The patent alone makes it worth multiples of the previous highs.
The big thing is that they agreed an out of court settlement with Aurora Cannabis in return for shares and a cash settlement which they used to pay off ALL existing debt.
Read this one sentence again.
They are debt free!
No convertible debt
No other debt of any kind whatsoever!
Actively seeking a partner in the tobacco industry which is where they feel it would be easiest to demonstrate the efficacy of their technology.
They appointed Dan Paton earlier in the year who has ten years experience in product development working with British and American Tobacco AND ten years of experience in product development at Kimberly Clarke!
Yes you guessed it folks those are the two hundreds of Billions of Dollar industries that they will disrupt with this patented drug delivery system of strips that you place in your mouth circumventing the whole of gastrointestinal tract.
Just the patents make the company worth multi Dollars with this share structure!
The big thing is that this trades so thin which tells you that the share structure is very tightly held.
I note the buy of 129,000 shares at four cents today. Someone is clearly building up a significant holding in the company!
Looks like we are along for the ride with them!
Who could it be? A private individual? A large tobacco company? Quite possibly. A large pharma company? Quite easily. The last two literally have such deep pockets that even a $1bn price tag would show up as a sneeze on their accounts!
So much potential here.
Looks like an update is coming on Monday now that they’re Pink Current Information again!
Sorry to hear that. I’ve been watching very closely. You always know that the market makers will take advantage of any sells to widen the spread on a low floater then wait for a sell to mark the stock down.
Dollars or cents?
Give me your number on Twitter and I’ll call you later on
You do that my friend
Company tweet press release coming on Monday
Someone bought 129K a few minutes ago. This is getting very interesting indeed.
04 break is the key resistance break. Four cents is on the bid now so I’m just watching.

Gives a very good introduction to the company. As much potential to run as BL*FR .

Did you see that 20m buy?
If they cancel 1.6bn shares that’s pretty much the entire float!
No wonder it dumped after hours! So you’re on this one huh? I must keep an eye on your posting history! Lol
Thanks for making that distinction. Well worth noting for future reference.
Quick question. Don’t they still have to file the cancellation of the shares with the Colorado Secretary of State website?
Webull or interactive brokers
If you look at the tape into out of hours close on Friday there were some very big buys going through at the ask. Just remember how easily it ran a couple of weeks ago.
Funny thing is some stocks always trade very thin and others it takes mountains to move them. This one trades very thin any buying pressure trips the algorithm to mark the stock up. I think traders know that from the recent run and it will be a solid trade to start the week.
Looks like this stock was taking liquidity away from the other after hours runners because they all stalled once the filing hit and buying pressure started up.
Maybe they also have some amazing news to release tomorrow. Will be watching at n market open tomorrow.
At least the start of pre market trading is 9am in London. Not 4am EST! Lol That’s a much more civilized hour to be trading! Lol
Hello my friend. I’ve been in since this morning as well. Webull shows that it’s broken all the usual technical analysis indicators that would usually make it a buy separately. It will squeeze a lot higher as the float gets even tighter which is about to happen very soon.
Ooops my bad I didn’t spot my typo until just now. This is very good for the company, not the country! Lol Apologies!
Regarding what a collateralised loan is, this is a very good thing for the country.
The interest rates on these types of loans are a lot lower than other types of commercial lending.

Collateralization: Definition, How It Works, Examples

What Is Collateralization?
Collateralization is the use of a valuable asset as collateral to secure a loan. If the borrower defaults on the loan, the lender may seize and sell the asset to offset their loss.
For lenders, the collateralization of assets provides a level of reassurance against default risk. For borrowers with poor credit histories, it can help them obtain loans. Collateralized loans are considered secured loans, so they generally have substantially lower interest rates than unsecured loans.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Collateralization provides a lender with security against default on a loan.
Because it greatly reduces the lender's risk, the interest rates on collateralized loans are substantially lower.
Businesses typically use collateralized loans to fund expansion and improvement projects.
Understanding Collateralization
A home mortgage and a car loan are two common examples of collateralization. The house or the car may be seized by the lender if the borrower defaults on the payments.
Collateralization is also common for business loans. A business owner may put up equipment, property, stock, or bonds as a security for a loan to expand or improve the business.
On a collateralized loan, the principal—the original sum of money borrowed—is typically based on the appraised collateral value of the property. Most secured lenders will lend about 70% to 90% of the value of the collateral.
For a lender, collateralized loans are inherently safer than non-collateralized loans, so they generally have lower interest rates. Non-collateralized, or unsecured, loans include credit cards and personal loans, which generally have much higher rates.
Interest Rates for Collateralized vs. Unsecured Loans
For example, as of August 2023, here are sample interest rates for collateralized vs. unsecured loans:
Collateralized: An 36-month auto loan for a new car could be obtained at an average interest rate of 7.91% by an applicant with a good credit rating.
1
Collateralized: A 30-year fixed-rate mortgage could be obtained for an average interest rate of 7.23%.
2
Unsecured: On the other hand, the median rate of interest across all credit cards in the Investopedia card database was 23.99%.
Unsecured or secured: Interest rates for personal loans, which can be either collateralized or unsecured, ranged from 4.6% all the way up to 36%.
Collateralized Business Loans
When companies need loans to finance projects and operations, they can use equipment and property as collateral to secure bonds that are issued to investors as fixed-income securities. Fixed income provides investors with fixed interest payments as well as the return of principal at maturity, so bonds are a type of collateralized loan (corporate debt) between the company (the borrower) and the investor (the lender).
With bond offerings, the equipment and property is pledged as collateral for the repayment of the bond. In the event of the company's default, the underwriters of the deal can seize the collateral, sell it, and use the proceeds to repay investors.
The increased level of security offered to a bondholder (the lender) typically helps to lower the interest rate offered on the bond, which also decreases the cost of financing for the issuer (the borrower).
That is unless Daniel Borders group come in really start buying!
Yup looks like it’s consolidating nicely in this range and will break 50 cents later on.
Erm news trumps technical analysis. When sentiment changes any chart will struggle to keep up with the speed with which sentiment changes,
So I hope you covered your short or your account is worth enough when liquidated to cover it. Otherwise, your broker is liable to cover the difference!
It will some day when we least expect it.
Shame you didn’t pm me . You might’ve been near me.
Where you been dude? Nice to see you back again.
Just waiting patiently to see what happens.
Sorry about the typos the app is not working very well and logging into the website it keeps refusing to take me to the actual board!
Ah VEAP is now $3.18. Sitting right there at the moment.
Back over VWAP of $2.14 already
Looking like a runaway gap that’s not going to get filled!
Sure is. Having way too much fun just watching! Lol
