Madhatter,
One question for you,
Did you invest in SeaView for the long haul or were you placing a bet on SeaView for the short return.
I’m guessing that you thought you had found the ultimate get rich quick company. If any of us can believe what you write, then I would guess you have made a number of buys in this stock…how much for the computer, hair dryer, desk…..ect. Each one of those buys was actually just another bet on the table. Maybe next time you should go to Vegas.
Looks like management is willing to put their money where their mouth is. These guys wouldn’t put up the money if the deals weren’t in the works
Looks like they have changed a couple of other position as well. Some of the other directors are gone from the list.

SeaView now has the GSA and UL information on their website.

New View is out
http://www.sevu.com/wheel27.htm
Has anyone else looked at the new spot on the SeaView web site. They are promoting the secureview camera as “Coming Soon to a Retail Store Near You”
Anyone think this could be McBride's announcement at the meeting?
By the way the case material conforms to UL 94
In my opinion the secureview product will fall under UL1409
Go to the first website and go down about 3/4 of the pages and you will find the specs for the Videocom product. If you have taken the time to read all the material about VideoCom and the information that McBride has put out, you will see the answer is right in front of you. Remember, McBride has not developed this technology. He has figured out a clever way to package it and he understands how direct marketing works.

HEADLINE: School buses to carry security cameras
BYLINE: JOANNE MARCIANO; Journal Staff Writer
BODY:
Six cameras will be rotated among 36 buses to improve service and security and monitor students' behavior, school officials say.
* *
CUMBERLAND - Extra eyes will be watching what happens on some school buses beginning next week, school officials said yesterday.
Through an agreement with Laidlaw, the school district's bus company, six security cameras will be installed in 36 school buses on a rotating basis, Schools Supt. Joseph M. Nasif Jr. told the School Committee last night.
It's an effort to improve the quality of the service and security of the School Department's transportation system, Nasif said.
These security cameras can be used as needed to monitor the performance of our transportation service with respect to student conduct, and can provide a visual record for reference when reviewing concerns or recommendations for improvements, Nasif wrote in a letter sent to parents.
Each day, the School Department buses about 4,000 students to and from school and school-related events, Nasif said. On a typical bus there is one adult, the driver, responsible for up to 66 students, he said. The use of security cameras will provide another way to monitor student conduct, Nasif said.
Tapes recorded by the cameras will be stored for five days with Laidlaw in a secure location, DiPietro said. If, after five days, there have been no complaints about incidents on the bus, the tapes will be erased. In case a complaint arises about something that happened on one of the buses that had a camera aboard, school officials will review the tape, DiPietro said.
Also, complaints about safety on any of the buses would prompt school officials to place a security camera on the bus in question, DiPietro said.
All of the buses operating in town are equipped to carry the cameras, he said.
A letter was sent home with students earlier this week, informing parents and students about the security cameras. So far, school officials say, they haven't received any complaints from parents.
Installation of the security cameras is not the result of complaints about student conduct on the buses, DiPietro said. Rather, the goal of placing the cameras on buses is to provide a way for school officials to understand and improve the School Department's transportation service, he said.
DiPietro has been working with officials from Laidlaw for more than two years in an attempt to have the cameras installed on school buses in town, he said.
Since the six security cameras will be placed on school buses on a rotating basis, there will be no implication that certain buses are being targeted, DiPietro said.
In the end, the use of cameras in the average home or office is no longer a question of paranoia. Cameras are a constructive tool that makes life easier and safer. CCTV should become an intricate part of every automation design. The question is whether or not you plan to be part of the future or whether or not you plan to be left behind by this fast and fluid market.
Survey shows that secuity dealers are more depaendant on computers and communication technologies as well as niche technologies such as CCTV.

Boom Time: New Economy, Technology Dominate

In survey follow-up interviews, dealers report that their product and service offerings now are much more dependent on computer and communications technologies as well as niche technologies such as CCTV, smart cards and biometrics. So it is natural for dealers to see “keeping current” so much more important.
