I'm ready, Thank You...!
After Mpower in Vegas I'll probably stop in Austin on the way home for the Formula One Race on Oct 22nd. 0-200 mph and back to 0 mph in 21 seconds, F1 is the Pinnacle of Racing Technology.
They probably have almost as much onboard telemetry transmitted back to the Pit as NASA has when launching the Space Shuttle or Rockets. You may think about Attending Qualifying and the Race.
I live in Austin 3 years, be glad to give you the Nickle PPS Tour.
You love the ARIA, where the Conference is held. Hell you walk in your room and the Curtains Open. And a wireless device the size of a iPad on the nightstand that Controls everything in the room.
Re: "old school vs new talent"
I believe I know what you meant by your quote above, but you probably have it backwards. My First investment was MCI in 1976 on the advice of the HR manager for MCI in Washington DC, I use to mow his lawn when I was in HS. He had invited me to his home for xmas 1975, as my parents were in Germany. Yep I was new talent then, had been in the USAF about 4 years. He even offered me a Job working on Microwave Towers, all though I turned down the Offer as I was awaiting Cross Training from a Jet Engine Mech. to Flight Simulation.
Sold MCI in 1982 just after I left service and was the East Coast Tech Rep for F-4 Simulators in Homestead. Yes, with a stern voice he said and don't sell it until I tell you to, this young pup and new talent. And in case you missed Prior posts, I've been investing in Emergeing/Disruptive Technologies and Paradigm shifts since Netscape hit the WWW.
So Please! Spare me the Old School Lecture.
And once things get to Jury Trial, it won't take long. I'd love to see DUO in Jury Trial with the lieing and Shenanigans the Pulled.
I know how I'd press Press for a SFOR Huge Award after hearing that, if I were on the Jury.
I sold 3/4 of my SFOR holding at $0.025 as it began to retrace from .03 and repurchased at .013.
And always sell at least enough of any equity to make your initial Investment back after you have 100% or more Gain.
Rarely does anything go straight up.
Although I was surprised when OW_P hit $3 in Feb. from .02 just a few months earlier in Oct. Many Many thanks to Bear Creek Capital for the tip. I sold at $2.5. Of course it sits at 0.41 today.
But according to my Proprietary Chart, it shows its in for a bump.
SFOR? I'm patient. I've already had made a couple of trips, one of them to Vegas off the Gains, and planning on attending the F1 Race at Spa in Belgium. I miss Europe after living 7 years in Germany. Only been back twice since returning to the Space Coast in 1990 and working at KSC for 23 years.
If I head to Vegas again to Attend MPOWER on Oct 16 to meet with ACS, I'll be heading to Austin immediately from there to Attend the F1 at the Circuit of the Americas on Oct 22nd.
Deal PR's will eventually come, as will Revenues from them. I doubt ACS will STOP with McAffee/Intel, AON, BOA, First Data and one Large DoD Contractor. Especially after reviewing the list of Attendees from theIr 1st Webinar.
Amazing that list of Attendees, given the Supposed Obscurity of the little non-Public Company. Must have some People in the right places like Geoff and Bo.
So don't worry about this naive New School Investor.
I'm very very patient, especially having Been invested in Precious Metals for what seems like forever, with owning my collection of Gold Buffalo's and being an avid Silver Stacker.
So again Spare me, Please !
Hey but it was a well put together post, To Bad I dissagree.

