing has exploded since Bivi and CB is quite adept at this.
And then there is the organic sugar free angle, which speaks to the challenge a lot of us face today (controlling our weight and avoiding/controlling diabetes).
Hmmm...that wouldn't be bad, about $0.35/share for around 820 million O/S.
I'm speculating it will be more than that. Thinking dollars.
I am not skilled enough at stock picking to be a flipper. It's either long term or not at all.
My hats off to those who can make it trading short term. GLTY.

Think ICNB will get a chance to move beyond Bellissima Prosecco before they are acquired by a larger wine company?
I am hoping they are out there growing sales, profits, and share price ;) for at least 2 years but am starting to wonder if that will happen.
Try googling "invest in Bellissima Prosecco" or "invest in Christie Brinkley's wine". When I do it I get multiple hits on the first page.
http://www.dallasnews.com/life/wine-spirits/2016/11/16/christie-brinkley-launches-line-supermodel-approved-prosecco
This link seems to indicate that the launch (at least in TX) started in mid November.
I am a long term investor in ICNB (think end of 2018 or until a buyout, whichever is first). Have never had much luck predicting short term stock prices...very few people do.
People who correspond with CB on here Facebook page and on Instagram have heard of it.
Not to mention CB's public appearances with the wine, including TV.
Googling "Christie Brinkley wine"...second hit on the first page takes you to www.bellissimaprosecco.com
And when I google "Bellissima Prosecco Investing", the #1 hit on the first page is...ICNB. Googling "Invest in Bellissima Prosecco" works well too, ICNB is the #2 hit on the first page.
Pretty good coverage and visibility, IMO.
For the short term/next couple of weeks, possibly until mid May when the 1st quarters sales and revenues are reported, you may be right.
I would not recommend ICNB to a short term trader. I have not had much luck predicting short term changes in stock prices, and have noted that others posting here have experienced the same difficulty ;)
The 12-24 month prospects are a different story.
You might be right about the reaching part. Then again....
U.S. and other countries with Western diets have an epidemic of obesity and diabetes. Also, the Western diet is being adopted by people living in the larger cities in Asia, with the same resulting problems. Source: the China Study, written by T. Colin Campbell.
The point...healthy and sugar free is an absolute boom marketing point for this product. And the organic angle is as well...the public is becoming more concerned with chemicals used to grow food. As a result, sales of organic foods are growing at 10%+ annually, whereas conventional food sales growth of 3% is just a bit above the inflation rate. Source: https://www.ota.com/resources/market-analysis.
Bellissima appears to address the sugar free and organic marketing angles quite effectively, both with the product itself as well as by using CB, a very public figure who is a self described vegetarian. Means big time long term sales and sales growth, IMO.
The market domination part (not 35% but maybe 5-10%, which would have enormous financial implications) could happen with Bellissima. How? CB's visibility and marketing of the product on electronic media and TV.
From my admittedly limited experience (some car cleaning sponges previously posted about, some kitchenware spouts sold by a telemarketer, and some hospital grade disinfectant), a big part of a penny stocks share valuation is based on speculation.
About those previously mentioned experiences, which may be recognizable to some:
The kitchenware spout stock got as high as $1.60 before being diluted to 2 billion shares+. One $100,000 sale of the spouts to a catalog company and that's it for revenue
The car cleaning sponge stock was I believe 1 billion shares + from the start and got to just about $0.30. Little or no sales.
The disinfectant company got to $3.00...again, practically no sales and subsequently diluted (3 billion+ shares) into oblivion
Compare these scenarios to ICNB. That's why I am speculating on dollars per share. IMO, there is practically no speculation build into the share price of ICNB, based on sales that appear to be happening per the DD of others and some I've done on my own by calling wine distributors.
No more private replies please. Thanks and GLTY
Didn't they also have spare capacity up to 100,000 cases total above and beyond the 30,000 cases/month?
Those noteholders will be history (debt bought out by ICNB revenues)very soon if it hasn't already happened IMO.
You do raise a good point about valuation...$14 million total is way off. Very soon...$1 billion will be way off, IMO ;)
Absolutely IMO...in particular since she has the right as part of her agreement with the company to purchase a large number of shares at a low price (1% of the stock at $0.001, I think, not sure about the exact amounts). She has a vested interest in taking actions to make the stock price increase!
I would be surprised if she did, given that HSN community guidelines include avoiding any photos or content advocating the use of alcohol.
www.hsn.com/article/community-guidelines/4149
With 1st quarter revenues, this and the remaining debt will be taken care of/removed from the books, IMO.
You have made a very sound argument to short the stock. By all means go ahead and do it.
I plan to stay long. Good Luck.
How much cash do you think they have now? How about a year from now?
Wow indeed. My much earlier thinking of $5/share might be possible, if this is coupled with a buyout.
Isn't CB a rather large prospective shareholder herself (with the rights to purchase 1% of the shares at 0.001 or some similarly low price)? I bet she does care about the shareholders!
Disagree with you there...am thinking some shareholders have been and will continue to post on her Facebook page and Instagram.
And your thinking is that CB and her attorneys are oblivious to this or in on it? Very unlikely, IMO, would negatively impact her image which is critical to a public figure like her.
Appreciate your input but I'm not able to make sense of it based on the above.
Any ideas on the buyout price and impact on share price?
