Actually it is different deals. First they retired some debt using common shares of 720K and second they have a private placement in progess for the total amount possible of 1m dollars.

The fact that they released them pretty much in same time frame as they have been in the past is a great sign for me. I was not expecting much on the numbers but it does show that the compny is trying to build and doing it right, IMHO.

How many pinksheet listed companies don't follow thru?
