Agreed, investors need confirmation of Otiko's PRs since he seems to have a problem with honest and accurate communication. Confirmation at this point can only come through disclosure in financial statements. Without confirmation, IMHO the stock price won't move with another PR, at least not in any appreciable or sustainable way. Eventually investors start asking for the pudding.
PP, the ignore button works well. The guy's trying to work all of us and is full of it. I've used the button, life is good again.
Trying to squeeze every 100th of a cent out of every buy and sell; driving the price down on low volume and then dumping into and stifling runs is so freakin annoying. I guess that is what makes a market. Still, I would love to see the daytraders get burned on this. It all comes down to performance. Investors need a reason to invest and run up the price. Back to you Doc...you're up! It's your job to produce and create demand for the product and for the stock. Let's go...long overdue!!!!!
Investors weren't particularly overwhelmed with purchase anxiety after the latest PR; demonstrating yet again that investors need confirmation of the financial impact of the PRs. At this point, Otiko could "deliver" 100,000,000 units and partner with Google and investors would simply yawn. Talk is cheap, let's see results appropriately reflected in audited financial statements; then all Hell can break loose!!
Someone try Etrade.
Good points.
I plan on writing a letter to counsel for VDRM to express the frustration and dissappointment of myself and others on this Board with his compensation package. Writing this type of letter can be tricky as I have seen CEO's be spiteful. In no way will I threaten litigation or demean hm personally. My focus will be on getting him to consider an alternative compensation plan to his current plan. I am very much in favor of stock awards based on milestone achievements. In my mind, the milestones should be attached to the stock price and should be spaced out as different price levels are achieved. He previously referenced $1 per share. Right now I think that is simply unrealistic and unattainable. I think he does too which is why he choose to commission pay. How about stock awards for $.25, $.50, $.75 and $1.00. Compensation can be tied to additional bonus pay as well for performance. Paying a CEO of a publically held company commissions based on gross sales is simply not appropriate. I welcome any input that anyone here might have as to content. I know that he can simply ignore the letter, but what is alternative? Bitch about it on this Board? As stated in an earlier email, in my humble opinion, litigation will be protracted, expensive and will not bear fruit.
Otiko only owns 12% of the stock. A clear majority of shareholders could force his hand but then what? Who would step in?
I think Otiko has exceeded his authority in rewarding such excessive compensation.
I also believe he is self dealing with his related private interests. Right now however, we may get further if we collectively express our dissent and extreme disappointment with his conduct. Similar to the loan forgiveness incident.
Right now I don't believe much of anything that comes out of Otiko's mouth. However I do believe that Otiko does actually have a deal (although the timing is suspect). Here's the thing, I believe that he wanted to time the announcement of the deal for the third quarter so he could include disclosures in the third quarter quarterly report about his new exhorbitant, outrageous, greedy, self dealing compensation. Look everyone, I sold one million units for $2.50 per unit ...aren't I wonderful and deserving of 60% of the gross?
In my humble opinion, Otiko was feeling pressure and in a hurry to release some announcement showing progress. He probably did so prematurely, hence the lack of reported revenues in the third quarter. To the poster who indicated that revenues are not booked until the money is received, that is only for a company that reports on a cash basis. VDRM financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP which is on an accrual basis. Revenues are recognized when earned. Earned generally means when the goods have been shipped or delivered to the customer and Seller has no other material obligations to perform. Nonetheless, the accounting still doesn't make a lot of sense. GC said it more eloquently that I in that the books reflect an obligation owed to Otiko as if he earned commissions from sales, yet the revenues upon which he earned the commission are not yet reported. It wouldn't be the first time that accounting errors have occured. We all remember the "debt-free" balance sheet announcement.
I agree with Nsomniyak that audited financial statement would go a long way to add creditability to VDRM's financial statements and footnotes.
And this:
If the Company obtains additional funds through arrangements with collaborators or strategic partners, the Company may be required to relinquish its rights to certain geographical areas, or techniques that it might otherwise seek to retain.
To me this means that Otiko, through Wound Pros or some other related party ("strategic partner"), intends to carve out valuable rights to the product to the benefit of one of his affiliates and ultimately to him. Otiko has and will continue to strip away all value from the company and leave nothing for the shareholders. The guy is a greedy piece of sh*t.
I suspect Otiko was a premature on the announcement.
Otiko is hog and the new employment deal is outright theft. It is completely outrageous. I wonder what the SEC will think.
On June 1, 2024, the Company entered into a new employment agreement with the CEO. The Company agreed to
pay $250,000 per year as a base salary and a 60% bonus based on the gross sales of the Company to the CEO on June
1, 2024.