So, A@P, who asked you to stop posting? Can you give us one more interview for the record. Come on, you surely can lead on one more ex-employee. Make him/her feel like there doing something important. Are you going to be around when Ken Cook needs you. He was looking up to you. Don't let him take it by himself. You will come to FL and help defend him, won’t you???
I love this post from A@P….I think the heat is getting to him.
"IM going to request that anyone who is short or who was long and no longer owns this to stop posting, let whats going to happen happen naturally."
Do you think he got a visit today from some unwelcome guest?

It never fails, every scumbag Bulletin Board POS stock, has the lowest forms of life who are touting and ####### the stock, This is no different..
In the end we know what happens in each case..
IM going to request that anyone who is short or who was long and no longer owns this to stop posting, let whats going to happen happen naturally.
The best thing that could happen now is that SEVU announces more news..Trust me that is the very best thing they could do..
So keep it quiet and let thme do what they do best...lie
CVIEW, care to tell me who FIERO is
If I read the document correctly, Seaview is buying 18,000 pounds of the material to build the PAR38….If you figure that there is 3 oz of this material in each PAR38, that is enough to build 96,000 bulbs…..Looks good to me Rich
Looks as though KNO-MAR Tool & Mold Inc. believes that Seaview is a real company. Took Rich’s PO and they have built the molds for the PAR 38.
http://www.sevu.com/knomar.htm
Over the past couple of weeks Seaview has been under attach by A @P. I have ask myself why many times sense this all began. Is it something between Anthony and Frank??? I don’t know for sure but it looks like someone could drew that conclusion if you read all the post that goes on between these two guys on RB and SI. Could it be that Rich and Anthony crossed paths somewhere??? Doesn’t really look that way so I don’t think this is the issue.
In my own opinion, it looks to me that Anthony is just a tenacious individual that has decided that for his life’s vocation he will try and destroy what he is unable to do…. Build a successful business with products that are in demand and patented. He would like you and me to believe he is doing this for our own good. What a joke that is.
In my own opinion, he has now moved his attach into the “bait” mode. In the case of Seaview, he will stop at nothing to put as much BS out into the world so as to get a response from the CEO. From the rebuttals that are put out by the company, his group will twist the information as a way to continue the fear that they had begun weeks earlier. When recent supporting documentation hasd been release showing that indeed talks have been going on between Logic-Tech and Taiwan regarding Seaview solutions, they present it as a joke…..
The only joke here my friends, is the research that this group of individuals is carrying on. They are attacking the people of this company because they can not attack the products. They are attaching privet investors in their report as to confuse the issues. They are making accusations that the company CEO is taking our money and that the company has no products. They are making accusation that the company has not sold anything and that the sales are all fraudulent. Anthony has even stated that “Ditka was just a greedy pig monger, who got fooled. “
When I see people post about class action law suits on RB , it is directed at the company, well my friends, maybe we should start looking at a class action lawsuit against A @P.
Looks like this guy antonypacific just doesn't get it. Ditka is being shown on the Seaview web site this morning (you may need to update your browser when you get there). I’m sure A@P can back up his claims that Ditka quit with more then a cheap shot interview with a past employee.
From what I can make out from some of these post, no news worthy organization would have played this interview until they could verify the information…..

Listen to the interview!!!
SHULA, who did some due-dili knew that Rich was a Scumsucking pig wouldnt do buz with em..Ditka was just a greedy pig monger, who got fooled.
F+G, I’m not convinced that this puts this issue to bed. In McBrides View dated 12/18/00 he states the following in response to the A@P report
“GSA
This one I will not be so quick to explain. We are not listed through Seaview? Think about it? Let them go to work on this a while. “
He seems to be implying that the products are there under another company’s name. The question becomes, if not through NMTI then who.
