In my opinion, the big reveal is only days away. I do believe it will be this month, and very likely before that. I have kept track of developments happening with all of our affiliates, and the date is lining up nicely. For those who lost faith, that is unfortunate. For those who just hate or contribute nothing of value, I could not care any less about you. For those who hope this is a life-changer, may your wildest wishes come true. The big reveal is soon upon us.

I did get a response back from the FDA on my request for information, but the response is so complicated and conflicting that I feel it is not even worth posting. What I can tell board readers and posters is that CBD products do work. However, one must be careful of who you buy your product from because not all products are created equal. I will not bore people with my own medical issues as that is not all that relevant. I purchase my products by way of a website from a company in another state who gladly sent me their quality control data. The company I use states their product is pharmacist formulated, but has not been evaluated by the FDA. So I don't blame people for having their doubts. I tried the product for medical issues that have plagued me for years using products produced by big pharma companies that did little but cover up the symptoms. Today I can happily report that no symptoms appear to remain.
So may are government and agencies finally get off the back ends and do the right thing. When they finally do, I suspect Univec and the good Doctor will be their to help.

In December I predicted the Farm Bill would be bigger than anyone expected, and it would usher in the Year of CBD in 2019. I believe we seen the first step toward that future last week when CVS laid to rest any doubt about that prediction.
CVS is the largest pharmacy chain in the U.S., and it started to carry CBD lotions, creams, and pain patches in 800 of its stores across eight states. This is the first large chain drugstore to carry CBD products, and it is difficult to overstate just how important this announcement is.
I further predict that Walgreens and Rite Aid won’t be far behind (both mentioned by Dalton on his LinkedIn post several weeks back), and it’s only a matter of time before CBD products are available at grocery stores and even big-box retailers. That means there are more gains ahead for the companies that sign these big companies up as customers. Remember, Doctor Dalton has 70,000 pharmacies signed up for his pharmacy benefit management service call PPSI. PPSI is a private, but wholly owned subsidiary of Univec (UNVC). So one can see, the picture is beginning to come together here. The future truly does look bright for the fortunate ones who see that future, and grab hold with both hands for the ride of a lifetime. Rock On.
Yes Mikeyt, I think we are very close to passage of some sort of Bill that combines many of the aspects of all Bills now in Congress. A final Bill that addresses banking and allows the V.A. to prescribe cannabis to veterans will likely benefit Univec the most. However, all companies in this industry should like these first steps toward full legalization.
Great article Mikeyt that explains the many different Bills now wending their way through Congress.
The FDA will only allow Univec (or CVS or anyone for that matter) to sell topicals:
According to CVS Health spokesman Mike DeAngelis, CVS is offering topical CBD products including “creams, sprays, roll-ons, lotions and salves.” CVS will not offer any edibles, supplements or food additives containing CBD, as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved the use of CBD in food or beverages on a federal level.
I emailed the FDA for clarification because I have found some products on line --- these companies may be operating in violation, or they may be operating in accordance with state laws. I am certain they will not respond until Monday at the soonest, and they may not be able to say much more than what the CVS spokesman said.
Investors in Univec and companies can watch the market all day long and lament the typical ups and downs of the market with all the chaos involved with investor mood swings, but a small part of the cannabis industry is moving faster than any other this year - 2019. What part of the industry is that? Hemp - and products derived from hemp, like CBD - are gaining popularity at breakneck speed. In fact, CBD alone is projected to be a $22 billion industry, exploding an astonishing 11,478% since 2017.
And the way this industry is moving, there's almost no reason NOT to go "all in" in 2019. Be mindful, of course, that one should never invest more than what one can afford to lose.
That cautionary statement aside, hemp and the cannabis industry in general, is minting millionaires at a rate you wouldn't believe, and you are not likely to see ever again.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't think any of us will ever see an opportunity like this again in our lifetime.
In my opinion, the banking bill is a major piece of legislation that will change the industry dramatically, and in very short order. Why? Because legal banking for cannabis and hemp businesses will usher in the age of foreign investment. Up till now, we basically only seen Canadian companies moving into the United States. This is not only because of the close proximity of Canada, but because many of the companies who went public in Canada did so because that was the first place cannabis companies were legally allowed. However, with the passage of the Banking Bill, companies from Europe, China, Japan, Australia, Central and South America will all be coming to this country. These foreign companies will sometimes buy into American companies, while others will merge. What we are talking about here is an unprecedented era of consolidation on a scale never before seen. So companies typically trading for pennies may see dollars, and companies trading for dollars may see values one can only dream of. It is coming my friends, and faster than you think.
I know some will say they have waiting so long already. Yet most invested in Univec are not even at the one year mark. An important mile stone that allows investors to cash out at the lowest possible tax rate. I have been here longer and I am older than most, and that entitles me to be impatient – yet I am not. I can see what is coming, and I know the industry is barely even started.
