In my opinion the secureview product will fall under UL1409

Go to the first website and go down about 3/4 of the pages and you will find the specs for the Videocom product. If you have taken the time to read all the material about VideoCom and the information that McBride has put out, you will see the answer is right in front of you. Remember, McBride has not developed this technology. He has figured out a clever way to package it and he understands how direct marketing works.
