After my brief talk with him the other day I'm very happy he's on board. He seems very commited to doing the right thing for the company and it's shareholders.
Thanks star!
I'll put it in. Thanks
Hey I'm writing IR again and Todd is going to forward it to Bill. Do you, or anyone have any questions?
Hey guys/gals, just got off the phone with Todd Chaisson in the sale Dept. If you've been trying to get a hold of anyone in IR they are on the road. Direct your calls to him if you have questions I highly recomend it 818.749.6098, or email him at todd@ewannetworks.com. He sounded very upbeat about the progress of the company. The patents we applied for are for securing content so as others cannot redistribute the material via copying. Very important! This is the reason other networks have been reluctant to have their content up on the web so-to-say. We have it down and patented! Other big company's are floored at what we have. At this point in time we have a total of 32 channels signed up and ready to go. The goal is 80 and Todd sees no problem now that things are secure. I'm expecting some good PR's here soon; probably why the spread is so far. The company is also in great financial shape. Which is awesome, No dillution. I was very impressed when I heard him say we are going up agaist the big boys and we are in the lead. This could be very big IMO. Will let you know when I find out more.
OK, let's see some sales!
Excellent News!
Good news for EWAN!
eWan Makes Big Impression at ``IPTV & Beyond'' Expo in San Diego
SANTA ANA, Calif., Apr 24, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- eWAN1, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: EWAN) announced today that the Company successfully debuted its live streaming Internet television service at the "IPTV & Beyond" exposition this past week at the Marriott Del Mar in San Diego, CA, to an enthusiastic audience of engineers, executives and industry personnel from some of the worlds leading telecommunications and technology companies exhibiting and attending the show, including Motorola (NYSE: MOT), Alcatel (NYSE: ALA), Bell Canada, Siemens (NYSE: SI), Tut Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TUTS) as well as a host of others.
eWan's executive and technical teams were kept busy throughout the two day event, with three daily demonstrations and subsequent and extensive follow-up conversations and meetings with representatives from national retailers and distributors who were also in attendance to see the latest product arrays from IPTV industry leaders. In particular, management reported an overwhelming response to the Company's patented real-time decompression technology that enables eWan to deliver near high definition quality video over the internet, and on many occasions management found themselves approached by technicians and engineers from several of eWan's competitors expressing a desire to become first adopters and subscriber's to eWan's IPTV service when it becomes available to the public.
Bruce Palmer, eWan CFO, remarked, "We went to the show expecting to elicit a certain 'WOW' factor response. After all, what we were unveiling had never been seen before...anywhere. The response we received, however, was far more exciting than what we had anticipated. When we did our demonstrations, jaws dropped. It was all a bit surreal." He continued, "We are looking forward to be conducting a number of post-show follow-up meetings that we have scheduled and are confident that some substantial developments will come as a result of them."

I wrote them. No return yet. They might be still be down there. Hopeing for the best possible news.
I also wrote EWAN about their website not having prices or dimensions of the set top box. I would suggest doing the same. Let's let them know they have investors that give a shit and want shit done right! Tell them about Ihub and the following that's growing here!
Yea, I'm overly bummed on this SP right now. Would've never figured it to go this low.
So, I Emailed Spartan Securities on that file 15c211, to get off the Pinks, and they said they couldn't discuss much, but the fileing is in process.
NC too! Ballantyne South Charlotte
I'm East Coast too rags. Are you at the show?
Wow! Thanks for that info AHC.
That's what I'm thinkin Bill!

