Wasn't around for Kansas but it sounds like TECO left everyone in the dark. OUCH! Just like finding out Belize well #1 was abandoned from some random person (whom we thank for his braveness, integrity and honesty). Hope new management opens up their limited transparency more. "If u promote it, then be responsible to update it "