If the products are being sold under another company’s name then he surely has misled the investment community in his past PRs and Views…IMO
Has anyone been able to find the web site for CXC Marketing?
http://www.sevu.com/100500.htm
Top management met this week with CXC Marketing Inc., who will represent the entire SeaView product line for possible sales through Military Exchange Catalog Sales and their Internet site. According to VP Hoffman, "We will also explore the possibility of retail sales through DOD Armed Forces Exchange System (PX) locations throughout the world."
I would hope that SecureView starts showing up in Radio Shack stores in 2001
http://www.sevu.com/100500.htm
The Company has also begun setting up some 2,000 Radio Shack Franchised Retailers as SecureView dealers. "We're getting good reception with the product line," said General Sales Manager Christy Mutlu. "Dealer contracts are already coming in."
bullop01Toror,
You read way to much into the my post. I just wanted the weak handed to start looking at there investment in this company and do some research. Just because some two-bit looser produces a opinion about this company that is based on twisted PRs, people started jumping from the ship without even looking at all the facts.

SeaView® has three basic competitors in the "Drop Camera" underwater video business. FishEye*, out of Seattle Washington; Aqua-Vu*, Brainard Minnesota; and Splash-Cam*, located in Minneapolis Minnesota.
http://www.fisheyeinc.com/
http://www.aqua-vu.com/
http://www.splash-cam.com/
SeaView® again signed on, along with Continental Airlines, to co-sponsor the World Billfish Tournament scheduled for 2000. The event takes place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and will be filmed for airing on ESPN and Fox Sports Channel, both with over 70 million wired households. This TV show will utilize SeaView® Cameras in the top five boats, all underwater shots will be tagged SeaView®. In fact we get full billboard rights in the show: "Brought to you by SeaView®." Of course, four 30-second TV spots are in the show itself. Pick up a copy of Marlin Magazine or Sport Fishing Magazine, we have a double page tournament sponsorship ad in both. We've also sponsored fishing seminars with Florida Sportsman and Sport Fishing.
I believe this just took place in Nov.
SeaView® owes its initial success to print-driven direct sales, enhanced by boat show appearances. We plan to continue our extensive print campaign, maximize reach while eliminating overlap, to drive sales continuously upward.
Our media mix includes the following national magazines.
Boating · Salt Water Sportsman · Motorboating & Sailing
Yachting · The DuPont Registry · Power & Motoryacht
Cruising World · Sailing · Sailing World
Sport Fishing · Sport Diving · Marlin
Scuba Diving · Florida Sportsman · Fishing Tackle Retailer
The next target in magazine advertising will be the fresh-water bass- and trout-fishing markets. This is by far the largest fishing segment.
What's Goin' Down
with Underwater Video?
Rich McBride, President-CEO
SeaView Video Technology, Inc.
Allow me to rattle on a bit about finding fish...
For years, we've used bottom finders and Loran beacons to find our way to and from, back and forth. Of course, this equipment was originally designed for navigation and the fisherman's advantage was a secondary benefit. Global Positioning (GPS) gives us a more precise return to the fishing spot. And major improvements in bottom finders give us more power, greater detail...even color screens.
I compare Underwater Cameras to the GPS revolution...the "next wave" of fishing technology. With a camera on board, you can actually see the bottom and fish, in real time and in great detail..."look them in the eye," so to speak. The methodology we use makes it possible day or night, and even in very poor water conditions!
Although the idea of underwater cameras had been around for nearly 10 years, we modified existing technologies to make the idea better...that is, to make it really work. My inspiration was to build "white" Infra-Red Transmission right inside the camera...its own light source. This, combined with other circuit modifications, proved amazingly successful.
And of course, a little luck is involved with most inventions. During a recent TV interview, I accidentally dropped the demo camera--it plunged 10 feet, from the flybridge to the hard fiberglass ****pit deck. My first thought was, I had killed it--but when I checked, the camera was still working. In fact, when I put it in the water, it seemed to be working better than before! Turned out to be a huge "break" through--a component literally broke off the circuit board, and the camera’s sensitivity in low light actually doubled! That happy accident resulted in the re-engineered SuperSeaView®.
