The market maker VFIN is on the bid for once. Something must be up with someone's confidence if they are supporting instead of selling like usual.
Janssen Labs @QB3 will identify innovators who are developing promising science to address important unmet medical needs for designation of space. Companies will have access to QB3’s resources, which include legal and business advisors, assistance in grant writing for federal Small Business Innovation Research funds, and access to high-end equipment and technology in University of California, San Francisco facilities.
One more:
He also believes that if we execute on the items he outlined, we will easily reach the .10 threshold for previously announced financing. That timeframe did not seem to be much of a concern as he went on to state there are 'planned events' they are confident will increase share price.
Gerald expects to uplist in 2014, for major reason, larger institutional investment/stability in price.
Five quick points:
1. I expect another article from Jason regarding his list of questions/answers.
2. Dr. Lowe seemed very confident and excited about why he made the decision to come aboard. I expect little moss to grow with him involved.
3. MJFF - We have a non-disclosure agreement with them and no discussions could occur regarding 'future' or 'potential' funding; however, Dr. Lowe made mention in an indirect way that they will have to be excited about MANF and the superiority it presents over competition. To me, this part of the discussion puts much prospect in MJFF additional funding going forward.
4. Gerald made specific reference that he can not speak as to any involvement J&J may have. He did not say may or may not have, so that statement leads one to believe they are involved...how???...that is the question to see answered likely in 2014.
5. Lympro is expected to cost us under $2,000 a patient for testing and we are well positioned to fund this. Some partners we are negotiating with are very well experienced and some are not. Not sure why we are considering inexperienced partners for this testing, and maybe more importantly, why are they considering AMBS?
Gerald was very clear to make an on the record statement that he did not exclude 2nd orphan indication announcement prior to end of 2013. Essentially, he stated, when all negotiations are done and contracts are signed an announcement will be made regarding this secondary indication.
Have a lot of 'planned events' to increase stock price...interesting.
Today is 31 days since the announcement of the latest funding deal. I would expect news to begin today or at least this week.
Bottom line is the insiders know more than common holders. Insiders took inside knowledge and invested heavily. We should soon be aware of more soon IMO.
Beat of luck to all.
Go AMBS
AMBS News machine in play means green, green, green. Look for a nice pop once .06 resistance level is broke. Lot's of upside here in the week ahead.
Ah, very good post! Thanks for this.
Nice profit and trade. However, do you think there is a downside from here after this news? To me, I see a chart that is ready for explosion and much more positive news likely to be released that will cause the continuation up.
Check out the daily and weekly chart.
We were the ones who hired BD to do the testing/validation. Therefore, we own that research and the validation numbers isn't a number I think is relevant for secrecy. I understand keeping quiet on discussions being had with licensing partners, but validation results seems relevant for disclosure.
I think these numbers were withheld for a different reason. That is purely for a follow up PR tomorrow or Wednesday. All IMO
I like how this was released mid-day. This should lead to an upward trend throughout the day. The chart is primed and ready for continuation up. This is likely the first of several pieces of news that will be released this week.
AMBS Huge news & Breakout!
AMBS Biotech - Huge news just released...
AMBS huge news on test results. Looks like LymPro has been validated. $300 million year drug at least.
AMBS breakout now on news!!!
AMBS Big news out and breakout happening now!!!
"The contract awards will result in a significant increase in the number of asset tracking devices currently managed by GTC"
Note 'significant increase' was the language used.
Indeed, it is an interesting mention of both high altitude balloons and Asia.
Any ideas who it may be?
My Ameritrade account still has not picked up this news. Many investors are likely unaware if they don't follow the message boards or on email alerts.
AMBS plot thickens with todays news:
Amarantus Bioscience Holdings Announces 2nd Closing of Private Placement
Second Closing Brings Total Proceeds to $3.0 Million
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 27, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc. The closing of this transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and is expected to occur on or before October 1, 2013. GVC Capital LLC acted as exclusive placement agent, and Zacks & Company acted as financial advisor.

Commissiong, President & CEO of Amarantus. This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy these securities, nor shall there be any sale of these securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful prior to the registration or qualification under the securities laws of any such jurisdiction.
Do you think a contract for an LTAP will be announced as well? I don't know why this would have been created if an interested party was not requesting one:
Tethered Copter
The LTAS tethered copter is one of the most unique tethered platforms in our product arsenal. The concept of the system is built on the strength of our years of developing tethered solutions for our aerostat products and combining that with the advantages of single rotor copters. The end result is a robust capability that is designed to be utilized in almost all weather environments and controlled with the push of a button. The LTAP is designed to take off, hover and land via remote control all while being connected by a unique tether technology where all data, controls and endurance are built into the tether. The same components and systems that our military customers rely on from our launcher systems are incorporated into the self contained LTAP system in order to produce a unique heavier than air, tethered product offering.
The LTAP is designed to take off from the launcher and hover to an operational altitude of up to 1000ft. The tethered system is designed to then follow the vehicle that is towing the self contained launcher which is mounted on a standard milspec trailer.
The LTAP is designed to be able to autonomously detect when to follow the tether or simply hover when the vehicle is parked. With the push of a button, the system is designed to be able to land and be placed back in the launcher for reuse all within FAA guidelines while combining extended durations of up to 18 hrs.

Thanks IJO for the read...been too busy here to surface and read day to day posts, but today is a special occasion.
This contract was expected in late July to early August, but the sell off continued because it was not announced. Here it was announced today.

Thanks again as always Lowtrade. Your wisdom and insight is invaluable to many who follow your craft.
After being tied up with work for the last day and half I am just getting a chance to follow up with all of todays craziness. It appears the dark side has struck again. Logical thinking of an investment company taking profits and reinvesting them has actually occurred to this pinky. Things are now becoming more interesting.
We now know that Dominion and AMBS were in discussion for additional funding greater than that announced a couple weeks ago. To me it appears this was a two step plan laid out by both the company and investor Dominion...hence the 3 PR's leading up to where we are today.
Your teachings has been to watch for funding because of large transfers of shares changing hands. This is two very large transfers in a short period of time...and by the same investment group too. When reading the PR it appears the transfer may not have occurred yet and this was an announcement that it is to happen.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and is expected to occur on or before September 6, 2013.
Just had a chance to catch up on all the messages and trading from the afternoon. Looks like a similar close as Friday with the end of day light volume walk down.
If it goes that low I will be doubling my investment. Mark my word on it!
Look for a big lunch hour push to break .09
We will have 12 million shares traded before lunch. That is good buying support to break .09
Someone needs shares bad. Likely a MM who is short and needs to cover.
This is good little pull back that will allow several to reload heading into lunch run.
The trading groups that are watching know the importance of .09 and also know how much room there is to run once we get past it. Look for a coordinated push from them shortly.
Here we go...get ready for .09 to be breached. This churning is was good because it has built up a good amount at .085 and the push upward is in short order. imo
"I am delighted to join Amarantus at a time when the Company is preparing for the introduction of this highly specific and sensitive diagnostic assay for Alzheimer's disease into the marketplace. Market launch of diagnostic products requires significant strategy in regards to initial commercial sales, regulatory matters, reimbursement and other important considerations. I am looking forward to helping the team at Amarantus make value-building decisions for both the short-term and long-term success of LymPro commercial launch and ultimate regulatory approval for widespread use."
