"Terminator 3000" Negotiations Update

First a quick recap.
TDGI CEO Eric Parkinson owns the Animation rights to the Terminator Franchise. EP had been planning a project for years. In August EP found a leak and felt compelled to issue a PR about the project. The Pacificor attorney (apparently, without even conferring with Pacificor) immediately issued a Cease and Desist Order. EP contacted the attorney, explained, the attorney set up a negotiation meeting between TDGI and Pacificor on August 17.

2 Influencing Factors:
1.) Sony and another Studio were interested in furthering the franchise, but broke off talks with Pacificor last spring, does not appear to be any other negotiations or interested parties.
2.) Traditional filmmaking methods appear to be too expensive and not profitable for any studio. Animation solves this problem and might be the future of the Termination Franchise.

Current Status?
These are my thoughts, only. Based on much research and common sense. Pacificor is a ruthless and vicious Hedge Fund whose ONLY goal is to make money. TDGI offered them about $30 million. The ONLY reason Pacificor would not do the Terminator 3000 is IF they thought it would hurt the Terminator Franchise. If that was their conviction, Pacificor would then enforce the Cease and desist Order with TDGI, to protect the Terminator Franchise. After almost 4 months of negotiating this clearly has not happened.

Therefore, this strongly suggests to me that TDGI still has a very good chance of landing the Terminator 3000 Project, IF not already a done deal. Considering all the public info available, I would estimate about an 80% chance of Terminator 3000 becoming a TDGI Project.
