He did not short a stock sitting at .001. One thing you will notice when looking at the OTC profile is that the AS is up 1.5 billion from last time and the OS is up around 900 million.
This on the heels of 'acquisition news', which didn't provide any details to the conditions, and a few major sell-offs doesn't exactly bode well for things being legit hear.
