Holly crapolla Brother (or Sister) remember those Au & Ag numbers? Are we Copper King, Silver King, or GOLD King.
We do so much talking about dilution, shorting, management charts, and all that other important things, BUT isn’t it refreshing to be RE-reminded we are sitting on a GOLD mine, no its a SILVER mine, no its a COPPER mine. Wait a minute, ITS ALL THREE ROLLED UP INTO ONE. Each one by itself could be a profitable venture.
So, hear ye, hear ye, all of ye who make it to this 3rd paragraph, this CPRK moon rocket is on the pad and in count down., 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3. Pre-ignition? Yes! Verifications of lift off are filtering in, thanks to all. I’m excited to be on this rocket. I am looking to a great ride.
Yes Rich, may we keep ahead of our enemies and may our rocket blast burn the shorties.
Interesting program on TV last night on finding gold. In Nevada’s Carlin Trend area an open pit mine produces a single ounce of gold for each 10 tons of rock. The gold is so minute that it can only be seen with the electron microscope. They are producing at a profit and seem to be doing so with no copper or silver.
That thought alone provides a boatload of fodder for discussion but I think we have been through that in the past.
However, can someone recall our average ounces of gold for lets say 10 tons of rock?
Jonnyboy, welcome to our board. As you suggest, we are also looking forward to a positive future for CPRK. Hang with us, and any new information you can provide would be welcomed.
Could you please clarify "CPRK has scheduled interviews with updates that should be announced shortly." If you can't be specific, can you give us something to nibble on? Radio? TV? Financing? Production etc.
My pre-CPRK life must have been really boring. Think of it, we’ve got the best of humor, creativity, drama, excitement, intrigue, and mystery. We’re in a living soap opera. Goodness, I’m even talking to my wife more. lol
Happy Trails, next chapter, tomorrow
I hope you are correct and we can cross the River Jordan together. I would hate to think that future gains are reserved for posterity only. lol
VVV - For starters, send the checklist to Charles, he may help us out.
OOPs, Revision, just noticed you suggested that.
Good Luck
Yanik you are absolutely correct I think "Something surely is up besides the mill restart and shorts maybe covering" Get your orders in, sell blood if you have to, I have.
It seems that posts this past few days are, lets say 20:1 positive vs. negative. I'd like to think this may translate to 20:1 BUYS to SELLS this next week or more.
I mean, I'm just saying . . . OK, I'M A BELIEVER!
XBladeRob Thank you for your reply
You are correct, “belief is not fact.” I believed on no less that 4 specific occasions that I finally purchased at rock bottom prices. The latest being .0015. In my own little twisted way I thought it would be cool to say in years to come “Look where I bought in.” To each his own, it’s my choice.
CAM’s official communications are directed by the powers that be. Even with vagueness etc they carry messages to be analyzed. However in this case for today’s decisions, what's there to analyze in CAM’s “YES” answer to my email? Case closing, may we be on a roll soon, unless he is inaccurate as you say. I am opting to let CAM prove his reliability on this one. (Good grief, help me brother, did I really write that?)
Oh well, I’ve chosen to nest my rocks with CPRK. I’ve been to the mine, shaken hands, touched the equipment, and collected my little samples, WHOPPIE! I’ve also read most all posts since July 09. I am a little out classed by the DD skills of other posters but I study their opinions and related links and I am still a LONG
What you invested above .005 was a good decision at that time. If one invests beyond their risk tolerance, do what you got to do. That’s “Sunk Costs” or water under the bridge. What’s important to me is Where Are We Today. Think of the little train going up the hill. I think I can, I think I can. And CAM, (along with others) thinks we now have the muscle to get us over the hill. (Read my personal opinion to Tyler73 #56303)
Happy Investing and as always IMHO.
Tyler, I fully understand your concern but hang in there. If you can step back and take a little breath, you may see the positives are beginning to far outweigh the negatives. Something formidable is churning; the full details are yet to be announced, but should be, soon I’m sure.
LATEST NOTE FROM CHARLES 1st Pgh
“As I mentioned last week, it is my intention to try to keep you updated on a more regular basis. This DOES NOT mean every ten days, but I believe that there is a lot going on right now and I believe that you need to, and deserve to get as much information as is available.”
The operative phrase is, “a lot going on right now” I believe it, and I really believe it. The optimism at CPRK is leaking out. Charles is posting NOTES to shareholders. Dave M. submitting application for Pink Compliance. Mark significantly upgrading capacity. Charles expressing with confidence that all signals are GO for a restart. Also, nothing posted yet but with “a lot going on right now” check your emails daily because IMO we may be about to hit the LTF bulls eye.
Bottom Line, something formidable is churning, and yes, we are very undervalued. BUT, the ROCKS ARE THERE and CPRK will get their copper, gold and silver to market.
Respectfully submitted as MO of course. May my words not return to haunt me.
Take it for what its worth but remember this post. I suspect that “Lucky 1” may soon have update his signature photo with the 3rd colored capital “X”.
IMHO of course.
Lucky, are you still around?
Emailed to Charles today and his reply

