If you had lending authority, would you be inclined to offer up 150MM to a company that is a "ONE MAN SHOW"?

If the BOD's are just window dressing I see no checks and balances, meaningful discussions, planning, strategy, no PR's, no production, etc. And now a new wife to manage as well. It would take quite a guy to stay on top of everything. (thats not a pun)

Richard, are you kindly trying to tell us something around a gag order.
