Wow, up against the cap already. I guess I am confused as to why the Doc would authorize another 250M shares and immediately spend them all. If he knew that he needed to spend them all right away, why not add a cushion to the amount authorized instead of having to go back to the well? Putting a positive spin on it suggests that the Doc very quickly expects that operations will be self-sustaining and there will be no need for additional shares. On the other hand, it sort of suggests that the Doc has other intentions regarding the capital structure. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon so I guess I'll find out soon enough.
