Copper - Do you suppose when the votes reach the goal, there may NOT be an immediate cannon salute? I'm just thinkin the ESHC may be very careful on this one to "ready" the officers, prepare PR's, notify the court and key parties, and what ever else may be necessary to protect ourselves. JB and gang have been down this road before and know all the tricks.

Of course, knowing our attorneys, the odds are we are already PRE-pared for anything. Maybe the first signs of victory will be a sudden price spike followed by a Chuckie News Flash.

Rich, So well stated. I appreciate the reality check. More recently my wife and I have had some very pondering conversation, with our kids families as well in that they are to a lesser extent on board. If we are less a person "post-emergence" then we really haven't gained much. I'm hanging around this thing largely due to the integrity I feel from those that represent us. I would expect integrity to be our beacon moving forward.

"Tolerant Spouses" would be a great JUST SHOW UP break-out meeting. Caution, they may demand the truth on just how deep we are in to this thing. lol

Satellite - I'm with you. I can sense your CPRKQ excitement and feel equally so. It's been 2+ years of some highs and mostly lows. Such drama. Yet the CPRKSA (thank you Frank), our fabulous attorneys (thank you Lee for the find), and the ESHC (thank you Chuck and others) have given us hope all along the way. The portly lady hasn't sung yet but I am hoping she is warming up with a happy tune. I would hope for the public to notice a new direction for CPRK starting now.

If I may say what I think - is that's what I've been thinkin for months, always been givin the ESHC a shot at makin this happen.