McAffee Event
The FOCUS 16 Conference was renamed MPOWER (McAffee). It's at the Aria, my favorite Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, next to the Venetian #2.
Although the Cost to Attend is $875.
Never paid to attend SuperComm or Network+InterOp, Huge Events, except for a small cost to attend Single Events I was Interested in.
If the PPS is over $0.10 by Oct. 16th I might go.
I get comped a Room at the Aria for 3 days for free anyway.
"seems R&G would jump at the chance sue" "everyone" for patent infringment.
If I buy 7 used cars to sell, I don't just go buy a Dozen more and open a used car lot before one car has sold.
There are 7 open Patent Infrigment Cases, as any one with common sense would say, let's win a settlement or a Jury Trial, before Proceeding any further.
"Can you show me 1 company that they are suing for using "push" that isn't offering an OOB/MFA product? "
The question is irrelevant.
If that company is offering a Product using OOB to do anything they are infringing, PUSH Notifications or anything else using OBB.
Or rephrase the question so it makes more sense.
"I mean, this would be larger than anything SFOR has going, as basically every app wants to send "push notifcations". "
Yep, there's PUSH EMAIL too.
I reference statements by SFOR Attourneys in Current one of the on going Court Cases that is fighting Infringment on Using OBB using PUSH.
Read the whole complaint if you like, use the Link within the Link Provided.
Just note the Paragraphs in the first link first, it might save time.

If I had the Patent on the Air One Breaths, it's pay up or breathe Carbon Dioxide Like a Tree. A good example, even if it is Pulp Fiction.
Just wait until SFOR begin suing for Biometrics being Transmitted using OOB.
Just because everyone's doing something, doesn't mean it's Legal by Law. They do it until Caught, then they pay the Penalty.
Excuse me, while I take another Hit.
Go stand next to a cop and light up a fatty in Texas, or be wearing a suicide bomber vest see what happens.
Germalto, VASVO, Trustwave Ect. Currently in court will be used as examples, this is what happens to you if one is caught using OOB.
If it were not illegal to steal and use OOB without paying for the right to use it, they would not be in Court as defendants.
Thanks ZPAUL !
And you quoted the Court Prayer on Germalto (which I mentntioned)
It's such a simple concept to understand, but would seem far to complicated for Simple Minds to understand.
I figured the example I posted would bring it down to a level of some would understand:
OOB is "the Path" that PUSH uses.
If the State Owns the TOLL Road (the Path) and you want to use it to get from Point A to Point B you pay the TOLL.
It just seems to me, we are trying to explain it to Jethro Bodine, that never made it past the 6th grade.
Lucky we have very few of those here.. Hot Diggity Dog !
No one is saying SFOR "has" DoD Contracts
ACS has a Contract with a Large DoD Contractor under non-disclosure.
Is that Lockheed Martian? Raytheon ? Etc...
I hope it's MITRE, don't Know, I just know:
ACS has a Contract with a Large DoD Contractor under non-disclosure Per The ACS PRESIDENT & CEO.
Indubitably !
Now one is saying SFOR owns PUSH
SFOR just owns the Path PUSH Notifications need to get from point A to Point B which is OOB.
If the state owns the Toll Road from Point A to Point B, you pay the Toll or find another Path.
Re: "Whats the hold up then?" The Email requested.
Deceiving New Investors is Despicable
As a person did yesterday.
Telling a new Investor that SFOR/ACS has no Deals "it's all Smoke", when the Deals have been spelled out by the ACS President and CEO 3 Months ago.
Longs know where the Smoke and Mirrors Lie, when deceiving New Investors, just asking Questions.
They can state an absolute Lie to New Investors.
Oh but don't you dare call them out in Public for their despicable Act, or you become the Bad guy.. WTF Over
If the place is monitored to the nth degree, then
Someone needs to grow some Balls and lay down the Law and warn that type of behavior will not tolerated.
ACS Clients not yet Publicly Announced. BUT WE'RE STATED by ACS.
OFFICIAL EMAIL TO AN INVESTOR BELOW CONFIRMING.
Push Notifications and Infringment.
Ive been Reading the discussion Shalley.