Imagine getting in on the ground floor of anything. One will typically make a nice return on their investment. But this is a brand new industry folks, and the rules and regulations are not even written. I suspect we will see all kinds of new laws all favoring this investment as time goes on.
Let’s look at some of what might be expected in the months and years ahead.
First CBD. CBD is a wonder, and it will change much of what we thought we knew about treating medical ailments. The Banking Bill will allow pharmacies to legally accept money and credit card transactions, and then deposit the proceeds in banks. However, it does not just stop there. The Banking Bill will also allow capital expenditures to be deducted just like for any other business. This means buildings and equipment costs can be deducted for the first time ever. The FDA is also looking at CBD, and I would not be surprised if the rules and regulations for CBD are written in the next few months (not in 2020 as they recently stated). A decision by the FDA designating CBD as a medicinal substance is likely sometime in early 2020. At that point, the world will change for this one substance alone.
Without writing an entire book, just consider a list of other milestones soon to be developed. Hemp fiber for building materials such as lumber and concrete, paper and paper products, chemistry, plastics, textiles, automobiles, electronics likely in the form of super-capacitors, fiberglass utilizing hemp fiber to strengthen and make it lighter, hemp bio-fuel, beverages, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements and so much more. When I say we are just at the ground floor of this industry, I truly do mean that literally. We may see the benefits of our patience for many years to come.
Kgem
Cheetah Man, they were developed by one of our affiliated companies. The products developed or being developed by our group of companies are pretty darn exciting. Everything from food to building materials, and from beverages to cosmetics. The medical uses often take center stage, but they are not the only products being developed.
I am aware of two drinks that have been developed. These drinks are not alcoholic beverages. Others are in development.
This St. Patrick’s Day, Drink Options Offer Slainte! With THC and CBD
March 13, 2019
By William Sumner, Hemp Business Journal Contributor
With a Saint Patrick’s Day weekend in sight, the occasion seemed right for the Hemp Business Journal to get into the holiday spirit with an update about the current state of hemp- and cannabis-infused beverages.
As detailed in a survey last October by New Frontier Data (parent company of the HBJ), nearly half (45%) of cannabis consumers who also drink expected to eventually replace at least some of their alcohol use with cannabis. For those who enjoy the taste and traditions yet worry about the health effects of alcohol, a new profusion of non-alcoholic, cannabis-infused beer and wines are offering some intriguing potential replacements (where legally available).
Hemp Beverages
The Hemperor HPA – For those who like their beer like their rabbits, there is New Belgium Brewing’s aggressively hoppy hemp-inspired beer. The Hemperor HPA (Hemp Pale Ale) includes no CBD, but it does contain hemp seeds and terpenes for a full, rich hemp flavor. But just because there is no CBD does not mean that it should be underestimated: The Hemperor has an ABV of 7%, so be sure to drink responsibly.
Humboldt Brown Ale – For a beer to pair happily with a burger, Humboldt Brown Ale might begin a beautiful friendship. Featuring toasted hemp seeds, Humboldt Brewing Company’s offering has a warm herbal flavor with hints of roasted nuts and caramel. With an ABV of 5.7%, it is slightly stronger than a standard beer, but not so much as to send one home early.
Colorado High Vodka – If beer is not one’s cup of tea, Colorado High Vodka offers yet another option for celebrating the holiday. Fermented and distilled with hemp mash, Colorado Gold Distillery’s signature novelty delivers a unique hemp-flavored mash that goes down much more smoothly than some other vodkas. Like the Hemperor and Humboldt Brown Ale, it has no CBD, but at 80 proof tipplers will enjoy themselves PDQ, regardless.
Queen City CBD Seltzer – Designated drivers need not feel neglected from the fun, thanks to a non-alcoholic option. Made with U.S.-grown hemp, 100% vegan Queen City CBD Seltzer contains 5 milligrams of CBD per serving without any calories, sugar, or caffeine to be found among its four flavors: Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, Guava, and Lemon Lavender. Especially with Saint Patrick’s Day on a Sunday, Queen City CBD Seltzer offers a guilt-free choice.
Cannabis Beverages
Grainwave – Craft beer meets craft cannabis through a THC-infused cannabis beer. Made by the folks formerly behind the Blue Moon Brewing Company, the Ceria Brewing Company’s cannabis-inspired Grainwave is a different spin on a Belgian-style white ale: Though there is no alcohol to be found in a Grainwave, each serving of the “de-alcoholized” brew contains 5 milligrams of THC (about half that of a standard edible serving), sufficient to ensure a high old time in Colorado (where distribution is currently limited to 20 Denver-area dispensaries) this Saint Patrick’s Day.
Hi-Fi Hops – Made by the Lagunitas Brewing Company, Hi-Fi Hops is an IPA-inspired sparkling cannabis beverage offered in two versions. One combines 5 milligrams of THC with 5 mg of CBD in each serving, while the other has 10 mg of THC without CBD. Like Grainwave, Hi-Fi Hops is alcohol-free, but it’s also free of carbs and calories to weigh down anyone’s spirit.
Mood 33 – A cannabis-infused sparkling beverage, Mood 33 holds no pretense of being a cannabis-inspired beer, aiming instead toward delivering a bubbly mood-lifting experience. Mood 33 comes in three flavors, each one dedicated to invoking a particular experience: Joy is a peppermint-and-lemon option with 33 calories and 10 milligrams of THC per serving; Passion contains 10 mg of THC and 2.5 mg of CBD with a tart flavor of passion fruit with hints of green tea and lime; and with a twist of chamomile, hibiscus, and raspberries, Calm gently delivers peace of mind via 10 mg of THC and 5 mg of CBD.

