Excellent PR news, both on debt extinguishment and settling the $800,000+ additional FY'04 expense.
Unknown, uw86: please see #8553. Thanks.
Unknown/uw86, please resolve the $800,000 question for us...
Determining whether the 800,000 really is a non-cash accounting matter related to the financing is very important. That's what Unknown alleges, but uw86 says since the financing occurred in 2005 Unknown's analysis is incorrect. Would you two please come to agreement and describe the facts to the board's satisfaction? TIA.
Welcome, Aussie. There is an enormous amount of DD info in the iBox at the beginning of this thread, which has been compiled, and kept up-to-date, by our moderator, the_unknown_factor.
I would attribute the seeming dearth of posts with new on-topic news to the facts that (1) between this and the RB board everything that can be known or imagined has been posted, several times!; and (2) we are all waiting for announcement of the first deal with a major medical device manufacturer, which will start the "new era" of Biophan! IMO the posting will be so fast and furious that you will be challenged to keep up!
So, join us in waiting, and lighten up a little too. Take care...
You have my support, Unknown
I know I am a comparatively new investor in TRBY, but I think your knowledge of the company, its strategies and its management is a great asset to members of the board(s).
Bram, I was just going to say..
One (1) trade so far ... 300 shares ... What's that, $18.00??
A lot has to happen to draw interest back to this company IMO. I'm long and not a trader, but my optimism has waned.
TUF, have you inquired about the 10K? (eom)
In today's First Quarter Production Revenues PR...
It says "total net oil revenue" for PRI, but "total gross revenue" for Bend Arch's oil and gas. Why the difference between "net" and "gross" (typo?)? And how do we get to net revenue from gross?
Unknown, "Looks like we will have to wait till next week-Thats what extensions for". Just a second, my friend ... do you know that an extension has been requested? You have said repeatedly that the 10K will be filed today.
[A] report from Goldman Sachs warned oil was entering a "super spike" period that could drive prices as high as $105 per barrel...
Same at RB ?!?
Test - no posts since yesterday afternoon?
But notice they are selling it for $85. How much can TRBY be making?
FWIW, my opinions on Lordscalia's question...
Assuming what you hypothesize is what happens, and that the royalties are not in advance of product sales, EPS would be about $1.50 ($120,000,000 / ~80,000,000 shares). I believe royalties in advance would be capitalized on the balance sheet to be recognized as revenue when product sales occur. The $28,000,000 investment also would be capitalized.
However: IMO the $120,000,000 first year royalties is highly unlikely, since it would mean BSX would have to sell $3,000,000,000 of new-generation stents in that first year.
It would be somewhat less unlikely, IMO, if the $120,000,000 was a combination of a license fee, perhaps milestone payments, and royalties. I suppose Mike could extract a large license fee from BSX on the basis of exclusivity which might allow them to pretty much corner the market on stents.
Oh well, a waste of writing and reading time....
Hawk, good post ... Techisbest is sorely missed as one of the fine long-term holders and contributors to the BIPH RB board. Wish he was there in "voice" to share the emotions today. Get back on board, Tech ... let us know how we all can help.
-Steve
BIPH.F has strengthened to 1.83Euros, 2.37USD (WSJ exch rate of 1.2976).
Looks like SEC misfiled the 2/22/05 8K as the 10QSB. The same 8K is filed in the SEC data base as an 8K and as a 10QSB.
I thought the $183/ton might have come from one of the reported phone calls to IR. Can that be searched here on IHUB?
OT: Docdet, long-time Orange and Boeheim fan. Is the kid coming this Fall? I think they've had a good recruiting year.
Good luck to all ALMI longs.
Hi beigledog, looking forward to your model ... I love revenue/earnings models to tweak and play with.
Agree the March hoops tournament is the best sports time of the year. I'm in Rochester too, so "Go Orange" (and in Div III "Go Yellowjackets").
Good find, ballyhooo! (eom)

I would guess less than a month. Mike said they are beginning to fill out the application now.
Good to see you E.P.
Several Biphanatics here. Your excellent TA will benefit almost all here (except I think fundamentals lead, and TA follows).
Those are reasonable timeframes. All I would add is the possibility of drug pump deals soon thereafter, and I would like to see something with NanoView.
A question of my own: Is the recent SP rise pricing in the first deal?
Milliondlrdreamz wrote "sponsorship was under Designer Appliances. It seems as if anyone viewing would have quite a bit of research to do to find out more about TRBY.". I couldn't agree more! In my limited posting here I've commented more than once on what I feel is poor brand management.
TOVC is local, and Peter Lynch said that you usually get more useful info on local stocks. And, it is a bit of an enigma. Such lack of business success given such a supposed wealth of technological innovation.
Unknown, I support all three of Floyd's points re: managing this board, I addition, in difficult to determine situations, I support you unilaterally doing as you see best. Thank you for what you have done here, and elsewhere.

Possible answer, desperation.
You, of all people, should know better than Torvec.
Floyd, I guess I shouldn't trust Time&Sales on iHub's Depth/Level II.
In the final 1'20" four trades at .08 followed by just one trade at .09 ($270 principal).... Hmmm.
Thanks, and apologies. I tried it several times and as I said came up with only the clickless software. But now no problem .... (maybe you're right, I entered "meese"). Again, sorry, but still worth a try to see what prospective buyers will see.
I was there, section508.gov. I entered search word "mouse", under the assumption I wanted a compliant mouse. You entered "companyid-1419". How would I, who simply wants to find a compliant mouse, know that????
Section 508 products list ...
I searched for the mouse and came up only with the Nib Clickless Software package. No mouse. What am I doing wrong?
Pedro, I meant no criticism of you...
It just struck me as extremely shallow for Nutmeg's Managing Director to say each company's management's achievements were "virtually unprecedented". Maybe he needs some new boilerplate....
Pedro: "The history of the finace company seemed to relevant esp. since it seems they take great interest in the companies they assist".
But evidently not very individualized:
Netmeg's Randall Goulding, speaking of TRBY:
"We believe the current valuation does not adequately reflect the enormous opportunities that exist for the company, both in the near and longer term."
"We are impressed with the Company's talented management resources, and for such a small company to have captured such opportunities -- is virtually unprecedented."
Goulding, speaking of SPRL:
"We believe the current valuation does not adequately reflect the enormous opportunities that exist for the company in both the near- and longer term."
"We are impressed with the Company's talented management resources, and for such a small company to have captured the opportunities -- is virtually unprecedented."
No posts in five days ???
Bronxirish, check PRs for Nanodynamics agreement (eom)
Thanks Unknown and Hawk for your DD help.
I took my initial position in TRBY 1/31 and nearly doubled up this week. Equity financing seems solid and certainly well timed from my standpoint! GLTA TRBY longs.
WhiteSands, why are BAMM shares "out of float" for a long while?
