The problem here is that they are putting out information which list real company names like Al-Dorra and Strategema Capital SA which goes against the general pattern that pinks use when announcing the "we have a buy-out offer from an undisclosed buyer, blah blah blah".

They could be treading on very thin ice here for this very reason if it comes out later that it was all a hoax, imho..

I have to agree with you on that..If they are putting on a show to steal money from US investors then they are digging in deep with every PR they put out. This type of information is way to easy to verify by the SEC and FBI if it came down to it.

Sun you have stated your case on both sides of the proposed deal but you have yet to state your case in regards to the middle man, Strategema Capital and their involvement. I sincerely would like to hear your thoughts on that..

I did not take his/her post that way, only that the company would not really care if it went down right now. Honestly, the company really would not have to a thing on that front anyway as it is moving down rather nicely on its own to the clip of 10-30% a day since I started watching it.

If anyone is manipulating the price then it would be my wild aZZ guess that it would be the Pr'd buying company doing it. If that is the case then you can bet they toook a position, announced the offer, sold the position and are now shorting the he!! out it and will cover soon making money on both sides of the run.

I don't see any PR in the future about the Escrow account being funded until the last possible min if it happens as if that were to be announced then the price would shoot-up IMHO.

I don't know enough about the science to debate that with you or put a value on it but I have to ask you if you think that Strategema Capital is involved with this scam as you say?

Have you talked with them about their involvement with the deal? If so, what did they tell you?

Let me know what you think about their involvement as the middle man for the deal.

Yes it does but that information is also controlled by the board mod and it is pretty clear what his/her thoughts are on this stock so you need to do your own DD and decide for yourself as with any stock.

I am willing to hold for a couple of more quarters to see how they progress but that is just me. I have no problem holding as long as they are responsible with their share structure and keep trying to grow the company.

Unless the subs do very well over the next quarter I highly doubt that they will make their 12M revenue projection for the year.

But that said, they are at atleast generating revenue which beats 95% of the stocks that trade on the pinks. It is always risky to trade the pinks but I think this one has less downside than most I am holding, LOL

In fairness, HHGI never said when they were going to be released so technically they are not late. The November 15 date was a best guess but many on this board including me based on previous releases.

I still stay that it is a great sign that they keep are keeping them current. That alone puts them over 98% of the pinksheet listed stocks who don't bother to file them at all IMHO.

Actually it is different deals. First they retired some debt using common shares of 720K and second they have a private placement in progess for the total amount possible of 1m dollars.

The fact that they released them pretty much in same time frame as they have been in the past is a great sign for me. I was not expecting much on the numbers but it does show that the compny is trying to build and doing it right, IMHO.
