I assumed the statute was referring to business days since it pertains to businesses, and wasn't sure how weekends and holidays fit into it. That's a good point you made, it may very well be 10 days and not 10 business days. No matter, they filed it in a public venue giving ample notice to shareholders that a meeting is occurring.
Doesn't matter what people whine about. Same stuff different day. In the end it won't matter. I hear Eric is preparing a nice plate of deep fried crow for some folks to nibble on!
Did someone say flipper?
That's a great point you made about Anchor Bay. Funny all the posts we saw about how TDGI missed the boat and *lost* HTYMP. Yet it hasn't come out to theaters yet since Anchor Bay acquired the rights. I guess that means folks like you were right all along. I suspect that you, I and many others will be right once we hear about the T3000 update, the audit and the uplist at the shareholders meeting.
Oh, and speaking of the shareholders meeting, Eric tells me he's having prepared an exquisite plate for a select few on this board. Here's a teaser...
This is a recording:
17-16-705. Notice of meeting.
(a) A corporation shall notify shareholders of the date, time, place and means of communication of each annual and special shareholders' meeting no fewer than ten (10) nor more than sixty (60) days before the meeting date. Unless this act or the articles of incorporation require otherwise, the corporation is required to give notice only to shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.
That means that by December 29 (10 business days) you should get your sweet little notice - that is, if you're covered under the provision of the last sentence and are/were a shareholder as of the determining period of time.
A WELCOME POST FOR ALL NEW COMERS - REVISED
Greetings and Welcome To Target Development Group. As you will see, you have truly found a one of a kind stock with the potential for outstanding price appreciation. What makes TDGI different from the rest is a Solid Business Plan in an Exciting Industry, led by Experienced, Competent, Shareholder Friendly Management that Continues to Underpromise and Overdeliver.
As great an opportunity as TDGI is, it is not for everybody. Most investors here are longer term holders of the stock. Flippers and Momo Players will probably be better off elsewhere, since the CEO has a policy of NO pumping and NO paid Newsletters to pump up the stock price. He is building the company the old fashioned way, with Revenue & Earnings.

Once Again Welcome and Good Luck in ALL Your Investments
Great ideas, TMJ! I've already added a few thousand to my kids' account back in the upper .01s from long, long ago. This should put them through college!
But I may just start adding TDGI for grandkids some day. Heck, I'll even throw in a few DVDs for good measure to help the cause.
Merry Christmas to you too!
Wrong my friend. Many negatives have been and are discussed on this board. Crying "bullish only" is just childish at best. Have you even read this board for the past 5 months? We've been mired in negativity and have discussed these things ad nauseum. Now when things start to turn up, the same things keep getting rehashed for the millionth time. And let's be honest, these negatives aren't brought up to foster good discussion, they're brought up in an effort to manipulate the PPS one way or another. So quit playing the "bullish only" card here. There is no sinister secret code for the TDGI board that this has to be positive only. We are all adults, and we don't need to discuss things hundreds of times over and over again. I personally don't like seeing people with underhanded, immoral intentions seeding doubt for their own personal gain. We've had some real negatives to talk about over the last several months, and we've thoroughly discussed them here. It's not this board's fault that most of the negative comments brought up here violate ihub's TOUs and therefore get deleted.
TDGI is a great company who is going places. Some don't agree, and that's fine. But the repetitive patronizing questions over and over again here is enough!
Go TDGI!
that great but just think how many more shares you would have if you sold at the high of .06 and bought back in at .02.... you be sitting pretty
Using the two hands God gave me, in about 2 seconds here is what I came up with to your question:
Is Sucanan an herbal remedy or a drug? If is an herbal remedy why do we need the FDA's approval? do we have to call it a drug or have it classified a drug in order to get Dr to recommend it to people?
Sucanon™ is a new herbally-based medication that helps the body improve the use of its own insulin, the hormone that controls blood sugar levels. The increased sensitivity to insulin leads to decreased blood sugar levels. Sucanon has been shown to reduce the symptoms of Type II Diabetes, including weight gain, fatigue, excess thirst and excess urination.
Sucanon™ has been tested on more than 7,000 people with no adverse effects. Sucanon™ helps to reduce the symptoms of fatigue, weakness, excess thirst, frequent urination and unwanted weight gain so often associated with Type II Diabetes.
Sucanon™ is produced in Canada, packaged in Mexico and is now available online. If you or your doctor would like more information about Sucanon™ , click above on about Sucanon™.
