I did not take his/her post that way, only that the company would not really care if it went down right now. Honestly, the company really would not have to a thing on that front anyway as it is moving down rather nicely on its own to the clip of 10-30% a day since I started watching it.

If anyone is manipulating the price then it would be my wild aZZ guess that it would be the Pr'd buying company doing it. If that is the case then you can bet they toook a position, announced the offer, sold the position and are now shorting the he!! out it and will cover soon making money on both sides of the run.

I don't see any PR in the future about the Escrow account being funded until the last possible min if it happens as if that were to be announced then the price would shoot-up IMHO.