Time IS NOW Moving Fast in Cyber Security my Friend.
One month to the next is like a Iteration of Moore's Law when it comes to fixing Cyber Security and impimenting OBB MFA.
I have watched several Webinars dealing with PCI along with having several Sources.
Everyone interested, should keep up, Do your own Due Dilligence, MFA Compliance by Feb. 2018 is under the latest Revision of PCI 8.3
I don't have the time to update someone everytime the our PCI Baby Burps.
It's someone else's turn to change the dipper, it's easy to tell without looking.
Of course it might just be a Monster Fart Apparition. Otherwise know as:
Wrong - "MFA non Mandantory by PCI"
With Linking a PCI supplement with the link Text reading
Outdated ???
Last I heard OBBA was being Mandated by PCI, NIST, Ect, Etc. As Time marches forward into 2018.
Is there something New being Mandated by these Organizations?
Outdated, SFOR/ACS show has a new Product CyGate with OBBA and Encryption ?
Name another Product on the Market with that Combination.
A Refresher From last Wednesday Trader
If missed.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132742398
I will add for clarification, in case not understood last Wednesday.
If someone overhears me say the Light was Green, it does not mean I was talking about a Traffic Light.
A Technical Standard vs a Bunch of rules to follow put together as Guidance/Standard, are two different Subjects.
Yes, even though
Kay has said in numerous Emails, Interviews and Twitter Publicly No more R/S.
Yeah, why believe someone with his Background when something is said publicly to 100's of shareholders. LOL
Yes it's going to be a long summer, hopefully one can find another Stock to park ones Money in that has the Potential found here.
Good Luck and hope one is not standing on the dock waving when the Ship is sailing out of Port on a Great PR.
If the PPS runs up, maybe it will drop back a few cents so one can get back in.
I hope a Settlement PR is not put out First, as we might be waving back at you from way out at sea.
Bon Voyage

Oh No, it's going to be Red Monday.
Red, Green, Red, Green, Red, Green, Red, Green,
Who cares it's held STEADY for months while we patently wait
You want make it sound horrible. Thats your right, I don't have to agree.
HSN - Actually 2000 were just that 1st Night
Then it stayed on HSN's Website with the Video, until HSN's 2nd Airing.
So I bet there were a lot more sold after the first Live Airing.
Ad that to Target, Staples, Office Depot, Office Max and Best Buy finally getting GID and MT on the Shelf, and not just on their Website and Retail sales should Show some good Numbers.
Of course I'm still more interested in Corperate Deals and Revenues
In Q3 or Q4.
Let's not forget StrikeForce's Secret Weapon
Re: Deals Revenues this month
I like the 4 Rundown Points.
But so as not to be premature on Deals and Revenue happening this Month :
I have seen nothing that specifically points to this Month or Quarter.
But I might have missed it !
Marks statements in the May Interview only go so far as saying the 2nd Half of the Year.
I believe Brooklyn already commented on "the LARGEST", in a Complimenty Manner when correcting your wording. Kudos to Brooklyn.
I prefer instead - Two of the Most Preeminent Patent Litigation Law Firms in the U.S. and the World.
Either way, we know Who's Backing StrikeForce in Court.
Now if we just knew Who's Backing the $$,$$$,$$$,$$$ to pay Ropes & Gray ?
If that were revealed, it might answer alot of Questions.
The Ropes & Gray StrikeForce Benifactor will eventually be Revealed.
I'm headed to Las Vegas soon, I should ask CSI to Investigate.
Until the Benifactor is known, I will continue to ask :

____________
Brief History of Microsoft and AZURE MFA, PhoneFactor and the Settlement with StrikeForce and then Microsoft's Final Push on Azure taking it Worldwide.
Don't miss the Final Word at the End of Post. An Eye Opener as to who really owns the OBB MFA.
Microsoft's Intial Mistake ?
Believing what they stated after Aquring PhoneFactor.
"they are an industry leader in phone-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) and their solutions bring a unique blend of security and convenience to our developers, partners and customers."
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/microsoft-acquires-phonefactor/
Mirosoft acquisition of PhoneFactor ZDNet
"The newest acronym added to the Microsoft family, as of today: MFA (multi-factor authentication). "
http://www.zdnet.com/article/microsoft-buys-authentication-vendor-phonefactor/
From what DD I have put together since investing in SFOR, Microsoft had began releasing MFA Azure in Sept 2013 with a Blog Post (see Screenshot/Link at the bottom of post, preparing to Capitalize the Azure as a Paid service.
Although having Azure Out as early as 2013. After Aquring PhoneFactor in Oct 2012.
Microsoft did not begin it's Final push taking it to 120 Countries until after the Settlement with SFOR. See Screenshot
IMO - Seems MSFT waited to hear the Outcome of the StrikeForce vs PhoneFactor Markman Hearing and the StrikeForce Settlement before going Balls to the Walls WorldWide.
With the Market Size and Pricing Scheme Microsoft was going after with AZURE's Secure Login, they needed to Settle with StrikeForce quickly and put the issue behind them.