Q. Is Sucanon a prescription product?
A. Sucanon has been approved for prescription sale in Peru and has been approved as an over-the-counter (non-prescription) product in Mexico, where it is widely sold.
Q. If I live in the U.S. or Canada, can my doctor prescribe Sucanon for me?
A. No regulatory application has been made yet in the United States so doctors cannot prescribed Sucanon. However, Type II diabetics can buy Sucanon for their own use and have it delivered to them from Mexico under the U.S. FDA’s “personal importation” guidelines. A similar program exists for Type II diabetics in Canada who wish to buy Sucanon for their own use.
Oh, you're just *asking* questions that are posed on this board, huh, that's all? Not buying it... not at all. It's normal to ask a question once, maybe twice. Not incessantly. And it's fine to challenge and question what you read on this board. However, the only way that can be done is to CALL the company in addition to spending YOUR OWN time looking into the information.
That's the problem, you want all the work and due diligence on this stock done for you. Then when things don't pan out, you want to come back to this board and rant and rave like a madman repeatedly asking the same questions over and over. Then you lash out at people. Yeah, we're ALL the problem and not you? That's not how investing works - or at least successful investing.
TDGI is a great company with a wealth of information easily available for those who are motivated and inclined. You stated that you flip, so it really makes no difference whether you believe what the board, the company or anyone else says, right? It's your right to flip, and that's your choice. No offense here. But stop coming to this board and trying to use it to manipulate a stock by posting questions even you can't believe you're asking. Also, it is more than likely a violation of the TOU here. Let me leave you and all the readers with a quote by YOU to show that I don't make this stuff up...

Re: jshook16 post# 49184 Post # of 49285
all I said was it was a good week.... still no news or fins... so the question is why was it a good week... I buy and sell on swings I was able to dump my .03 shares last swing now my ave .02 so I have some playing room
Again, why oh why are you on a message board seeking answers to questions that you, an "alleged" investor here have the capabilities of obtaining yourself? See, the mere fact that you won't even attempt to find this information makes you transparent. I can't imagine relying on a message board for accurate information about a company.
Pick up the phone and call the company and stop asking posters on a message board about a movie we don't know anymore about than you. This board is not the "official" board of TDGI. Geez!!!!
Stop with your nonsense already! This board is wise to your poorly played games.
guess it will take them the same amout of time to mail out the invite...
Geez, do we have to do EVERYTHING for you? You can't even spend a few minutes and find answers to your questions? You can't Google whether this is a shareholders meeting or a public meeting? You can't call Eric and ask him about Girlfriend? You've got to come to this board and question us as to what the company is doing? You think we know everything the company knows? Oh, that's right, if you didn't advance your agenda masquerading as mere questions, you wouldn't be able to perpetrate your little shenanigans.
Consider this a freebie, but it's the last time you'll get any info from me. You've presumably got two hands and a brain, use them!
ARTICLE 7 - SHAREHOLDERS
17-16-701. Annual meeting.

The corporations shall implement reasonable measures to provide the stockholders and proxies a reasonable opportunity to participate in the meeting and to vote on matters submitted to the stockholders, including an opportunity to read or hear the proceedings of the meeting substantially concurrently with the proceeding. I have a question for you, mixerjj. What happened to this?
I will not post until the end of Dec
Looks like someone's getting mad now that the bid upticked to .04.
Ah, so we finally get a look into exactly why you're here with TDGI and why you've been so frustrated. You've been underwater on shares for so long and you're a flipper. Unfortunately for you TDGI isn't a flipper's stock, so that's bound to happen.
I was able to dump my .03 shares last swing
May I ask what has changed for you to be bullish on TDGI? In actuality, not one thing has changed from today to your several negative rants over the past months. We are drawing closer to our important shareholders meeting and we know what info will be divulged there. But you've railed against TDGI and the lack of info, etc. Now you're positive on TDGI?
I just want to expose how this "game" works. You come here and deride TDGI in an attempt to lower the price and get folks to sell. Once you have the amount of shares you want, you *magically* become bullish on TDGI. Oh, okay, we'll really listen to you going forward.
I have nothing further, Your Honor.
Thanks EBL. You ought to hold a class to teach people charting. You make it look so simple!
Go TDGI!
