I'm fairly new to trading and I really don't understand the .05 - .08 dividend situation and how it will affect those that get in at higher than .22/share, cash on hand.

By first impression (mine anyways), if you got in @ .22 a share or less, or even a little more for that matter (considering the cash div and .49 addtl shares) you are golden.

I guess my Q is will the valuation of the pps be the actual pps on Feb 17th after the merger happens? Or will it be .22 (cash on hand per share), + .08 dividend, + 49% additional shares (for feb 17th & prior shareholders)? Just trying to do the math here which is not my strongpoint, thanks for any help you can give, as you can tell I find this situation confusing.

I notice that you are in BPNT @ .20 or so. I realize that it is pretty much a no brainer at that price, but what do you think about now, .35? Or higher, depending on if it gaps open on Monday?

but not from mentions on/in cnbc, cnn, ibd or biz week. I only know of them becuase they have a competing product, how well it competes who knows, not much info on it out there.

First to market is many times the biggest winner.

All the press I've seen on the VKB has the iBiz name attached, so I don't think it is a big deal that they don't have exclusive marketing rights, if that is indeed the case. Who else is even trying to sell the VKB right now? I have only seen natl press on iBiz, that matters more than any distribution agreement, imo.

I think the mar 31st is just because of the back order and demand, this site says mar 15th (bottom of page in red):

I could of had DIO @ .29 this morning, I've been watching it like a hawk last couple of days, getting ready to buy. I ended up chasing it this morning and got it @ .32, oh well live and learn.

Looks like a quadruple bottom. Be wary of pvng, ownership is baaaaaaaaaad. I bought it @.09 and sold @ .11 quite a while ago.

I honestly thought they were bankrupt, last time I tried I couldn't retrieve their chart. Be careful there, imo.
