Impressive resume for Mr. Cho. Thanks. Lends credibility to his findings, although this was the entire departments findings not just one person like in TECO's case. Anyone know who the 3rd party mud-logger was for TECO/Belize? Advanced geological Services out of TX, Houston?
TECO will attempt to complete a dry hole? The entire Geology Dept of Belize unanimously said "dry hole with certainty". Stop wasting money. Game over. It was an dangerous mistake. Drill another one before Belize kicks us out for good and gives the leases to Krowa. This time follow some protocol, hire a real geologist and don't confuse spilled hamburger grease on dry rocks with a 6 million dollar field.
Here's the TECO video on what BELIZE says regarding TECO's false claim. It's hilarious even though we are not laughing to the bank.
Did we watch the same video?
Since TECO jeopardized it's relationship with Belize by releasing a "false claim" according to Belize, shouldn't TECO consider selling all of it's Belize leases and focus on ramping up the 9.8 Barrels per day. Must admit, even though I bought into the false strike claim and still licking the wounds, the video is hilarious. The expressions on there faces are priceless. "6 million Barrels". LOL.
Oil discovery appears to be nothing but a false claim
SEC CONDUCTS INVESTIGATION: Anyone know best and worst case what can happen?
This claim would imply our investment is at risk. TECO is drilling in Belize by the way.
BELIZE GOVERNMENT COMMENTS ON TECO
SEC FREEZES TECO STOCK? Why did TECO upset the partner (Princess), the government of Belize (partner) and all the unlucky shareholders who purchased the stock at $7-$13?
I do agree. Most likely, the SEC will be investigating, given the magnitude of the invalidated press release and all the upset parties. Question is: DOES the SEC give the shareholders any notice before they shut down a company? I still have shares and was concerned by this video you shared below.

Proof of FAKE OIL FIND
TECO Shareholders only receive 20% of Belize! Yikes! What happens to the rest? Hmmm. Sniff Sniff. Two shareholders confirmed this. See #5 below:
5. We sold 20 % of our share of the Princess concession to investors. Do these investors have a 20% share in the Paradise concession? Which of these investors are officers of Treaty?

Meeting went Great.
These were the questions asked.
1. I am heavily invested in Treaty with nearly 4 million shares. One of my concerns is a statement we constantly told consumers in my old job working white collar crime cases. “If it appears too good to be true it usually is.” If this company can accomplish everything they want in my calculations, it is a multi-dollar stock. It does appear to be too good to be true.
2. Mr. Gwyn; This stock moved when your affiliation with this company became public. How is financing coming for the various projects? What is the chance of hitting oil in Belize? the 5000 BPD project in Texas? The 1,000BPD project in Texas?
3. Mr. Gwyn Did you leave your investment practice because the economy turned down or because Treaty had so much potential?
4. Where do you see this company in 1 year? 2 years? 5 years?
5. We sold 20 % of our share of the Princess concession to investors. Do these investors have a 20% share in the Paradise concession? Which of these investors are officers of Treaty?
6. Will you get the capital to expand to other locations internationally and domestically? When? Where? How?
7. The message boards have not been kind to Andrew relating to FINRA fines. Has this been a problem/issue for the Belize government? Is there any substance to any of these fines? Were these mistakes from the past or bullshit claims?
8. From my calculations, assuming the same profit ratio. Getting 5,000 BPD from Texas equates to around 13,000 to 15,000 BPD from Belize (Assuming our 40% interest and payments to the charitable fund. How is the Texas project going and when will the funding be in place to pursue this other project in Texas.
9. Is the profit ratio around 60% of revenue in Texas?
10. When will the larger project in Texas happen?
11. Any thoughts of buying back shares.
12. I know that sometimes the sum of the parts is greater than the whole but what are the long term advantages of spinning off the drilling company?
13. There were problems with the Kansas leases. Is Kansas done for good?
14. $9 million in financing was approved for Kansas. Is that still there?
15. Kansas was estimated at 1500 BPD and had great potential. There is an office listed on Treaty’s website.
16. With so much potential why did Danos, Randall Newton and Barksdale step down. (As part of my due diligence I did try to reach out to Danos and Randall Newton without any call backs to me.)
17. Do Danos, Randall Newton or Barksdale have a current relationship with company? Do they own stock?
18. What ever happened to Tn?
19. There are a lot of high level people . what are salaries? Did they get salaries, stock or both.
20. Are you engaged in fracking.
21. Lee Schlesinger. Did you leave your investment practice because the economy turned down or because Treaty had so much potential?