I see underwater cameras following the path of GPS. You may remember, GPS was about $2500 when first introduced...and consumers were uneducated about its uses and capabilities. Today, GPS enjoys a 48% penetration of the boating market, and prices start under $100. I have three receivers on my boat!
When I brought out the original SeaView® in the Fall of 1997, a typical underwater camera would easily top $2500! For the money, you could expect poor picture quality, terrible low-light performance, and unfriendly aquadynamics. SeaView® could actually see, handled well in the water, and sold around $800. The rest of the story happened quite naturally...I threw in about a half-million in advertising money, and today we've sold over 10,000 cameras. The Coast Guard uses our system for search & rescue; US Customs checks under boats for drugs and contraband; Police departments search for weapons day or night. In fact, under the Infra-Red beam, metal and shiny objects tend to glow, particularly in darkness. Compared to sending a diver down, the savings pay for the unit after just a few uses.
Speaking of diving, our camera solves several major problems for scuba divers: finding the dive site, making sure the visibility is adequate, and actually getting on top of the site...not to mention it's a backup lifeline to the surface, and an easy way to monitor your group from topside. Add a VCR and record your dive, take a copy home with you!
The camera has another major advantage--easing maintenance for boaters. We need to check our props, rudders, and hull just as often as we open the hood to check our oil. We need to know that everything is "still there" and functioning flawlessly. A standard attachment to the camera makes it easy, and dirty marina water is no problem.
My personal fishing experience leads me to say "don't leave the dock without your camera." When I go to my regular fishing hole and drop the lines, more than likely there's no bite. We'll try different baits, wild and crazy lures, and a lot of (hilarious) pulling and jerking retrieves. But with an underwater camera, all of that is past history.
Now, before we even drop the first line, I've looked below in real time. I know whether the fish are there...what species they are...even what size. When we start fishing, I can watch what bait is attracting them most. Once you become familiar with all this, it's even possible to pick and choose which fish you "allow" to bite!
Truth is...when they're not biting, they're probably not there at all. Fish move around! This is easy to deal with, though. Just troll the camera around for awhile. To your surprise, you're likely to find another spot within a thousand yards, that's loaded with fish! Try spending a day just trolling the camera--the suspense and fascination is unbelievable.
I know charter boat captains who can’t get their group to fish, because they’re inside, fascinated by the TV image. Wives who never liked going out on the boat ("all that messy stinky stuff!") now drag their husbands out nearly every weekend, and even invite their girlfriends! Why? --just to watch the world below.
All the years man has been on top of the water, it only makes sense that our real desire is to see the world under the water. It's fascinating, to be able to explore for yourself--not just watch somebody else's pictures at home. We sell to more than just boaters and divers. Every week, we sell cameras to people who don't own a boat...in fact, we sell them to people who don't even own a fishing pole! Many of them live at the water's edge; they drop our camera in, and watch on their home TVs. I call it "the maintenance-free electronic aquarium."
Personally, I discovered a new world down there. It is the most amazing experience. Now you can see it too!
Something is troubling to me….A&P has stated that SeaView is a Fraud
http://www.ragingbull.altavista.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=SEVU&read=16716
"Matt Tyson is one such person, He contacted SeaView and tried to give them material in which to counter the very truth that we were trying to expose all out of spite, IF he had suceeded many more people would have been hurt by the Fraud known as SeaView. So my message is be careful, read the info verify that what we have verified is infact the truth and then and only them should you decide. "
If SeaView is nothing but a fraud, then why do they continue to spend so much money on advertising. They’ve done tons of print adds in boating mags and they just finished sponsoring two sporting event. One of which they were the main sponsor in St. Petersburg, FL. This just doesn’t make sense…
A&P could you please tell me why they just wouldn’t take the money and run. I would think if they were running a scam they would have just said they were doing the advertising and pocketed the money. Labeling a good company like SeaView A "Fraud" sounds very dangerous to me when the only thing you can offer up is some twisted PRs.
