Singapore scientists uses cellphone for DNA analysis. Good for AMBS.
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/health/s-pore-based-scientists/713248.html
Scientists at Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) have found a new way of simplifying and quickening high-throughput DNA analysis, which is important to the study of human diseases and disorders.
High-throughput DNA sequencing has resulted in the better understanding of cancer, infectious diseases, Parkinson's disease and many developmental disorders.
Comment: AMBS will benefit by contacting Singapore where there is a thriving biotech research industry. And the scientists are recruited from around the world, many are top-notch scientists.
No need to ask for second hand opinion. Go and e-mail directly to Bill Wright and have a video phone call with him and find out for yourself.
That is if you are serious in investing in CGRA and is willing to discuss about financing the operations.
I spoke via video-phone with Bill, watched him closely on how he handled the discussion. I came away satisfied I can depend on Bill to take CGRA to great heights.
If I am a multi-millionaire, CGRA would be up and flying (not running) today.
Tell me how many OTC CEOs can one trust?
Finally managed to get several million shares at 0001 yesterday.
When I see the vultures circling, gawking at the imminent demise of BTHR and giving saintly advice to one and all to flee, I buy.
This is not a high-end scientific business with the need for tons of money. Get a few million and they have hundreds of good choices of thriving restaurants available for sale.
Obviously there those with a motive to earn lots of money when people are dumping at 0001.
AMBS should contact Singapore.
NUS (National University of Singapore) team creates realistic 3D tumour model.
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/health/nus-team-creates/717176.html
Researchers from the National University of Singapore's Bioengineering and Orthopaedic Surgery departments have developed a highly realistic three-dimensional (3D) tumour model.
Comment: AMBS is targeting the substantia nigra with MANF. In addition it is targeting damaged brains (from concussion), Alzheimer, damaged heart muscles, etc. A tool like the above will provide realistic 3D modelling of the target areas and they can determine more precisely on the treatment.
In addition, Singapore invests in biotechnical firms with potential and pumps in tens of millions.
AMBS should seek out the Singapore government via their embassy in Washington. Or PM me.
Bill Wright is a CEO that does not believe in pump and dump. He cares for the shareholders more than most OTC CEOs. He will rather wait than to resort to ways to dilute shareholders value.
We have to be patient too.
Another good news...Concussion and Alzheimer show similar brain changes.
http://healthland.time.com/2013/06/19/concussion-and-alzheimers-patients-show-similar-brain-changes/
Damage from concussions and the progressive deterioration of neurons in Alzheimer’s look similar on brain scans, according to the latest study, and produce similar symptoms as well.
Comment: AMBS is on the right path. MANF and their diagnostic procedures serve multiple purposes. This underpins their business model in that the market potential is huge.
Good news for AMBS...3D brain model.
http://healthland.time.com/2013/06/20/the-brain-in-3d-new-model-details-the-human-brain-down-to-its-cells/
The Brain in 3D: New Model Details the Human Brain Down to its Cells
That level of microscopic detail has scientists excited about what they might find as they start to delve deeper into how the brain works to better understand language, memories, sensory experiences and even why things go awry in conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Comment: AMBS is working at the cellular level on PD, Alzheimer and other brain trauma effects. Such techniques should be useful to them.
VERA is an angel investor. BTHR has a good business plan i.e. to buy existing restaurants in good locations.
BTHR needs funds and needs sufficient momentum to generate positive cash flow.
The latest funding announcement is positive for BTHR. And VERA stands to make a good profit too.
100% profit soon...buy at 0002 and sell at 0004. It was hitting 0005 only a few days ago.
EL$Y went down to 0001 on zero news except bucketing of large blocks of shares among MMs.
BTHR is having news i.e. large funding and yet investors are sceptical. Money is made when others fear to get in. Obviously BTHR has plans and the PPS is low enough to take a position.