22. Ron Blacburn. What is his involvement?
23. Someone had a prior relationship with Princess – who?
24. Mr. Blackburn was or is an insider. I do not see any SEC forms showing selling but I believe there has been significant. When?? And how many shares?
25. IHUB has mentioned a possible relationship with BNE. What are the pros and cons? What did they do to lose their lease and would their bad reputation have any negative repercussions on Treaty?
26. Is there any benefit in a press release that includes how many shares all insiders own and a statement related to buying not selling if that is the case.
27. How do Belizeans view us?
28. What are the chances of Treaty building the refinery?
29. The money marketers appear to be playing games with this stock.
30. How many employees does Treaty have? Contractors?
31. A lot of equipment has been purchased at auction. What is the cost and market value?
32. If the drilling company separates, will they do all the drilling for other companies? Will Treaty also have some equipment for itself or will it hire Treaty drilling?
33. How large is it now and how large could the drilling for other companies be?
34. The website should be current and accurate. ( Ie Kansas #)
35. What scientific reports are there – Geologist etc –Please describe estimating the potential in Belize and Texas, and others?
36. There is a lot of enthusiasm for this company. What science/evidence backs up this enthusiasm?
37. When will work start on the Paradise concession?
38. When Mr. York is in Belize or Texas, who runs the other operation?
39. Have there been any inquiries from any regulatory agencies.
40. Any formal complaints etc.
41. When does President Barrows term end?
42. What percentage will go to the trust?
43. How much of the charities funds go to Larosa?
44. Once you get to the 1,000 BPD and then the other 5,0000 PBD goal, how many years will that be good for?
45. There’s been a lot of” hate in the heart” from several people on message boards. – source of hate?
46. 3 BPD – please describe set-up. Is there a storage tank at each well. Cost? Does someone go around daily, weekly monthly and siphon off? Once a well is up and going – any maintenance? How many workers needed per area?
47. If you do not hit oil on either of the first two wells in Belize, do you have a plan to save the share price? Kansas? Texas? Other?
48. Using standard estimates in Texas please explain what the net profit ratio would be under these circumstances? Scenario 1 - one well – 1,000 BPD; Scenario 2 – 333 wells -1,000 BPD (or 3BPD per well) What costs are with each well? Generator? Storage Tank?, employee? Transportation? Is activity remotely scanned? Security?
49. On average how long does a rework well function well? What’s the cost and can it be reworked again?
50. Once 1,000BPD is achieved –How long will this last?
51. Is the current oil from Texas covering all rework costs plus cost of outstanding loans?
52. Are new leases being sought in Texas to assure June 30, 2012 1,000BPD? Is their financing available to buy new leases to assure the 6/30/2012 goal?
53. When will solvency be reached?
Thanks for the Due Dilegence on TECO Shannon. What % does Princess get and what % does Treaty get and what % goes to "others"?

Once again "Thanks".

These photos are right off the press, taken this afternoon at Treaty drilling site in Belize.
I don't see any drilling going on, do you?
For your information, Treaty does NOT have verbal or written permission to resume drilling. Belize's Geology and Petroleum made a site inspection last Thursday, January 19, 2012, and Department of the Environment will make a site inspection sometime this week. I am providing you truthful information here-it matters to me not at all if you accept it or reject it. It's your money.

Thanks Belizeoil for the update.
Could you please re-check the link and re-post?

Seems like this weeks sell-off hasn't even factored in Reid's 1.5Mill. YIKES!...This will be next week's sell off
Dry hole in Belize? TECO president dumping his shares? High volume dump on a Friday? 15 Million dollar lawsuit pending against Treaty looking more tangible? Investors selling stock now at a price now BELOW the announcement of new management? Voting is in, the PPS speaks. Pick and chose one or more today, it's free fall Friday. ...
Oh, don't forget Taco TECO Tuesday, buy 1 get one free..
What was the cause and outcome of this TECO lawsuit and most importantly WHY? Could not find it on the link....
Why does treaty care about bad or good public opinion? Why invest good money in such things that will be eternal? Every company has supporters and bashers. Welcome to America. Free press. This is healthy to hear all sides and will be to the end of time.
That TECO bull who purchased 1M shares these last 2 days just became a steer. Ouch! Bears +1. Do the former bulls, now steers know inside info about Belize?
Big sell orders filled below bid again... Coolnaps, maybe the shorts or MM?
