Sorry, what actual substantive "facts" have you provided? "IR called" provides no facts and is not useful in any way.
Turns out that I may have to submit a right to know request under FOIA.
Of course it would be a lot quicker if the Doc just gave us an update. On second thought, the credibility of the update would be suspect.
Under CFR Title 21 § 312.130, availability for public disclosure of data and information in an IND. (a) The existence of an investigational new drug application will not be disclosed by FDA unless it has previously been publicly disclosed or acknowledged.I
I would like to confirm that an NDA for Nupelo has at least been filed. The Doc made the public announcement, therefore we should be able to confirm it. If we can confirm that an application has not be filed, then it would seem to indicate that the Doc has been less than truthful (being nice here) and Nupelo is all BS.
Agreed, the pump will come. Looking through the Company website, I see multiple opportunities for a pump and dump:
Acne Treatments, Anti-Aging cosmetics, Exzema Treatments, Psoriasis Treatments, Skin Cancer Treatments, Medical Cannabis, Nail Fungus, Burn Treatments Topical Antibiotics, Male Pattern Baldness, and Pain Management
Just slap the words "transdermal technology" in a PR coupled with any of the above categories and we'll be good to go for a quick flip. The Doc can keep authorizing and issuing more shares to pay himself and fund his private "Wound Care" company.
All of this is great for an opportunistic trader, but this is clearly not a long-term investment.
Wow, that's right. I forgot about Prolayed. Anyone seeing a pattern here??
The Doc is full of s**t through and through. To issue a PR indicating that FDA approval will be obtained in a few weeks was complete and utter BS and he knew it. At the time that was written, there was no way in hell that he really thought that a two-week turnaround time was remotely possible. It speaks to his capacity for BS. He never comes through with anything, ever. Hence the quiet period here again. Maybe he is running out of BS PRs...although probably not. Wash, rinse, repeat. Unfortunately, we have all fallen victim to this scam. I personally could have made a little bit of money at .03. I was warned on this Board to take profits but I got greedy. That's on me. However, the history of complete BS is on the Doc. He should be ashamed of himself. I hope he proves me wrong but I doubt it.
Not much to talk about.
I think the point is that the Company continues to promote a product that can't be purchased. Not sure how that business model benefits the Company. If the Doc has a plan, maybe he can share it with us "share"holders. You know what, never mind, it's all BS anyway. On second thought, share it for a good pump so that I can GTFO of this dog with fleas.
That is the goal!! Working for a living is getting old.
I have called other companies in the past. The information you typically get will be "puffery".
Puffery refers to the use of exaggeration and hyperbole, sometimes to extreme levels, to promote a product or service.
"We are extremely pleased with how xyz project has been going..."
"We are extremely excited about the market for xyz"
"We are expecting great times ahead."
"We are hearing excellent reports that our products have been well received..."
You should not hear:
"We have executed a $10B worldwide marketing and distribution agreement with Pfizer."
"We have secured commercial line of credit financing with Chase."
"We intend to spin-off our Nupelo brand division effective 7/1..."
In other words, no substance will be conveyed.
I can see a company wanting to replace a CPA firm or a law firm. But wanting to replace both of them at the same time? Doesn't that seem a little odd to anyone? Their excuse is not passing the smell test. I am wondering if the professionals owning shares in VDRM coupled with VDRM contemplating some organizational structural changes that is causing "independence" problems for the CPA's and conflict of interest problems for the attorneys such that they have to resign? Maybe they aren't getting paid. Maybe like another poster indicated, they are tired of the BS.
Of course the above is all speculation. I have no idea if any of this is true since we get no updates or direction from the Company. The only thing we get is the Company pointing their fingers at the professionals for the Company's failure to comply with there SEC reporting requirements.
I suppose this is what we get for investing in penny stocks.
The dog ate my homework.
Guess there is not much to talk about here. No inventory, no sales, no revenues and no pps to brag about....sigh.
Free beer "tomorrow".
You indicated that "he [the Doc] normally delivers". Really? In what context?
Yes, I would say that the Doc does eventually from time to time deliver a PR. However, his track record of delivering upon the substance of the transaction(s) referenced in the PR is not good.
I'm sure someone on this Board could summarize the various promises made over the years that never materialized. What PR promises have been made that have actually translated into revenue received (i.e. actual cash revenues)? A few licensing fees?
It is available through his privately held company under a different label.
Feel warm and fuzzy yet?? Me either.
It was a civil case.
Hopefully the issues in that case are barred by any statute of limitations or have become stale due to latches. Seems like if Keogh had claims where the benefits exceeded the costs of litigation in some material way, he would have brought them already...or who knows, maybe they settled. When it comes to the Doc, everything is conjecture, supposition, and assumption.
Reality is non-existent. I hope I am wrong.
"For $1, I have a bottle of this magical elixir. It's works wonders on wounds (sound familiar). lt'll work on just about anything. [spitting] How's it on stains?" Josey Wales, circa 1976
Guess I'm tired of the games. Is it to much to ask for a real product that sells and actually generates cash flows and net income and leads to a respectable stock price. Guess I'm on the wrong exchange for that.
Still holding.
At this point, I don't want 1/2 cent pps. I have had enough with the "buying opportunities". The time is now for the Company to produce. Its been long enough. The Doc ought to be embarrassed.