This is JMO
It sounds to me that McBride is just trying to build a company for all the investors
Why should McBride tell us anything at this point? He has tried to be open with the investment community and we can all see how he is being treated. What purpose does it serve for him to tell everyone all of his part suppliers and outside contractors? Is it fair to those companies to start getting phone calls from every two-bit investor asking question about one of their customers? If you have doubts about this company get in your car…buy a air plane ticket…take the bus….go see for yourself.
Hay A&P… You make the following statement…
“Pacific has been unable to locate a single SecureView camera in stock and available for sale anywhere in the United States”
By any chance did you ask Mr. Doug Murray at NTMI if you could get a camera from him. In your report you state they have been selling them.
Did you call SeaView…I bet they would have sold you a camera……
I could be wrong but I don’t believe SeaView has stated that the camera was available in retail outlets. The plan was to go direct in order to educate the buying public first. I believe this is what they have been doing in a limited fashion with print (USA Today) and commercials (The Weather Channel). Looks to me that SeaView has been doing what they said although maybe not in the timeframe all of us would like to see.
JMO
I have noticed that people feel that they are entitled to know who is building the cameras for SeaView. Well I have news for all of you…. SeaView doesn’t have to disclose that information to you or me. Maybe the deal with K-Byte fell through. SeaView doesn’t have to put out a PR that states “the deal is off with K-Byte”. There could be a number of reasons for K-Byte’s non-involvement with this product at this time if indeed the relationship is dead.
IMO, it looks like the boards are coming from Taiwan.
http://www.sevu.com/wheel15.htm
As you read this, we are making all the parts for a major production run at the first of the year, to fill ORDERS. Parts such as plastic housings made locally, AC sockets assembled in Costa Rica, CCD boards made in Taiwan! Yes, we--SeaView--are the "Taiwan connection" --thus my confidence in that project.
IMO it looks like A&P needs to do a better job in his investigation.
I find it interesting that A&P called Mr. Bill Bearden at the GSA. Does A&P really think that this guy is expected to know all the products that are in the GSA catalog. I’ve never looked at this catalog but I would guess it must have thousands if not hundreds of thousands of listings. If the camera is list under one of SeaViews teaming partners, then this guy may never find the product. /…A&P…. Did you ask Mr. Bearden if it was possible to have the item list under one of SeaView teaming partners? A good investigated would have done so and included this information in the report..IMO
The other thing I find to be humorist is to think that the government would send out a PR every time a product is listed or an existing company offered a new item for sale. The fact that GSA did not release a PR regarding the listing does not sound odd to me.
A&P…. You’ll need to do better then this to prove to me that the product is not there.
Ender, why would you say I’m “a self-absorbed ego maniac”?
Did I hit a nerve with you regarding A&P and is so called report?
I am just pointing out some information that looks odd to me. Many of the points it that report appears to be taken out of context or with little regard to follow up information. IMO
I don’t think the FBI will touch this but I do believe the courts will.
How many of you really believe that Logic –Tech is going to start telling a complete stranger what projects they are working on for the government. When A&P dove into this, in his so-called report, I couldn’t help but laugh. These people are trained to say NO, I DON’T HAVE ANY KNOWLODGE OF THAT, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT and so on…and on…and on
Has anyone here every talked to a government contactor. If they even get the hint that someone is looking over their shoulder or trying to find out information they will claim up. I have a brother that works for the government and I can’t get any information out of him regarding what he does. The same goes for his wife.