QUESTION: Yes or No is all I need.
Does CPRK have the "means" (meaning, personnel, working capital, fuel, power, unencumbered restrictions, approvals, permits, weather, etc) to get the mill running and dialed in over the next 2 to 4 weeks? I assume the new parts have arrived by now and they are getting to it as we speak.

REPLY
I believe the answer is yes...CAM

Simple question I know and the answer was hedged a tad, but
1 there was a reply
2 it was positive and
3 consistent with the current understand of those of us on the "Light Side"
Yes, I agree, more Press Releases.
However, history has shown how Press Releases have Zapped the PPS.
Lets hope the good news is sustained and stronger than all the factors that drive the PPS downward. Hope we can maintain the spirit of cautious optimism that seems to be brewing. Many of us have paid our dues, it's time to "ROCK"N ROLL.
Just sent the following to Charles

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Keep it up.
And are you going to "Just Show Up?"

Thank you for your reply. I like the company because I have a reasonable expectation of future rewards. It represents the risk portion of my portfolio. What happens, happens, I love the ride.
Read a week of posts, you will learn more than you ever wanted to know.
Just curious, how long have you owned your CPRK shares and through what brokerage did you buy your shares?
Also, why am I the lucky one to get your reply along with a dozen others with the same basic message on other boards?
Many blessings to you too
Trueblue, It's nice to hear you getting back to your old CPRK ROCKS self.
As a couch quarterback watching the CPRK game, I’ve wondered why they don’t use a gadget play. For example, they might have used the simpler cementation process to generate working capital. I know they lose the gold and silver, but this is an emergency, situation. They must have some low gold/silver ore to pull it off. Maybe miners have like a miners Hippocratic oath or lease agreements stating that no precious metals will be lost.
Or maybe floatation is necessary before cementation? Hey, what do I know!
Don’t bash me for wondering.
OK, back to my bag of chips.
I'd love to buy more shares at these prices
Here is my logical reasoning
1) I can round up a few bucks some where
2) I can live without the money.
3) Great price.
Here is my emotional reasoning,
Why I will not be buying more
1) I like living in my current home
2) With my one and only forever current wife.
3) and my senses are never wrong on this one
4) and I've seen the verbal body language to prove it lol
And who said Charles wasn't excited? Oh it was Charles. I will give him a pass on this one.
And WOW, an actual press release, and a Stockholders Note all within a few days.
I'm stoked folks, from despair to enraged hope. Remember the term LONG? We'll get there!!!!!
QUESTION TO ALL:
If we had a new CEO appointed from within, which BOD member do you think would be most effective?
ANSWER
A financial/budgeting kind of guy, oops person! That loves shareholders and dividends.
What you say about MD may be true, I don’t know...
---------------------------
i.e. he borrowed millions of dollars without an exit strategy for repatriation. Another good example of his impulsive nature is the fact that he spent 60 million dollars of other peoples money on floatation equipment that is not compatible with the high sulfuroxide content ore.
------------------------------
But consider another factor that may be responsible for a boatload of our problems today.
I recall several months ago a key mill engineer (sorry, forgot his name and he may be related to Mark) was fired by Mark. The reason I believe was his inability to process both types of ore. Maybe the engineer was also responsible for the faulty design of the mill. Was Mark “impulsive” to fire him? Who knows, but I give Mark credit for making the decision. If the new engineer works out, give Mark credit especially if Mark's style holds the pieces together.
Related to this, June 09 I toured the mill with Dave J. At the floatation cells Dave pointed out all the IV style drip bags above the cells. He indicated they were busy seeking to determine the chemical formulations to maximize concentrate. It took me months to connect the dots, Dave, unknowingly was showing me the heart of why I think we are on the razors edge today.
IMO, Mark the Bull Dog + new engineer + new floatation cells + some working capital + a little more patience, all times LTF squared = some very happy shareholders. Looking forward to a PR this week, or next week.
And P.S. Thank you Charles for your Shareholders Notice, keep it up.
I as well am hopeful for the good news to bounce the PPS. However I find it difficult to believe that the market wouldn’t be reacting more to “Unannounced good news” even with a blackout. Seems like somebody on the fringes of the information would sneak a call to their broker.
I hope CM is not easily excitable.
With all being said today, I choose to join Trueblue in the band and Richwaters as a cheerleader. Our leaks will get plugged and we will be sailing ahead full steam in 2010.
IMO, we were dead in the water and therefore I’m NOT disappointed with the increase in shares. Now, Rich and others of us won’t have to go to work at the mill or use our Credit cards for their fuel. Also, the new shares suggest that going BK is not an option but are fervently going to fight it through.
Rich, Thanks for pressing your enthusiasm. I am anxious to see how things develop the next several weeks. My BUYS would be in tonight but I am flat out of the $mula$. Ugg
Appreciate your work.
Who is "we"? as in "We are currently reviewing the Initiatives. . . "
Thanks
Colorado1, Welcome back, you’ve not been forgotten.
Just returned from a trip and catching up on posts.
I’m on board for a proxy Rep.
I vote RDG013 as VP Proxy Counter/Coordinator if it would help his access to a PR sooner :)
Thanks for the pat on the back.
I did a generous IRA/Roth conversion a couple weeks ago at the .0025-.0028 range. Feels Great.
Hope to see you all at our June Business Conference.
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!! lol I don't know what or who to believe around here anymore.
IMO we (I) may be going nuts for lack of information.
Ally & Willboat, Thanks, onward . . . .
FYI there is more ref: WUCC/cprk ownership

