LMAO That is no proof! Sheesh, the only thing GTGP did wrong was making an error in the fins, which is being fixed, and will be followed by a No Action letter from the SEC... Thanks for the laughs tho @ "DUE DILIGENCE LIST" lol
I just rubbed my magic balls LOL and I predicted a big storm, but I also predicted an opportunity to buy GTGP on the cheap & I can't wait for my third prophecy that we'll be rich of our GTGP shares! ;)
Wrong again, not one excuse will lead to revocation, instead the SEC is going to issue a No Action letter to GTGP because they didn't find wrongdoings after the errors of the old fins were fixed!
zzz After reading that, GTGP will be doing fine, followed by a No Action letter from the SEC
Maybe you should ask that to the one that leaked the info ;)
Yeah this POS Knight Capital is going down!!
This is just the beginning, the beginning of the end

It was verified by the SEC that the statement for the suspension for ten days was for the financial information needed to comply with the reporting company regulations stemming from errors made in 2007 and to the present 10Q. = an adequacy matter... which will be resolved!
Ik denk het TT
Yes more cheaper shares were acquired LOL
zzz GTHI/MSE = GTGP
The list of 'wrongs' will only become larger when GTGP acquires more fundamentals ... followed by a No Action letter from the SEC ;)
zzz How can this be 'correctly' when the premise of your question posed was wrong to start with? ...twist spin twist...
GTGP TRADING PICKING UP
LMAO @ "GTGP owns less than 1% of GTHI"
Yes, I'm sure that the workforce will be extended once those big EPA & DOE Projects role in ;)
Yes indeed, I'm very impressed with Gilberts credentials, tho I was never impressed with the anti-GTGP arguments to start with. And they'll soon evaporate too... Followed by a No Action letter from the SEC ;)
Yes solid credentials, just another piece of the puzzle that proves that GTGP is legit Stay tuned, more to follow!!
GTGP News 10.26.2012 - Jim Fallacaro has appointed John Gilbert as the new Director of Operations for MSE.

Patience will be required, and in the meantime GTGP builds up more fundamentals which will be a very attractive buy-out package
Nothing shady going on with GTGP, can't be said of all those shady fake wannabe CEO's tho
But who is talking about exemptions? There will be an S-1, and we don't need to be exempted, nor does this rule apply here because ifs for employees and officers compensation plans etc I'm not the one who brought this rule up... as it doesn't apply here.
"as it discuss the private subsidiary issuing shares" ... yes for compensation plans to employees, officers etc
Yeah, the details will be known soon, I'm not giving any timelines as things can change but regardless of all the noise an Investment Bank knows how to deal with this and which rules that apply or not...
Its the exemption of registration and we don't need that.
LOL wrong rule again...
LOL Maybe some candlelight is required ;)
Toxic abyss? Didn't you see the current OS & float in the Pr?
If he really was desperately like Eddie is falsely accused of then he would take the first offer that comes his way, but clearly he doesn't, so to me that shows no signs of desperation. Yet he does need financing, yes, that part is correct, but desperate, no!
We all know how it goes on these boards, if he included that there would be whining about that, (NDA is fluff) as it always goes with short term minded traders. I understand what you're saying, but come on man, progress is being made, and it speaks for Eddie that he doesn't just take any offer that comes his way. And what is the purpose of disclosing names when the funding that goes along with it is not negotiated, or finalized yet. People would constantly be calling and emailing to get more info, and as long as negotiations or an NDA are in place no one could say anything anyway...
If he was allowed to divulge more information and names he most certainly would have done that.
How would you know that there are no distribution contracts eh?! LOL
Haven't ordered any myself but heard the same thing of a couple of friends who did.
Its not a joke, its called prudent management! Would you rather see a structured funding deal that was very detrimental for the common shareholder?! If the answer is yes, now thats a joke!