"we are starting to CLOSE some deals we see as the key deals we talked about"
"by the second half will be seeing some sizable numbers that I think will be quite remarkable"
"we've been on HSN, that took us over a year to get therein our minds and the good news is we'll probably be on that show a few more times most likely but we're not sure"
"we're starting to see a lot more retail sales getting done, so we're starting to see a real push out in the retail space"
"We're actually at a point now where were right this minute where we have some very strong sales in front of us, these are some of the big sales we've been working on quite a while now"
"the retail space we do manage and spend a lot of time on and starting to see some major steps getting done."
"But definitely the sales are developing, some large numbers out there that we are getting done w we're getting involved in more discussions and we should start seeing again the second half of this year as very very sizable, at least that's what we see now and hope, we'll see what transpire"
"until the second half when we do see some I think big numbers hitting us and if we see some of the numbers we expect to see by the end of the year I think we should start seeing some major upscale, I can't saw how the market works, I can't say what people should do but we have a lot more shareholders out there now we deal with them constantly, and definitely they should hold on
We're up for a very very, very positive ride.
2017 started out as a weak year, I'll tell you, the 1St quarter, was just a typicial quarter nothing special, the 2nd quarter may be just a little better, but it's really going to be the 2nd half of this year where we expect some tremendous very very sizable revenues we are starting to CLOSE some deals we see as the key deals we talked about
Most of last year and of course we don't have a say when Companies want to do these deals, Now they are doing them and we will see the revenues hitting our books probably by the 2nd half of this year, it takes about 3 months for them to come to us, we are getting them done through the channel Partners their closing some major deals were involved in some big players that I can't mention of course, we'll probably get to put out some kind of PR related to that deal once it gets done and we see the money.
But until the second half we won't see anything major most likely, we might see it start coming sooner than that but we're not sure, by the second half will be seeing some sizable numbers that I think will be quite remarkable, we'll definitely beat last year's, my prediction is at least.
We actually do in-house sales but a very small amount of it, because we put in so much energy in supporting the channel partners. Just because we have a channel partner doesn't mean that they do all the work we're doing tons of work here to support their needs, there requirements their updates to the products that we have to supply to meet their clients needs initially, with some other free time we are working with some other clients we are going after especially in the retail space. And in the retail space I'm sure everyone is aware now since we been on I can say it, we've been on HSN, that took us over a year to get therein our minds and the good news is we'll probably be on that show a few more times most likely but we're not sure yet.
Plus we're selling through many stores now but I won't mention their names, online and in-store products we're starting to get a lot more out there we're starting to see a lot more retail sales getting done, so we're starting to see a real push out in the retail space at least for mobile trust and guarded ID. The two retail products we also sell to the Enterprise, but the retail space we do manage and spend a lot of time on and starting to see some major steps getting done.
We're actually at a point now where were right this minute where we have some very strong sales in front of us, these are some of the big sales we've been working on quite a while now, of course they're getting delayed and I can't mention who they are and what they are but decent sales that will start showing up in the numbers I think in the second half of this year, hopefully anyway that should be sizable numbers that will be building up continuously. And also just to mention besides the sales on HSN and all the other stores in everything we're selling through we also have dont for get we have our major patents, we have 7 patent litigations out there which is for product ID are out-of-band Authentication patents, and we have two law ^ expect some tremendous very very sizable revenues"