Wasn't around for Kansas but it sounds like TECO left everyone in the dark. OUCH! Just like finding out Belize well #1 was abandoned from some random person (whom we thank for his braveness, integrity and honesty). Hope new management opens up their limited transparency more. "If u promote it, then be responsible to update it "
Keep seeing some large sell orders on the time of sales below the bid. Today is a sellers ALL YOU CAN EAT at TECO's Taco's
Yes. Good catch Albetson...A single serious buyer showed up at the door suddenly. A BULLish move.
Coolnaps... Check L2 now. U were misreading and adding one to many 0's. Total Bid volume at .04 is around 1M @.04 NOT 10 M... This equates to .04 X 1M = A meager 40K support NOT a 400K support. Thanks for Ur updates anyways. I appreciate them. Allisone
Coolnapz, R u sure (100%) there r 3 zero's that follow this bid at .04 and not 2 zero's?
12 mill versus 1.2 is the difference of an elephant versus a wabbit'. Please state so after u research it. I'm saying u have misinterpreted These numbers and am bringing it to your attention and the boards .
It's only 1.2 mill...based on my broker series 7 license. Respectfully Allisone
Thanks Coolnaps. I also checked the L2 (different service provider) on TECO at approx the same time. The .04 varied between 700,000 to 1,200,000 shares but NOT 12 mill shares. OK support but when u convert it to dollars it's only $28K to $48K. Chump change compared to the the A/S out there. A motivated seller can wipe that out easily and fiercly . I'm not saying this will happen, just that it can very easily as time goes by with no positive updates.....Vice versa applicable too
Status of Kansas, sale of TECO drilling division, Paradise Energy status, delay in updating investors about Belize temporary abandonment are Excellent examples of Management non- transparency. If Management wishes to be discreet than do NOT publicize or promote if you are not willing to follow up and update.
The price is now reflecting the same price and lower than when the new management publicity was announced.... Hmmm.... Hope TECO management steps it up with integrity.... It's not to late to make improvements and let the past be the past but demonstrate it by Ur actions not words. He shall know them by their fruits right? I'm hopeful TECO can improve as we all need a wake up spanking' once in awhile...then what a journey...
Coolnaps, How do the technical s appear now for TECO? I appreciate your earnest work. Technicals are not the holy grail but they do warrant some merit. I seem to recall on your last chart that.05 was support, so is support now a ceiling and .04 is the new support? Head and shoulders forming? Thanks Allisone
DTL. Great visionary point. Releasing news (good and/or bad) in as many avenues as possible is key. Madonna loves the press, they good the bad-- it all brought awareness and fans in. Who or what is the TECO mascot?
FM . In theory yes. However actual net to company is MUCH lower for 45 BbLs a day. There is 1) severance tax 2) royalty dispersements to the land owners 3) direct operating costs. Most wells (especially stripper wells) require maintainence and do NOT run 365.
The company is probably netting (on 45 BbLs) $500,000 with a DECLINE curve (as all wells produce less with time). This would only cover a very tiny ma-pa company. A big million or more TECO private loan would help them (us) otherwise they will have to dilute us further which adversely effects the stock price.
Lots of promises and the oil biz is full of them. We all hope they hit and secure some cash flow very SOON. At the same time, let's stop making big promises and only showing promotional updates. Nothing wrong with some vinager and honey. It's nice to hear all sides, it's healthy.
In summary. TECO is most likely not going to make this year's financial forecasts again. Next year again.
40-50 BbLs a day is low for one well let alone for a bunch of them (more overhead).
Belize is going to take much longer than anticipated (next year sometime). Paradise Energy is NOT a confirmed wholly owned asset at this point. The legal system will determine this (not directly with TECO but indirectly). TECO MNGMNT fails to keep everyone posted on a timely basis. TECO does have lots in the "next week" possibility jar which keeps us all hoping for "that break"....Main concern is how long TECO can run on fumes. So far, they have performed
Miracles. However, Cash flow is king. Anyone willing to lend TECO a few million ?
I concur somewhat. Appears Lame that a company such as TECO only promotes and does not share ALL information. This appears like old school "KGB" management. So far, I'll wait to hear from TECO's much delayed update. Invested with other Oil/Gas companies also. They all differ. Some provide play by play action (transparency) while others use KGB tactics. Perhaps there is a reason they chose to leave us all in the dark. Most modern investors would prefer and respect hearing both "bad" timely and "promotional" news rather than just "selective" non-timely news. It's the journey never the destination. Let's encourage more transparency, more cohesiveness with the so called "good" and "bad" news TECO Management. Tis life and the journey highly sought after.