Welcome, revlis1. You've picked a great time to hop aboard TDGI. There are many, many longs here who have a ton of shares and have been holding them for nearly a year. We've all been waiting for the company to complete their library valuation and their audited financials. We're on the cusp of those coming out at or before the shareholders meeting.
Take a look through the iBox and read the stickies at the top of the messages. There is plenty of good info to be gotten in all those. Any specific questions, fire them away. Glad you're here!
Go TDGI!
Another green close! Yay for TDGI!!!!
VERT at .0401. Not many shares I'll bet. Looking like our ascent continues! Go TDGI!
It's awfully quiet around here after an exciting past week. Things are really starting to heat up quickly with TDGI. Anticipation is building for the shareholders meeting and the goods it will deliver. Eric gave us a great clue in the most recent filing that our much sought after audit will be ready to go by the shareholders meeting.
The TDGI chart just flat out looks great. And why shouldn't it, we closed today up a tad over 100% from our recent low closing of .02 on November 29. MACD bounced off the signal December 13 and has resumed its nice incline. We keep touching the RSI power zone. I'd look for a break into the power zone of the RSI any time now. We're riding the upper Bollinger Band. CMF has been positive ever since the end of April. We could be retesting that old high of .06 fairly soon at this rate!
20,000 shares. Just saw a "911" print. Wonder what that's all about?
Yep, knew it was only a matter of time. Question is, how far do we run? Looking really, really good today! Go TDGI!
Honestly haven't got the answer for that. Eric has been very, very tight lipped as many of us have wanted him to. For once we will be surprised when something happens.
I still say there's no way Eric has that meeting AND a reception/tour at their office without it. Makes no sense!
Agreed. But I don't believe it will be ihub money that pushes us to higher highs. Once transparency occurs and if things bear out as we all believe, I think non ihub money will start pouring in here. At that point, it would be considered a much safer investment once there's transparency by many investors. We're all "prospectors" of sorts here. We've staked our claim, now waiting for the results.
When you say reception after the meeting what does this mean? Just a question and answer discussion after?
You betcha SunSze! It's been a long windy road, but we're almost there. I really, really like how this is shaping up!
If you have done any research into what the story is here, have followed every step of the company and why we're at where we're at, it's fairly simple to see why we should already be valued at that level. Therefore, it's not a remote possibility that we could end up there before the meeting. If you really think about it, the mere fact that Eric is holding a shareholder meeting with a reception immediately after should be a humongous clue as to what type of news we as investors can expect from such a meeting. There's no way in the world the company is foolish enough to face shareholders without the audit in hand, the one thing investors care most about. Add to that the news that's been held back pending the release of the audit, and voila, you've got pent up demand. Pretty simple to grasp.
And .06 should be a starting point for the discussion of the short term PPS of TDGI, not the end point.
I'll take Christmas in January if the valuation and audit bear out what we all strongly suspect it will. The anticipation leading up to it will be a ton of fun.
I sometimes have wondered if ihub was the only place where this stock was known. However, I'm strongly betting that some folks outside of ihub will be hopping aboard the TDGI train when things become crystal clear. News travels fast these days.
All the signs indicate that Eric is setting us up for some pretty big news. He gets that the news means nothing without substance. I believe that's why there's been silence while they've worked on getting the valuation and the audit done. All in all it was a turbulent yet successful year for TDGI as we'll all soon find out. We've approached the one year mark of being a publicly traded company, and now the year of "firsts" is over and the training wheels are coming off. Eric seems to have learned some valuable lessons this past year, and I believe he's setting the stage for some new and exciting endeavors for TDGI. This is what I, and many others, have been waiting for!
actualling
We are going to see a steady climb leading up to the share holders meeting and then KABOOM!!
Green is good. TDGI is on the move. Many have been saying it for days, weeks and months. The rubber is finally meeting the road here leading up to the shareholders meeting. Lots of folks accounts are turning green just in time for Christmas. Congrats to all who have weathered the storm. I see clear skies ahead.
If we break .033, I believe that wall at .034 isn't real and will be easily passed up. I'm nibbling today. I shouldn't since I already have too much. But I'm taking a calculated risk that my shares today will be worth a whole lot more very soon!
Bid starting to stack at .0307. Nice bid support today! Go TDGI!!!
Agreed. TDGI should start moving higher in anticipation of the shareholders meeting!
Yep, bought my tickets to whatever show these billionaires will put on. May take a day, a week or month. I will wait to see what develops.