EWAN Launches Global IPtv Service Today at ``IPTV & Beyond'' Expo in San Diego, CA
SANTA ANA, Calif., Apr 19, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- eWAN1, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) announced that it is launching its Global Internet television (IPtv) service today in front of the entire sponsorship and attendee base of the "IPTV & Beyond" Expo being held today and Thursday at the Marriott Del Mar, San Diego, CA. EWAN, a "Panel Sponsor" of the event, is joining other world leading telecommunications and technology companies to present at the Expo, including Motorola (NYSE:MOT), Alcatel (NYSE:ALA), Bell Canada, Siemens (NYSE:SI), Tut Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:TUTS) and a host of others.
EWAN will debut its first-to-market multi-language Global IPtv network by demonstrating and deploying its multiple channels of "On Demand" content delivered to subscribers' televisions through DSL or any other broadband Internet connection. The Company is initially offering consumers 75 channels of high definition clarity "On Demand" broadcast content through their televisions. Through EWAN's subsidiaries, Clearwave Broadcasting and Direct Connect, Inc., the Company shortly thereafter offers subscribers up to an additional 100 channels of traditional broadcast content and enables them to select only those channels and networks of their choice and nothing more.
Scott Kettle, EWAN's President, commented, "This launch fundamentally changes the nature of EWAN and its impact on the IPtv universe. In a very short period of time, we have undergone a transformation from a designer of best-of-breed set-top boxes and provider of bandwidth to being a significant competitor in providing traditional broadcast content over Internet Protocol. I would be shocked if any company with significant investments in IPtv has the amount of content we have straight out of the gate." He continued, "We are extremely excited to have launched our service and look forward to concentrate our energies to subscriber acquisition and distributing our bundled service in the Global market."
EWAN's wireless "Triple Play" Digital Media Center, which gives subscribers the ability to deliver high definition programming over "non-HDTV" televisions, comes pre-bundled with a monthly subscription for the channels of content, which consumers can order online and from local retail channels. EWAN is forecasting that approximately 250,000 set-top box units will be sold worldwide in the first year of distribution.

"Will people really go for this?
Over time IPTV will be another offering alongside satellite or digital over the airwaves to an aerial or dish receiver. It will certainly be a third, very credible alternative, if not dominant."
Dominant! IMO the next I-Pod
"It's not quite ready yet then?
There are around 300 schemes of various sizes currently in development around the world, with the UK near the forefront, so it looks like it's just a matter of time. However, don't bin your Freeview box or rip down your satellite dish just yet."
Wrong! April 19th is today boys!
I agree! I think I jumped the gun a little. Still have a nice average in this trading range. If it dips lower I will pick up more. looking forward to the switch being turned and some major publicity. Would be nice to be bought out or have a major phone Company/Cable company pick us up.
Stupid Stock Market! I Hate You! And Love You!
To my fellow Tricell 100. I just cracked a Beer!
rags, exactly! we shall see!
Mick, you and me both!
dumb-founded by this PPS! Should be double this at least. With all that's going on.
jay, patience holding at .08 is very good IMO. Remember where this came from. This Patent is very good for us! Once the switch is thrown and network is up and running we should start to see some sales! IMO very good sales!!!

EWAN Files Patent to Protect Proprietary Technology in Advance of Broadcasting Its First-to-Market IPTV Global Programming
SANTA ANA, Calif., Apr 17, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EWAN 1 Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) has filed an application with the U.S. Patent Office to protect its proprietary technology to its unique Triple Play DMC set-top box. EWAN will launch their Global Internet television service over the EWAN Network, at the IPTV show, "IPTV & Beyond," April 19, 2006, at the Marriott Del Mar, San Diego, CA. EWAN retained an intellectual rights specialist to submit the appropriate filing, which covers the computerized engineering developed by EWAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, CoCom.
Scott Kettle, EWAN's President, observed: "Our DMC set-top box is one of the first wireless set-top boxes on the market, with features unmatched by any of our potential competitors. For instance, EWAN believes that it is the first company with the ability to deliver Internet TV with the clarity of high definition to our subscriber's TV sets, negating the need to purchase an actual High Definition TV set and screen. We will begin delivering multiple channels of "On Demand" content delivered to our subscribers via any DSL or broadband connection beginning April 19th, 2006, and, as far as we know, we will be first-to-market, and the only global Internet TV network."
Direct Connect, a wholly owned EWAN subsidiary, will provide traditional broadcast television, as well as local stations on an a la carte basis, allowing subscribers to pick and choose only those channels they are willing to pay for. EWAN's set-top box includes Internet, telephone service (VOIP), data and video capability, and subscribers will be joining a new, private, exclusive TV network at a cost of approximately one-third of that now charged by existing cable or satellite companies.
Infonetics magazine reports that IPTV is set to skyrocket to 53.7 million subscribers and $44 billion in service revenue by 2009, and that the number of IPTV subscribers in North America will increase 12,985% between 2004 and 2009. According to IP Television Magazine - In the 1st quarter 2005, there were: 2.1 million IPTV users worldwide.
