17-16-705. Notice of meeting.

(a) A corporation shall notify shareholders of the date, time, place and means of communication of each annual and special shareholders' meeting no fewer than ten (10) nor more than sixty (60) days before the meeting date. Unless this act or the articles of incorporation require otherwise, the corporation is required to give notice only to shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.



That means that by December 29 (10 business days) you should get your sweet little notice - that is, if you're covered under the provision of the last sentence and are/were a shareholder as of the determining period of time.

I highly suggest you use the brain God gave you and the two hands you presumably have and start putting them to good use rather than coming on here and feigning the act of ignorance. This information is out there if you WANT to find it.