Evil, like CyberS to whom you replied
That's keeping your eye on the ball, and on the road ahead.
Spin? Perhaps you should read the first time around.
Then You may have known what I was talking about.
Had you actually read my original reply to you.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132317076
Where I went into great length to discuss the Battle between Amati and AT&T for the International Standard within the IEEE.
You are the one who jumped in while I was replying to ZPAUL and quoting the MFA Standard 2001.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132305305
When repling to ZP I was talking about being OBBA Gold Standard.
I was sure NOT talking about a Group of written Rules to follow and what to use as a Guidance/Standard.
It was very evident I was discussing International / Technical Standard....... When I was replying to you.
If you want to begin throwing out the FFEIC 2001 and 2012. That's your choice, perhaps Technical Discussions and Technical Standards Bodies are over your head.
I stated a Gold Standard to ZP, YOU went off with MFA being a Standard in 2001. I came back with NO it is not a Stanard and began discussing Technical Standards about Amati and AT&T Battle for the Technical Standard, within the IEEE ANSI T.413.
Another Standard Set by the IEEE we've discussed on this Board before. TPM
Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is an international standard for a secure cryptoprocessor, which is a dedicated microcontroller designed to secure hardware by integrating cryptographic keys into devices. TPM's technical specification was written by a computer industry consortium called Trusted Computing Group (TCG).
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (the International Electrotechnical Commission) form the specialized system for worldwide standardization. National bodies that are members of ISO or IEC participate in the development of International Standards through technical committees established by the respective organization to deal with particular fields of technical activity. ISO and IEC technical committees collaborate in fields of mutual interest. Other international organizations, governmental and non- governmental, in liaison with ISO and IEC, also take part in the work. In the field of information technology, ISO and IEC have established a joint technical committee, ISO/IEC JTC 1.
IEEE Standards documents are developed within the IEEE Societies and the Standards Coordinating Committees of the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) Standards Board. The IEEE develops its standards through a consensus development process, approved by the American National Standards Institute, which brings together volunteers representing varied viewpoints and interests to achieve the final product. Volunteers are not necessarily members of the Institute and serve without compensation. While the IEEE administers the process and establishes rules to promote fairness in the consensus development process, the IEEE does not independently evaluate, test, or verify the accuracy of any of the information contained in its standards.
The main task of ISO/IEC JTC 1 is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards adopted by the joint technical committee are circulated to national bodies for voting. Publication as an International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the national bodies casting a vote.

I keep hearing Claims about many Forms of MFA, are you speaking about company with a Patent MFA Technical Product, or MFA as in different Types of Authentication...????
MOX NIX..... MFA is OUT OOBA is IN. LOL ! Gee who has the Patents on that ? Ummm
If you know of any others, Please list any OOBA Patents in Cyber Security that Pre-date Rams.
StrikeForce's IP OOB MFA became an immediate Defacto Standard when Microsoft took it live in 120 Different Countries with Azure.
The Entire U.S. is moving in the right direction and is almost there.
Most of the other 115 or so countries, NOW know how Great OBBA is thanks to Mr. Softy. Instant Default Standard Status.
The Closest OBBA comes to a techical standard is the NIST Now Mandating OBBA. I love the PCI, but not a Techincal Organization, just really Compliance Rules to follow like the FFEIC.
With the NIST it's almost both worlds comined.
Might as well be good as Gold.
NIST
Standards allow technology to work seamlessly and establish trust so that markets can operate smoothly. They provide a common language to measure and evaluate performance, make interoperability of components made by different companies possible, and protect consumers by ensuring safety, durability, and market equity.
NIST’s portfolio of services for measurements, standards, and legal metrology provide solutions that ensure measurement traceability, enable quality assurance, and harmonize documentary standards and regulatory practices. The tools, information, and training provided by NIST, and the contributions and results produced by its staff, lead to advancements in research and technological innovation that foster the drivers of the U.S. economy: invention, improvement, and commercialization.