Oiljob, Any word from the Riedster on TECO? Last we heard from him and new management was they were supposedly going to keep us all in the loop regarding Belize? Are him and Barrow off sailing the Atlantic in search of Nemo?
Just there, you are correct. In this case however, Treaty Drilling had already set surface casing in the first go around (Way back in shipment #1). This is where they used the cement in the first place. This last round was to TD or Total Depth, therefore they would not be putting away the drilling Rig until they are either 1) done or 2) something went awry. Normally the Rig would be moved to the Next site. Therefore this is also the next site. A 1500' depth well is approx 5 days each providing nothing breaks down. These are shallow basic wells, I hope they drilled or tried to drill it deeper.
Belizeoil. If there is anyway your contact can get a photo of the wellhead sticking out of the ground (another term: Christmas tree) or Anything protruding from the ground or a copy of it's burial (R.I.P. Well #1). This would conclude lots of speculation. It's most likely a dud or they r waiting on shipment #3 for something else. Whatever is sticking out or is not sticking out from the drill hole will tell the tale. We don't know how deep they got, how deep they wanted to go (hopefully to basement) and what the logs have shown. Unfortunately, I did not see the pipe truck from these pics. This would be an important clue too as to whether they set pipe or not. Rule of thumb is when you start drilling, you do not stop until you are finished. Finished can mean different things.
Thank you Belize Oil for taking the time out to inform us shareholders. One would hope these pics would come from the company we are supporting but heck, at least we got something for now. It's a puzzle? Hmmm. 1) No updates from TECO about an abandoned crew for one week 2) ) Stock closed below .05 today, a technical "yikes" according to coolnapz (if I understood his technical opinion on significant support at .05). When in doubt, follow the volume and stock. Insiders always knows more than the public....
Thanks for your post Belize Oil. If what your saying is true, (won't believe it till the pictures substantiate this "what's you talking about Willis?" claim) than this may shake investor confidence on TECO's transparency considerably. Why are we getting updates from strangers? Why has the well been shut down for one week and still no updates? Dry hole? We won't hit the exit door based on this bold claim until we see proof (pics). Thank you for your possible insight regardless. Seems like the market supports your claim as TECO is tanking on high volume. Insiders must be dumping. Also not good since public information should be made public IF this claim is true....TBC
I could not find anything that supports nor validates this opinion that Treaty energy has clear title to the Paradise Concession. Please share any documents that will support your contrary opinion. Everything else on Google search for "injunction Paradise Energy" supports the fact that Paradise Energy is indeed in "Limbo Land" until the Courts decide who is and was the legal owners. I expect lots of legal fees and lots of time before this case is resolved.
fm81 : The fact (not mine nor anyone's opinion) is a new injunction has been filed and the valid sale/ transfer of Paradise Energy Concession is to be determined by the Belize Supreme Courts and attorneys. This absolutely directly impacts/effects Treaty Energy assets. In fact, Treaty will acknowledge it and have to list it if it's still pending as a legal concern when they file next with the SEC. This may not be what you nor I would like to hear, however let's not blind ourselves nor anyone in this message board to what is. This does not effect the current drilling with Princess since this is a different company of course.
The Renewed Supreme Court Injunction filed against the sale and legal ownership of the Paradise/Treaty Energy Concession places this Asset in limbo land. Question is how much value does this particular asset ADD/SUBTRACT from Treaty Energy Asset portfolio? Worst Case, they lose it and write off one Million Dollars. Not good but its not going to bankrupt the company. Best Case, they renegotiate, pay some additional legal fees and solidify the acquisition with all parties. Treaty can then sell this asset for some drilling cash or retain it for future exploration. Treaty desperately and critically needs cash flow at this point whether it comes from TX, KS or Belize to sustain itself and transform itself to a stable company. Ideal scenario would be concurrent drilling from both TX and Belize therefore increasing it's odds of success and minimize potential backlash should one of these prospects fail. Regardless, timely drilling updates would be a courtesy extended to all shareholders. I'm assuming something broke again, perhaps shipment #3 is the lucky number? A big stride to drill for a tiny company to drill in a foreign country without a drilling/completing infrastructure. This can be both very costly or sacrifice the quality of the drilling and completion. TX drilling should be emphasized as a priority at this juncture of the company.
