I posted real life (not hocus pocus, let me magically distract everyone type of stuff) cenerios.

I do not know how ACS and SFOR determine when Waller takes the position of VP. The contract could be structured to say only during specific times (when trying to sell the products he could introduce himself as VP), but if a client requested anything else such as financials to prove they can support a large purchase, Waller would have to redirect the question to some one else (Because it's not in his job description as per contract).

There could be multiple VP's. Read my last post. Some companies have no VP,s (depends how the corp. structure is set up)

No distractions here, just possible scenarios to keep open minds.

Your scenario is defenately possible, but not likely. IMO.
