You giving stock tips under anesthesia?
VD is next week
The only "pros" here are selling stock. "Various parties" and "advistors" have millions of shares to sell.
Not to mention PIPE bagholders who want out of this nightmare of a stock.
" Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On May 2, 2011, JBI, Inc. (“ JBI ” or the “ Company ”) and Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation (“ Smurfit-Stone ”) entered into a Referral Agreement (the ‘ Agreement ”). Pursuant to the Agreement, Smurfit- Stone shall refer to JBI selected clients (“ Smurfit-Stone Clients ”) that may be producing significant amounts of plastic feedstock to assess the potential use of the plastic feedstock in JBI’s Plastic2Oil™ process. Upon each introduction of a Smurfit-Stone Client to JBI, JBI shall asses, in its commercially reasonable discretion, whether such Smurfit-Stone Client generates a sufficient amount of plastic feedstock to ensure that at least one JBI Plastic2Oil™ processor operating at such Smurfit-Stone Client’s facility will be able to operate at a minimum capacity of (10 metric tons/day)..."

So, this JBI filing is yet another lie?
JBI public statements and filings are not reliable.
Smurfit signed the deal, not Rock-Tenn, so first off, that's incorrect.
Post a copy of the contract if it's in the public domain.............
JBI is immaterial to rock-tenn. It's just a ticker spam effort designed to attach a "big name" to JBI to make them look important.
How many of Kevin Rauber's former Smurfit co-workers have bought into JBI stock?
That would be an interesting story.
Does anybody know how to load videos to Facebook?
Did Kevin Rauber sign the JBI deal for Smurfit?
He worked there when that deal was signed.
Rock-Tenn bought Smurfit out of bankruptcy and inherited this lousy deal.
Or was it the Smurfit janitor that signed that deal?
Nobody seems to be interested in honoring the terms.....................
The Madison County deal is a publicity stunt.
If JBI's "reactors" ever work, which is doubtful, that Madison County deal would provide enough plastic to run one "reactor" for maybe about 20 minutes.
Even IF JBI got ALL the plastic ag waste in NY, it's not enough.
Chartbook I recommend. he's Canadian

Rauber was greedy and needy to take this job.
Out of work at Smurfiit and a large family to support.
Next!
How much wholesale fuel did JBI purchase last quarter?
That's never going to be answered, is it?
That kind of information would blow the JBI scam to bits.
vhet's up gurls? Bork Bork Bork!

JBI doesn't have any intellectual property.
Nothing they do is patented. And there's no hope of them obtaining patents. Their former CEO lied about that on Canadian television, as well.
They don't even have any protected trade secrets. The do have a safe with a ham sandwich in it, however. Only two people have the combination.
Intellectual impropriety, on the other hand -- this they have this in spades.
That being the case, then, buying is a bad idea too, correct?
BORK pork #msg-84300020 ork!
Every day is a good day to sell JBII
JBI is a thinly traded stock pump and dump.
Don't forget the Dump!
JBI filed false financial statements with the SEC
JBI is a successful stock selling operation.
JBI used free shares to bail out a bankrupt relative.
JBI has repeatedly lied in company press releases
JBI gives free shares to internet spammers.
JBI is a successful stock selling operation.
34 million+ shares dumped on the unwitting so far!
Keep Mr. Bordynuik employed! Pay his outrageous salary!
Help Mr. Rauber feed his family!
Keep Chris Irons supplied with alcoholic beverages!
Buy JBI stock!
LOL
LOL!!
Yeah it ran up on relatively light volume.
Anybody contact the JBI TRANSFER AGENT lately and get new share counts?
I'm sure the float has ballooned
At 40 cents? Why? I wouldn't even buy it at that price.
Or the longs that realize they missed their ample opportunity to sell at 1.45 -- they had all day! -- are frustrated and are dumping out of their trades.
All gifts are to be taken.
Nobody's short JBI. That's a myth. Short interest is tiny. The stock is declining due to the weight of stock sales.