Some keep harping on the CEO being convicted of a fraud but that was a very small event and he was bound over for good behaviour. Look up the facts. This CEO has something to surprise the market.
I see an intensive effort to get the PPS down to 0001 so that some people can load up. Hence the torrent of critical comments and all referring to the past history of the CEO.
Well, this CEO is doing very well. Those big frauds are inside prisons still. No need to tell you who those are.
My confidence is with Whitman. USA economy is going up strongly. USD is stronger. Mortgages and employment are up. Energy prices are way low and I should know as I am in the Oil and Gas industry.
All signs point to a strong US economy, increased confidence and with it strong business growth.
No need to worry about Mangos. With financial support, Whitman can buy Michelin grade restaurants and go really upmarket. I will do that as those businesses tend to survive better.
Fully agree that BTHR is not a one-day mirage. 1.4 billion shares traded amount to about $4.2 million changing hands...many took profits having bought in at 0001 and 0002.
There is no smoke without a fire. And BTHR has something up their sleeves.
Unlike EL$Y that had after market big buckets of shares traded between market makers, BTHR is all open-market retail. This is very good for BTHR.
I hope they do well and make it not only Big Three but Big Five, Big Six, etc.
For the naysayers, none of them predicted this coming. None of them urge investors to stock up at 0001 as PPS will rise once the company comes up with their alleged "next scam".
Instead they were gloating over the imminent demise of BTHR with a R/S. This is vengeance of JEDI.
I like CGRA because:
- The CEO is an honest guy; has spoken to him and do exchange e-mails with him. He is not one to pump and dump.
- Even with low volume and soft PPS, he speaks about protecting shareholders interest.
- He talks about a business that can span generations given the access CGRA has access to the vast acreages.
- His only handicap (and is a big one) is CASH. However, he is doing what he can to stay afloat until the tide comes in.
Hang in there CGRA. I am a long term supporter and will swing my investments over once I get more liquidity.
Now that the alleged Scam #4 has appeared, several bloggers are so fervent to shout this down.
Either the BTHR CEO as outwitted you all or that you are just sour-grapes.
For those who are chanting down with this scam, why did you not buy at 0001 and cash out now? You and Mr. Bear have been predicting that another scam will come.
So, why was there no urging for everyone to pile up at 0001 as the PPS can only go up. All I was read that there will be a R/S.
Goes to show that the BTHR CEO is not a dud or a robot. He can also plot a counter attack.
Fully agree that this is a real deal. Will the CEO of VERA risk long term jail (and USA is well-known to pack off CEO frauds to years in jail) just to collude to help BTHR?
How much money can they make by abetting each other to pump up BTHR and then let it collapse back to 0001 again? Will they trade freedom for a jail cell and languish there? What are their ages now and why risk everything?
This is now public, in writing and names of CEOs are published. It will be very daring for both CEOs to be the modern Al Capones.
If PPS moves up high enough, BTHR will not even need the funds from VERA. They will buy outright a good restaurant.
Quoting a regular visitor to BTHR blog:
There is no proving me wrong, as it is over for BTHR; game, set, match. The stock will never rebound simply because the company is done. Done, as in NO business. NO business as in no employees, no office, no assets, no revenue, no income, and no management. All of this is by design- the design of CEO Whitman, he of forgery fame. Unquote.
So today is a mirage then? The share did not rebound then? ha ha.
This CEO has caught the market by surprise. VERA would not go on record pledging up to 10 MUSD for a fraud.
BTHR is very much alive.
CGRA should be at 0.16, not 0.06. Those who want to sell, can do so. Once they start processing the waste rocks, we will see the PPS go north.
There is no big technology involved..crush the rocks, use gravity to sieve out most of the particles leaving behind the ores. Take the concentrated fines to a laboratory for further extraction.
What rocket science is that? And the primary extraction process has not changed for 130 years. And new crushing machines has made the process much faster.
