From my admittedly limited experience (some car cleaning sponges previously posted about, some kitchenware spouts sold by a telemarketer, and some hospital grade disinfectant), a big part of a penny stocks share valuation is based on speculation.

About those previously mentioned experiences, which may be recognizable to some:

The kitchenware spout stock got as high as $1.60 before being diluted to 2 billion shares+. One $100,000 sale of the spouts to a catalog company and that's it for revenue

The car cleaning sponge stock was I believe 1 billion shares + from the start and got to just about $0.30. Little or no sales.

The disinfectant company got to $3.00...again, practically no sales and subsequently diluted (3 billion+ shares) into oblivion

Compare these scenarios to ICNB. That's why I am speculating on dollars per share. IMO, there is practically no speculation build into the share price of ICNB, based on sales that appear to be happening per the DD of others and some I've done on my own by calling wine distributors.