Do you mean we won't be impressed with the news or that the news will be the news we expect?
I appreciate your speculation. At least it opens up some dialogue while we wait for some news.
Regarding inventory, the Company has no money to purchase inventory. But even assuming that they had money, maybe the company has determined that the benefit of carrying inventory and selling retail at this stage with no insurance coverage would not exceed the cost of holding the inventory and the spoilage that would occur (due to a lack of a significant number of consumers). Following that thought, maybe its best to hold no inventory in lieu of direct shipments of large orders to a hospital or other commercial consumer.
Of course I'm sure the Doc will provide true, correct, and complete answers all of our questions very soon. Hey can somebody pass the crack pipe, I need another hit.
Has the Company moved on from Vitastem? Slops we need some intel. What do you got??
It appears that Rogain is the only brand that Nupelo would compete against. Although I heard that Costco sells a generic minoxidil.
I am selling a share price spike like we've never seen if Nupelo gets FDA approved.
Does anyone know if there is a way to confirm that there is an application with the FDA for minoxidil (Nupelo)? I tried searching around on the FDA website and didn't find anything.
The Doc doesn't seem to mind diluting the stock price to raise cash to pay for the attorney letter every quarter. Great business model Doc.
Officially back under a penny. How pathetic. All momentum now feels like ancient history. At this point, is there really anyone out there who honestly believes that the announcements were not done simply to sell shares. Yeah, yeah I know, nobody made me buy the stock and I can sell at any time, blah, blah, blah. That however is not the point. The point is that this stock is a dog with fleas. I am going to wait the full 90 days for the FDA to come through. However when Nupelo goes the way of Vitastem and the $600,000 payment from Dubai, I am going to have a chat some regulatory officials.
Awesome, closed at the low. This has to be at least 10 trading days closing down. I have to learn to play the game or go home Buying and holding is not cutting it.
Deerballs has a point that maybe we all are afraid to admit. This is a free market. Sellers can sell and buyers can buy anytime they want. What may be likely with the downturn in price is that people are simply taking advantage of a small information blackout period (while waiting for FDA approval) and they are selling....for whatever personal reasons. Maybe they were smart enough to realize (unlike me) that the PR euphoria would wear off and that there would be a lag period before FDA approval so they sold hoping to buy back cheaper. Of course in hindsight, that is what I should have done...but I didn't. While I do think that the Doc could do a better job at managing the share price and shareholder expectations, I don't think it is due to anything nefarious on the Docs part. I am hoping that next financial statements show us a little more. I am quite sure that I will flip-flop and bitch some more if the price goes down, but I'm still seeing a very large payday in our future.
Been here 7 years plus. Stomach is starting to give out. Pass me over some of your confidence. I need a shot.
I never thought that this would dive so freakin low. Hard lesson learned. Others on here mentioned selling and locking in profits to which I stupidly ignored. To those who said that, you were absolutely right!! Guess the drop speaks to the Doc's credibility. Based on the Doc's track record, no one seems to have any confidence that the Doc will keep his promise or accomplish anything. I thought this time was going to be different. If/when this gets pumped again, please take out your collective wooden mallets and give me a reminder on the top of my head to sell this POS!!!!!
The decline in price is relentless. Must have a strong stomach.
The amount of retracement from the high seems excessive. This has got to be oversold at this point. Better get your orders in because a little news and this will bounce back like flubber.
I don't get why the Doc didn't just raise it more to begin with. I had hopes that he didn't do so because he felt that the Company would be generating revenues and become self-sustaining by the time the shares got used up. Who knew that he would burn through them like a kid in a candy store.
I was starting to get used to seeing green everyday in my account. The retracement was expected but still hurts.
We need some solid news updates or this thing is going to keep sliding. "Solid" means confirmation of a previous announcement such as:
"We are pleased and extremely excited to report that the Food and Drug Administration has determined Nupelo to be safe and effective for over the counter use by consumers without supervision by a licensed health care professional and may now be marketed and sold without a prescription. As a result of the accelerated approval by the FDA, VDRM has moved up the time table and Nupelo is expected to be ready to go to market and become available to purchase online by the end of May, 2023. Interest in Nupelo has been tremendous and our manufacturing division is currently preparing to service overwhelming demand for the product."
Of course I could be totally wrong and wishful thinking. An update frm the company would be nice.
Based on the price point for Ultra, I wonder if the Doc is waiting for insurance company approval of the product for retail sales. Also, rather than hold large amounts of inventory subject to spoilage, maybe the Company is waiting for larger (think hospital) orders and intends to fill those orders when placed. Just guessing.
Wow, up against the cap already. I guess I am confused as to why the Doc would authorize another 250M shares and immediately spend them all. If he knew that he needed to spend them all right away, why not add a cushion to the amount authorized instead of having to go back to the well? Putting a positive spin on it suggests that the Doc very quickly expects that operations will be self-sustaining and there will be no need for additional shares. On the other hand, it sort of suggests that the Doc has other intentions regarding the capital structure. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon so I guess I'll find out soon enough.
Guess people can't just let things play out. People will stop at nothing to try to bash down the price to buy cheaper. I been loaded and holding until at least .25. GO VDRM!!$$$$$
An article in the Wall St. Journal would be nice.