Wow! That would be nice!! If you keeping talking like that, I may have to buy more.
Agreed, a PR of a 5,000,000 unit order from our resident doctor with the long nose that keeps growing....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Confirmation of revenues booked and cash on hand however ....$$$$$$$$$$$$.
So for the gamblers and speculators out there, now is the time to double down. There is a small window until Q3 before unit sale revenues will be reported. After that, expect to chase the stock past .03. If Q4 then reports another 500k units, the stock could finally breakout and make a new high. If partnerships with any reputable pharmaceutical companies gets reported (as per the PR: "the company is exploring joint ventures with established pharmaceutical companies", coupled with the unit sales, look out. All IMHO.
Love your priorities!!!
Same sh*t different day with this stock. Otiko, where are the financials for the 10th time?? It is not rocket science to prepare unaudited financial statements and issue the 7-year old unupdated garbage footnotes. Pay the CPA with the supposedly huge amount of cash sitting in the coffers and get off your ass....that is after you get back from your 20th trip from the Middle East with all of the deals in hand!! I've seen paint dry quicker. JEEZ.
I'm not broke, just foolishly overweighted in this stock . Movement in the price requires attracting new investors. The group on this thread is already saturated with this stock. I see no need to increase holdings anymore until confirmation, if ever, of Otiko's latest declarations.
Otiko has cried wolf one too many times. Now investors need more than just nice sounding words. File the financial statements, report significant revenues and cash balances to corroborate the nice words; then this thing will take off IMHO. As much as I said I wouldn't, I couldn't resist adding a little last week. My thinking is that here has to be some truth to his announcement (only a brash fraudster would lie about such significant sales). I hope I am right. I (as many here do) have an aweful lot of money at stake. Lets go Otiko...get off your ass.
I don't know if it is incompetence or Otiko simply doesn't care or appreciate what it means to operate a publically held company. When someone has no accountability to anyone and he can continue to do so with impunity, then why change the behavior?
Not sure where you got the buys and sells. I bought 815,000 shares myself.
My guess is that investors still need confirmation of revenues RECEIVED.
Received an email from Rich today linking today's news release. Never had that happen before.
I'm hoping your decimal point is in the wrong spot.
Sure Fdc, whatever you say in your incoherent way.
I feel like I have been a naysayer lately; but don't blame me, blame the DOC. His tremendous historic lack of credibility has driven us to this point. Like many here who have heard it all before, we remain jaded, quietly waiting for confirmation of the latest emails. If/when they get confirmed, I will be first to jump firmly back on board the bandwagon right before I give my notice and order my brand new GMC Sierra crew cab with the towing package for my new bass boat.
For now, back to reality and .005 per share.
Wow, been here many times before with wild pps predictions. It is definitely exciting to think about. I hope it's true this time. It's been a long time coming!
That's funny. We've now set the bar so low that we consider it a win when we are able to go a day without losing any more money. I think we will know pretty quickly if the last PR is just another one of a string of BS PR failures. The Doc has to know that the price action reflects his severe lack of credibility. At this point, talk is cheap and results must be proven via the financial statements; better yet, audited financial statements.
Having said all that, any sign that the new employees aren't fictitious or that the deal is for real (i.e. revenues posted and money in the bank) and we are off to the races.
"The World Health Organization (WHO) on Aug. 14 declared the outbreak of mpox in Africa a public health emergency of international concern..."
Maybe the Doc is onto something targeting Africa.
I agree with all of the comments that we need more meat on the bone to excite investors. However, I am wondering if disclosing the specific terms of the deal would prejudice the Company's ability to negotiate future deals.
Would still love to still names of people who were hired, the name of the distributor in Dubai, etc.
Wow, what WTF is going on with the whole market??? My retirement date keeps getting pushed back.
HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good one!!!!!
And you believe him? At this point, his words have no credibility.
This stock is in free fall. I am watching my investment wither away to nothing. Man this is really maddening and incredibly depressing. The silence from our f*cki*g ahole snake oil salesman is shameful.
Viaderma, Inc. is still listed as revoked in Nevada and no word from securities counsel either.
Not many posts lately. I guess there's nothing to say anymore. We're in free fall waiting on something, anything from Nigerian counterpart.
Can someone reach the guy who's supposed to be in charge of the company. Tell him the company is on fire and he needs to put it out before there is nothing left.
Not me. I was ok sending a letter to VDRM's securities counsel but not to the SEC. To me, it's one of those be careful what you wish for scenarios. We may win the battle but lose the war if the stock becomes untradeable. Honestly though I don't know much about the complaint process as to whether they will jump on it and take it seriously or throw it in a pile with the rest of the penny scam complaints.
