The part I don't understand is why Treaty going to complete a dry hole according to the entire Geology Dept of Belize? Stop wasting money. Game over. Drill another one before Belize kicks us out for good and gives the leases over to Krowa. This time follow the protocol, hire a real geologist and don't confuse spilled hamburger grease on dry rocks with a 6 million dollar field.
