When you say reception after the meeting what does this mean? Just a question and answer discussion after?

It looks more like it's an open house/reception at their offices. If you think about it, not the kind of scene where you'd want to invite angry investors to if you didn't give them what they wanted. Make no mistake, Eric knows that we want more than anything the audit. No way he invites folks to their offices for a tour and a powwow if people are angry and disappointed, just ain't happening. That's our first collective clue that the goods are being delivered at or before that shareholder meeting.

As to whether we'll still have a run up to .06 before the shareholders meeting, with or without the audit, I don't have an answer for you. It seems as of late people are gathering some money together to get in for the ride. Unless the company announces that there will be no audit forthcoming at the shareholder meeting, we'll have no way to tell. But I can't imagine that in any way, shape or form happening.

See the very bottom of the screenshot from the filing. That's all we know. But it's enough for me:)
