So. I thought many of those expired and were worthless? Or are you talking about a different thing entirely?
That it is but weird trading today, especially compared to the last earnings day when it spiked...
Very good Earnings Report as expected. Lets see this test the 9 month high today at 0.62...
This article supports your theory.

All 1.5 billion shares?
Doesn't really matter I suppose. Just curious about Liberty's history as I didn't get onboard until mid-August.
Hard to compare Liberty to the other couple leaders in Fla. Trulieve and Curaleaf because they have dispensaries in multiple states and likely do recreational also?? However, there is a massive difference in PPS between those 2 and Liberty and CURLF has almost exactly the same share structure (12-13 times higher PPS).
Finally read this on the report. Do you remember where the original 12M note was from?
How come the first thing this board says at the top is "A/S AND O/S UNCHANGED 11-2019"?? In actuality, the AS is now 4 billion and the OS is now 2.59 billion. So, in the same time period as the announcement of the merger the AS has increased by 1.5 billion and the OS by 900 million, weird. That's not even including whatever was added for the acquisition that was just announced.
Yes. Strong resistance currently but you gotta figure things will loosen up eventually and there will be some near future days of bigger gains coming...
So, a market cap of around 130 million for a company that has no known assets currently? Sounds legit.
He did not short a stock sitting at .001. One thing you will notice when looking at the OTC profile is that the AS is up 1.5 billion from last time and the OS is up around 900 million.
This on the heels of 'acquisition news', which didn't provide any details to the conditions, and a few major sell-offs doesn't exactly bode well for things being legit hear.
Hard to get too excited about anything with just tweets. Also, how do they 'announce' and acquisition and the PPS goes down??
So. What exactly was the cost of the acquisition?? It doesn't say anywhere in the PR for some reason.

This should help. Seems like Liberty's growth is going to be quite good this year. The per share earnings will be down from last quarter only because of the one time sale of the Ohio facility but should be well up when not factoring that in. Also, debt has been at least cut in half.
Are you talking shares converted from the current AS of 2.5 billion to the OS? In that case around 900 million maxes it out.
When are the quarterly financials coming out here?
So. I have seen conflicting info on here about the warrants. When you say expiring, you mean they are no longer able to convert them into common shares? There was a pps minimum on conversion??
Matured? I thought they were expired?
How are the UPhones you got for the fam? Did the ticker change over to UTOP yet?
Very nice bid support at .50 and ask has thinned out. The tide is shifting and it will take this over .60 for sure...
Good volume today and finally looking like the sentiment around the company is starting to get a bit better. Should see a decent move coming soon into the $1+ range. Something like 95% of all shareholders here bought in much higher, so if they are still holding, doubt they will anytime soon.
That's not much of a range...
Oh no its not. Gotta get to $2.03....
So. This will open up the market to more competition?? Not sure I am super worried about that. If anything, I expect a lot of mergers and consolidation in the weed industry in 2020 as that is just the way capitalism works.
Well, they made some big changes in management. The changes people on here wanted?? Doubtful, as the main subject of message board ire remains...

Please introduce me to the person who likes TGOD at C$7.60. I will gladly sell him/her my 20k shares for a 20% rebate from that price....
I'm guessing they already have the signatures required but it seems obstructionism is in full swing again and they are making it impossible to 'verify' signatures in time.
Pretty typical these days. Going against the very people who elected you to office....
Is it though? How many LOIs in pinky land never amount to anything? I would say 90% and they seem to be a way to get volume in so that they can sell off large amounts of shares.
First time in a long time, the turn around is upon us and should be fun to watch.
I believe 2020 is going to be a huge year for LHSI. Looking for strong move back towards .62 the next couple weeks to start things off...
Well they certainly have made enough of the material that mushrooms grow in this year. So they have that going for them.
Merging? When is that happening? Is Jason Black a big part of it? Or did he run for the hills?
I thought they were a shell with zero profits and zero business whatsoever???
Flippers losing their ass. Not sure why ask has been so heavy for a couple weeks now?? Was thinking it would've really thinned out at these levels...
Very nice, was a little late in putting my order in for the same price. Hoping it reverses now. There has been heavy ask stacking ever since we initially crossed the .52 resistance and much volume since then. Not sure if its shorting, tax season selling, profit taking, or combination but with all of the good things coming from the company its going to start to climb again soon. I expect a quicker move once it does and will push the .70s.
Except currently IGEX has zero revenue...
That seems legit. Mine comes out to $240 and ounce, so very similar.
So. If you assume just 60% of max street value ($400 per ounce) we are talking $630k weekly, $33M a year. With the 3 new sites, including Orlando, not reporting yet and 7 more coming online before Feburary...
There will be another push up very soon. Once it totally cools off around the .50-.52 level it will quickly move to the next resistance level (around .62).