CGRA is not digging a mine, not having to lease a mine. The owners are co-sharing the revenue with them. So, it is all ore extraction costs. And there is no shelf-life involved.
I made profits as a Contrarian.
A few months ago, Muddy Waters was short-selling a major Asian counter and it was big news and the bond and share price were plummeting. I did some quick due diligence, was not even aware about this particular company, etc. I realized that Muddy Waters was good at bashing and only make public their allegations after they have short sold plenty.
I bought bonds and shares. My profit is $36,000 after less than two months...the bonds made good profits, the shares made even better profits.
AMBS today has fallen so much. Those who wants to prove by calculations that it is a worthwhile investment can wait for the moon to rise again. I am buying at 0.03 and will continue to buy in heavily if it goes down further.
When it goes up above 0.10, there will be plenty of people who be jumping in and regretting they did not buy today.
The smart money loads up when others are selling at low PPS.
CGRA is going to much higher than today's low PPS. It will not be too long.
I am very optimistic as I have done the due diligence.
To get serious overseas interests, VGPR has to be much higher in valuation. It gets little respect at 0004 and even 0008 is too low. It has to go back to 0.005 at least, the level it was at in August 2012.
It is up to VGPR to work on their share price too.
Those who talk of torrefaction as immature technology just do not know what they are talking about. And who says Asia needs the highest quality bio-coal? Just look at the massive smog that blankets HK and Beijing? What kind of pollution standards do they have?
Even the American embassy is warning people to stay indoors in Beijing. Can you imagine the Chinese embassy telling people to stay indoors in USA just because of fears of gun violence?
The rumor may be true. Given the low capitalization of VGPR it can be acquired by some deep-pocket investor who can set up torrefaction plants overseas and take this to mega business.
Asia, for instance, needs plenty of bio-coal and they are slashing and burning forests every year. And they suffer from heavy pollution from burning conventional coal and pollutants rich hydrocarbon.
It is a no-brainer. Torrefaction is profitable but need not be manufactured in USA and shipped across the Pacific. There are millions of acres of aging palm oil plantations and coconut plantations that can provide the biomass. The land are going to be cleared and they just burn the fallen trees.
Acquiring 51% or more of VGPR is important to ensure overseas control and no monkey business like reverse split, massive dilution of share value, awarding the CEO a ridiculous amount of voting power, and other nonsense I see in some OTC stocks.
I like AMBS and think this is way over-sold. I have loaded at 0.03 two days in a row and will continue to do so.
I know Venture Funds in the Far East who would be very keen for such biotechnology companies. Funding AMBS is not the challenge. They should reach out to Far East investors more.
Torrefaction is several decades old...do your research on Google and you will find plenty of research articles. It is not infancy. It is proven science.
As for cost, there are also research papers that spoke favourably of its competitive cost. What data are you having?
I do not speak for VGPR. It is up to its CEO to speak up for himself.
Japan nuclear power generation has suffered major setbacks since the 2011 tsunami and earthquakes.
Hydrocarbon fuel and LNG are expensive in Asia due to long sea transportation routes from the Middle-East.
Biofuels from torrefaction, direct for West coast of USA, is the answer for Japan. If they fill an entire bulk vessel with bio-coals, the transportation cost will be low. They might even attract a major Japanese investor.
VGPR should work on this idea.
Now that the news is out, I can confirm that site visits are underway.
Also there may be overseas interests in CGRA too. News are spreading overseas on CGRA's potential.
Hope the share price continues to move up.
ESSI is not marketing Tropine 3. Homatropine is a generic drug that doctors can purchase.
What ESSI is doing is to see FDA approval and also the patent for the novel usage. If they succeed, then they have exclusive right to the patent and only ESSI can sell it as Tropine 3.
You need the 2nd Opinion report.
Doctors are already prescribing homatropine to women. A doctor explained that the neck of the sweat glands get constricted in manopausal women leading to sweat leaking out of the side of the glands. That makes the women very uncomfortable.