There are lots of things going on with Univec and the good Doctor Dalton these days. We have Merck knocking on Dalton’s door asking for a deal. We have Harvest coming to Dalton and once again asking for a deal. We have MariMed and their proprietary Vitiprint technology that most industry experts agree is a real game changer. We have the V.A. and through clinics a direct supply line to Veterans in need of cannabis treatment. For most investors, any one of these developments would mean mega bucks, but we still have more. Doctor Dalton has PPSI a company that I believe is much larger than most people realize. We also have HRI, a company we know has something like 200 million in revenue (by the way, I suspect PPSI is a whole lot larger than HRI). There are other deals in play said to be even bigger than even the whispers seem to indicate (a Whole Foods deal for instance and an automobile deal and even a biofuel deal).
Some suggest it would not be that hard for Dalton to “put out the financials” so they can flip this stock. The problem with putting out the financials before all is final is that our competitors and partners would then be exposed. The idea is to burn the flippers and the doubters so prevalent on these forums. I personally would like to see these doubters and flippers burned because they are not true investors and have not even tried to figure out what is going on.
Imagine what a merger between Univec, Sativeo, AGRiMED, and Hemp Commodity Industries might mean. Yet, that is only the beginning of things. These companies are the low hanging fruit so often talked about on this forum. So consider a company merging and reorganizing with perhaps more than a billion dollars in revenue smack dab in the middle of the cannabis industry. A new company capable of treating nearly every major ailment known to man. Imagine what a company like that might be worth, and imagine where a company like that might trade. Would a company like this be trading in the sewer of the OTC? I think not. Would a company such as this attract interest from hedge funds? I can not imagine why it would not.

