F+G, I’m not convinced that this puts this issue to bed. In McBrides View dated 12/18/00 he states the following in response to the A@P report

“GSA
This one I will not be so quick to explain. We are not listed through Seaview? Think about it? Let them go to work on this a while. “

He seems to be implying that the products are there under another company’s name. The question becomes, if not through NMTI then who.

If the products are being sold under another company’s name then he surely has misled the investment community in his past PRs and Views…IMO
