Here is my logical reasoning
1) I can round up a few bucks some where
2) I can live without the money.
3) Great price.

Here is my emotional reasoning,
Why I will not be buying more
1) I like living in my current home
2) With my one and only forever current wife.
3) and my senses are never wrong on this one
4) and I've seen the verbal body language to prove it lol