TO A&P
You act like there was never any discussion on why SeaView decided not to us the GE PAR 38 floodlight bulb….Once again you are so very wrong
http://www.insidetruth.com/reports_sevu.htm
In a phone interviews with J.R. Cox, of SEVU this past week, Mr. Cox stated that "GE isn’t involved" and that "SEVU made their own housings out of plastic and that they do not use glass lenses or housings". Mr. Cox also refused to explain why no retraction or correction was ever announced.
The reason he didn’t answer you was, IMO, you did care about the truth. If you would just do a little reading you would have known that….OH I forgot, you are some kind of great investigator…what a joke
http://www.sevu.com/wheel7.htm
The original plan was to use bulbs (technically "glass envelopes") from GE. This process looked simple enough: buy the "blanks" and put in the IRFS system and camera. The problem arose when we got ready to order our first shipment. GE could only ship 10,000 units initially, then 25,000 in a month. Why? They are in the business of making GE light bulbs, and that is their first priority. We also discovered that the "blanks" themselves comprised several different parts, each manufactured by a separate GE division, with no coordinated shipping or delivery between the plants. In other words, instead of 10,000 blanks, we were in fact having to order 10,000 of part "A," 10,000 of part "B," part "C," and so on...each from a different factory, producing on a different schedule. Imagine the nightmare when each of these items ships in a different place, time, and quantity...with no guarantee of everything being in place all at once...ever!
Six months ago, I made the decision to build our own housings. We started from scratch, and both styles of SecureView "bulbs" are now produced from our own tooling...all paid for, too! Now we have the capacity to produce 100,000 units a month. All the pieces that make up the bulbs were custom-designed for quick assembly and servicing.
To A&P
In your report, you state the following……
In violation of US Securities Laws, Richard McBride, CEO of SEVU repeatedly posts anonymously, using the Internet alias, "MILUKY".
Please tell me how you know this to be fact….I usually here about court orders being handed down to force BBs to disclose who a person is. Did RagingBull supply you with this information without a court order? I would find this hard to believe. Please don’t tell me about McBride’s email address at Mindspring…That doesn’t prove anything.
http://www.insidetruth.com/reports_sevu.htm
In violation of US Securities Laws, Richard McBride, CEO of SEVU repeatedly posts anonymously, using the Internet alias, "MILUKY". Sometimes he poses as an investor, company confidant, or an objective 3rd party. US securities laws stipulate that if an insider, officer or a controlling shareholder engages in public communications about a the company in which they have such a position. on the Internet or elsewhere, they are obligated to disclose their identity, their position, and, if being compensated, their compensation, in each and every single posting. Richard McBride, simply flaunts these laws and posts freely as he hypes and defends his many financial interests. In PART 2 of our report we will prove beyond any reasonable doubt that MILUKY and MCBRIDE , the CEO of SEVU are actually one in the same.
How many of you believe that Mike Ditka would continue to be the spokesman for this company if he thought that the company was all bull? Do you really think he would give up his “day job” to be involved with a scam like this? He would have more to lose then most here...
TO A&P
In your report you state that there is some type of illegal activities going on, “the illegal activity of the company’s own CEO”. Could you please tell me what illegal activity McBride is involved in? This is a strong statement to make without facts backing it up.
Also, you state that the management at SeaView is breaking securities laws. Could you please tell me what laws they have broken? This is a strong statement to make without facts backing it up.
http://www.insidetruth.com/reports_sevu.htm
Ø CONCLUSION & SUMMARY
Based on the numerous false statements by the Company , the illegal activity of the company’s own CEO, the likelihood is that the company’s announced sales are simply smoke and mirror type apparitions, considering the willingness of management to break securities laws and mislead investors, and the fact that their products are in our opinion “junk”, we have determined that any and all investments in this company should be liquidated since our analysis puts the stock’s fair value at a little under 10 cents a share and we are being generous. We believe there is a zero chance of this company of ever becoming anything more than a "Barnacle Viewing & Perverts Specialty Item Company", with insignificant sales and less significant prospects.