No one seemed to be addressing Icy's Main Question, so I thought I'd help him out. To many Posts since March to read though unless you just narrow it down to reading a few people.
I addressed his Question on Waller, and then just kept typing on some high points.
Definitely not all-encompassing, but worthy as a Historical Referance for the 3 Months although it's shy on many points during that time.
I tried to just point out the Facts, and no Rah Rah.
Of course some might say I had a Neferious Motive, LOL !
Thanks again Guys !
Yeah, the way he links his DD
You can't tell which Revision it is refering to.
At least I gave the screen shots showing MFA was not a requirment in 2006.
I'm not concerned about the past. Now with PCI, NIST, Etc, requiring OOBA and their requirements must begin to be followed in 2018 it's all down hill.
We have the preeminent Law Firms to take on the task.
But in the mean time SFOR is getting deals Done dispite the Infringers, as long as SFOR continues to get Major Players the Revenues will follow.
Besides when I mention standard, I'm discussing a Technical Standard, not the FEEIC standard, with a bunch of rules to go by, called guidance/standard. The FEEIC can not make a Technology a Standard.
OOBA became a Default Standard when Microsoft took the ball and ran with it "around the World.
It's up to R&G and BR to prove that COBAS is the one and only flavor .
These people keep claiming there are other OOB MFA forms out there, but no matter how many times you ask them to show the Patents that Pre-date Ram Pemmaraju's Patents, you hear silence.
Thanks for taking an interest, and voicing an opinion on the matter

You were shown in Black and White FFEIC
5 years after 2001 it was not required.
Even in 2006 the FEEIC FLAT OUT says it, so even a 1st grader can understand it.
No! the guidance does not call for the use of multifactor authentication
https://www.ffiec.gov/pdf/authentication_faq.pdf
Say and interpt things any way you wish.
My evidence is in front of your face above, straight out, no forging though a PDF file.
Your welcome to show me an oposite statement that says FLAT OUT
YES, the Guidance calls for the use of multifactor authentication .
You can't have a Standard unless it's established by an Authority.
So if not the FFEIC what Authority is stating MFA was a Standard in 2001. Please Quote a Standards Body or Organization if you wish to Continue.
Standard
: something set up and established by authority as a "rule" for the measure of quantity, weight, extent, value, or quality
Umm, the Rule was in 2006 - NO. THE GUIDANCE DOES NOT CALL FOR THE USE OF MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION.
Perhaps they REVERSED Their Guidance after 2001..... LOL
AND I HAVE NEVER STATED THE FFEIC IS A STANDARDS ORGANIZATION.
YOU JUST KEEP REFERRING TO THE FFEIC WHEN DISCUSSING MFA BEING A STANDARD IN 2001.
I consider a Standards Body is and Organization such as the IEEE
Yes Why Would MSCI Interested in Stinky Pinky?
Nice to see you post Rocketman !
Well Kay did say he had talked to a Fund.
I'm not trying to imply it was a MSCI.
And whomever that fund was still maybe waiting for the Opertune Time to buy, before the PPS takes off. (i.e. Kay's last Interview statements about the 3rd & 4Q) numbers/Revenues.
So what if everything is shrouded in Mystery behind closed Doors, ( With Good Reason ) except what has has been announced.

The 2nd Webinar was about CyGate a combined OBBA and Encryption Product.
Basicly the Controversy being posted is why Waller Introduced himself as EXEC. VP of ACS ?
Kay has stated in two emails, Waller does not work for ACS and never will.
Waller has also done many Product Demo Videos for ACS for a long time now. Who better to have Disuss and Describe the New CyGate Product.
Waller & Ram are the Founders of SFOR. Waller is not Going anywhere.
Dispite what some People are trying to imply.
Splithappens gave two excellent explanations :
1. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132679774
2. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132684185
You judge for yourself.
These words being thrown around like nefarious, should only reflect back on those that are trying to distort and mislead. IMO
Nefarious
- evil or immoral
- nefarious criminal activities
- a nefarious scheme to cheat people out of their money
I'm sure that Two of the Most Preeminent Law Firms in the world would be working with a Nefarious Company.... ROTF LOL
The same can be said of SFOR's Chairman of the Board of Directors Stephen I. Cooper + McAffee & Intel

SFOR was also on HSN recently again, although 4 minutes shorter than the 1st one, it does a better Job on the Products.