No opinion
Why are we burnt toast? Is that a conclusion based on fact? If the mill is up and running soon with the new cells and cementation, then revenues, can the debtors renegotiate? I know I am ultra simplistic but do you really mean toast?
Perhaps they have been getting by on the $1MM they got back on the delayed purchase of the SW/EW
Welcome from the shadows to posting on the Board. I'm where you are but with a little more that 1/2 your shares. And, some of us LONGS may be running on thin these days.
I agree from your first post that no one associated with CPRK wants failure. Like, why would they? Your comments seem to convey a tad bit of optimism, that I for one appreciate. If you were expressing optimism, is it based on knowing something more than has been posted? Or are you LONG on hope like many of us. Just curious.
"No one wants to fail, but it takes more than desire to succeed"
Again welcome and see you in Milford
Zecco.com has been great for me. Switched to Zecco from Scott in September. It takes several days to get ACH funded after all verifications etc. Trades are $4.50 and maybe the first 3? trades are free.
On the SX/EW, in that we took back $1MM, do we retain the right of first refusal for it's pruchase? I didn't catch that detail.
Just got home. Couldn’t wait to get caught up. Thoroughly enjoyed all the reporting and analysis. Thanks everyone for all your fantastic work.
I would guess that the CPRK guys also enjoy sharing their passion with us. They must know they have a big following concerned and interested in their success. Looking forward to <you know what>, my reservations are confirmed.
Would a paid subscription buy you any clout? LOL
Will today's jump in PPS% bring any positive publicity to CPRK?
If you had lending authority, would you be inclined to offer up 150MM to a company that is a "ONE MAN SHOW"?
If the BOD's are just window dressing I see no checks and balances, meaningful discussions, planning, strategy, no PR's, no production, etc. And now a new wife to manage as well. It would take quite a guy to stay on top of everything. (thats not a pun)
Richard, are you kindly trying to tell us something around a gag order.
THE ROCKS ARE STILL THERE
