Yes, me too. However, I do get the sense that perhaps with two days in a row of curious spikes that we may be approaching a change in the prevailing winds. I think we are due!
Sorry, I am not "Steve". I just thought that since our fate seems to be somewhat linked to that of Corning, it is gratifying to see that they seem to be making headway in their own projects.
I think this is an error - there seem to be a number of stocks which were reported up at the end of day, unfortunately, incorrectly! Must be some system wide glitch. :(
Anyone else get a closing price of .551? That is what it is showing on Schwab. Computer glitch or late trade? I would be delighted if this were true. Maybe the long climb upward has begun?
Thanks, Sharpei, I fear that this may just be a computer glitch. I am showing another stock, ONCS, which is also showing an unusual spike on my Schwab account. Wouldn't it be nice if it were true!
Yes, Schwab as well.
From what I hear in the media, apparently Corning is the hit of the Las Vegas Consumer Electronic Show this year.
Hopefully, some of your order must have been filled at the end of the day when the stock ended up at .75? It looks as though 8 or 10 k was filled at that time.
There are many of us who may not say much but who do appreciate your enthusiasm which has kept our spirits up these many years! Happy New Year, X.
I think that is the assumption we are all relying on. Just hoping the momentum can be maintained.
I was having the same problem and adblock plus seems to have helped a great deal in my case.
Thanks so much for the time that you have put into this précis. It certainly helps me to understand more clearly the advantages of each different vaccine. Much appreciated!
That is a lot of work for you but I am sure that many of us would very much appreciate it!
I am sure that I am not the only one who finds Pyrr's reasoned assessments extremely valuable. I hope that he will be encouraged to re-enter the discussion.
Does anyone have any explanation for why we are not hearing anything about the extra share allocation? If it was such a great disappointment to management at the ASM, I would have thought that they would be right back with a proposal and another vote. But so far, no indication from them that they have a plan in mind that they want to execute. I am confident that a majority of us want to support management as they try to grow the company - just curious that we haven't heard from them about their near-term intentions and how they propose to move forward.
Unfortunately, a Nasdaq listing is not a panacea. The company referred to in the Washington Post article (NWBO) is, in fact, listed on the Nasdaq. Naked shorts are attacking that company despite its listing on Nasdaq. (This is not to say that we shouldn't pursue an uplisting as soon as possible for a variety of reasons.)
We need levity in all its forms right now!
Sharpei is a valued contributor to this board who was merely trying to assist you.
Hope that you will stay around and that this will not be your last post. It is refreshing to have a little different perspective. Your service is always honored.
Let us hope that our bottom is in and that we can begin the slow climb back to daylight!
I would be surprised if that were the case because we have had multiple conferences in the past without any effect on the volume or PPS. I think it must be something else.
Anyone have any idea of what is causing the increase in volume? There must be news of some sort.. management doesn't seem to be saying anything.
Yes, I think that is a maxim that we know is true! I am simply frustrated at the moment by the lack of communication from management and just wish that they would keep us informed of their plans and expectations. I would have thought that DO was very capable of doing that.
I also have been invested in both ADXS and LWLG for the past four years. (To my financial detriment!) I keep hanging on in the hopes that each of these promising ventures will prove worthy. I have to say that I have been very disappointed in the lack of communication from our management team at ADXS. Recently I phoned IR and left a message asking for an update and never got a response. Have you had any better luck dealing with IR at ADXS? I don't seem to be able to get beyond the message machine.
They were all very communicative a year ago when they were seeking our proxy, but now they do not seem to want to be involved with shareholders.
Had exactly the same thought. It seems unconscionable that they would not give the treatment to all patients at this point.
Sharpei, what are your charts telling you here?
This would be a substantial change - not only in the timeline but in the cost as well. Wouldn't management have been required to report this change?
It is interesting that in the early part of April I got an email from Schwab offering income if I would allow shares to be borrowed. I remember calling them at the time because I was curious as to which shares they were interested in borrowing and it was NWBO. Obviously, I did not lend them but that now makes sense with the time line that you are laying out.
What makes you say that? I have been invested here for 4 years and so far it has been a very disappointing trip! I would be delighted to hear any positive information that you might have.
It looks as though all the shareholders are currently discouraged with the outcome of the proxy. If I weren't so deep in the red, I would sell too!
Jax, do you see any positive outcome from the shareholder meeting? I have to say that I was disappointed that the proxy was passed but it seemed inevitable. From being a stock that I was enthusiastic about a year ago, I am now in the unenviable position of just trying to wait it out in hopes that something more positive will be forthcoming. This steady downtrend has been disheartening, especially for those of us who have been here for several years. Any constructive thoughts?
Anyone have any rationale for the 7% drop today? Or was that just you, Sixshot, lightening up?
Well done, Sentiment!
Hang in there, RF. Your perspective is appreciated and welcome.
Thank you, Rickface, for your response. I have been invested here for quite a few years and keep hoping that the promise of the technology will be realized. I only feared that in the general momentum in the industry, LWLG, might be overtaken by the progress in other segments of the market. We have had so little news since the Corning announcement that I had begun to feel discouraged about our prospects. It is good to hear that your enthusiasm still prevails!
What is it that causes you to be especially positive right now about the company?
With the recent information out about MANF, I assume that he was possibly referring to the Chinese.
Thanks! Very much appreciated.
Sharpei, would you mind including a copy of the chart? I very much appreciate all the work that you put into this and find it very helpful. Thanks again!
I am curious as to why the first market reaction to the 10K would be negative? The overall message seemed very encouraging to me.