Homatropine makes the sweat glands function normally.
This is now being used in the open market. So, I am not sure what is the purpose of FDA trials except to formally document that it works.
Under FDA regulations, an approved drug can be prescribed for a different usage at the discretion of doctors.
I fully agree. Biotech are high risk but very high rewards. Anyone who keep harping on the accumulated deficit is an ostrich with the head in the sand.
I no longer even bother to read such negative posts.
I am sure Molen reads this blog. I hope he comes up with the announcement soon. Not sure what it is though.
BUY...it is going higher. The market collective wisdom and intelligence are seldom wrong. People know people and news are whispered around in private messages, in e-mails.
Pssst...someone says...BMSN is doing this and that.
For sure, the management of BMSN and the sister stock are not collecting dog poo. They are doing serious business planning. Their fortune lies in making BMSN stronger.
The key is Money and not that much either to start ore crushing and extraction.
But getting the money is not that easy these days but money is available.
It is about being creative on how to get the money.
BTHR is still standing. I thought it should have been burnt to ashes if the Mangos deal is roasted. But apparently it is still standing and the Tree has not toppled.
We shall know soon. It can be that MMs are collecting shares for the push upwards with some postiive news e.g. negotiations extended on Mangoes, a new offer of buying a fast-food joint that Obama goes to..whatever.
BTHR is not bankrupt. Whitman is not "Slim". He is loaded and will roll out more plans.
The longer it stays at this level, the higher is the bounce when it comes.
Molen has delayed his positive report (he indicated it will be positive in several e-mails to several investors).
Perhaps the MM are trying to pick up more before the news hits. This is business..make profits on news.
It is coming.
I am a believer. Just listening to Google Chairman Eric Schmidt talks about how computers and IT are now having a big impact on everything including protein folding.
Protein folding? Is that not what AMBS is doing? Protein misfolding?
We think it is all hard slog in the laboratory. AMBS is also harnessing the power of the computer in their search for solutions, for 3-D simulation of possible solutions, for imaging that part of the brain...etc. etc.
Those who are flipping their coins and looking for a quick gain, should go to the casinos and lose their money faster. The smart investor picks up shareas at today's low PPS and perhaps next week's lower PPS and wait for the bonanza.
Great. I hope more will sell out so that the long term investors can accumulate at lower PPS.
Long term means three years at least. So I am not looking to flipping this for a few cents gain.
If biotech research is as easy as making a pancake, there will be plenty of new discoveries flooding the market. It requires patience as there body cells and more so the brain cells are not fully understood. AMBS has devoted 10 years on this project and is that close to doing FDA trials.
Even Obama is putting $ 100 million to study the brain.
For those who are nervous, then it is okay to quit. I am not.
For months, ESSI languished in the low 30s with barely any interest. It was sustained by having a MM purchase small quantities everday so that the charts do not show a patient with zero pulse.
Today, it is different. There is an expectation of news coming and the market is very porous...someone tells someone and the news gets around. I am not in the loop but I sense something will happen and will be big.
This PPS should move up...it is a market that is gingerly tip-toeing back in. Once ESSI makes their announcement, the rocket will blast off and it will be too late to catch it at today's level.
There are sharks and vultures in the market...all waiting to gobble up an investment when it is sure to make money. These people care less about us..the genuine small investors.
So, I am glad that the Board of BMSN is making sure that predators do not buy up the common stock and then vote them out.
Giving oneself enormous voting rights is being used in other counters though not all are working for investors interest. Some CEOs are also sharks and vultures in mentality.
I hope BMSN will do well.
Today will see 500 million shares traded. So early, so furious is the pace. Almost computer-driven.
As a project manager with the largest oil and gas company for years I orchestrate the world of many disciplines from Law to Accounting to many engineering disciplines and trades.
Gerald is an excellent "orchestra" master to create the beautiful music of AMBS. He has experts to answer many technical issues.