Predictions for hemp and CBD products.
According to New Frontier Data’s Chief Knowledge Officer John Kagia:
The global hemp industry is growing dramatically as the plant’s versatile applications are better understood, and the costs associated with deploying such applications falls;
Potential rescheduling of CBD by the United Nations this year will further accelerate both interest in and demand for CBD products, as the UN’s recommendation will be viewed as an endorsement of the compound’s therapeutic efficacy and low-risk profile;
Hemp could challenge fossil-fuel-based products in a range of areas: Innovations in hemp-based bioplastics and biofuels (spurred by falling production costs) will lead to hemp-based products’ challenging petroleum-based products, including (as is already being done) BMW vehicle interiors. Ever since TV host and comedian Jay Leno posted an online video of himself test-driving a 2017 Renew sports car (with a chassis fashioned from 100 pounds of woven hemp), fewer potential participants have been willing to get left behind;
Hemp-based foods will represent a tremendously high growth market given the plant’s rich nutritional profile, though brands and markets will need to proceed carefully in positioning such products less as any quickly dismissed health fad than rather as a durably adopted dietary option among consumer foods; and
Hemp cultivation in less-developed countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America will provide a high-volume, low-cost source for CBD, posing a considerable challenge to higher-cost producers in North America and Europe. Nevertheless, given the nascent hemp production in the developing markets, need will persist for the transfer of significant knowledge, technology, and capital for such emerging nations to develop the requisite processes and quality standards to sufficiently serve international markets.

In my 40 plus years in medical, I have been on the cutting edge multiple times for medical advances. The new cutting-edge is Vitamin CBD and what it means for bone health and our generals health for the world’s 21st century population.
Osteoporosis will be one of the major public health problems facing our aging population in the years to come. It will be a lifestyle change which will be needed in order to avail this major demineralization of our bones which will fill our hospital beds with fractured hips if we don’t.
Researchers from around the world are showing positive bone regeneration results from having a CBD, lifestyle. HCI’s objective is to get that same research done here in the USA at one of our finest medical School and university hospital, for validation.
My ground breaking fellowship in Orthopaedic Research now dates back some of those 40 plus years in medicine, where I was a prime investor on bone healing with electricity. The question is the same today as in the past, how do we maintain our bone health during our lifetime. By 2030 the life span in the USA is predicted to be 90.3 years with 1 in 3 children born today living to 100 years of age!
I have a top rated medical school with a NIH approved osteoporosis model which can answer many of the above questions posed. All I need is research money to prove what has already been done around the world while the USA has been in prohibition because of a few self-centered individuals dating back to the 1930’s,up to the 1970 when the Controlled Substance Act which made Hemp a CRIME!
Let’s go for the greater good and prove that the CBD lifestyle is in our best interests and that of our country and the world.

Vinsterr, I agree.
Great article Vinsterr, and I noticed that three names appear on this list that are associated with Univec:

Junebug, I decline that request. I do not feel it is my responsibility to educate those who have never done anything at all in their lives except for posting on a message board that business is taking too long. Doctor Dalton has been meticulous and methodical after his encounters with big pharma in the past. He will succeed this time around, and blow the minds of those who choose to deceive.
That is right GoldenDD. HRI operates in five or six different states that I found so far (some states with two or more facilities), and it appears they are smaller than PPSI. Remarkable conglomeration of companies if all is pulled together. So much for the peanut gallery claims that Doctor Dalton has done nothing for years.

It is coming jrt03, and sooner than most even realize.
Univec’s cannabis business is just getting started folks, and don’t let anyone fool you, there is plenty of room for all comers. Consolidation in the form of buy-outs and mergers is going full bore, and showing no sign of ending any time soon. To put things into perspective, think about the beverage industry entering this market. Plastic bottles (PET) are needed for soft drinks and others. Can anyone even comprehend the volume of plastic required? Stand outside a Coca Cola bottling company sometime, and just watch all the truckloads of bottles brought in on any given day --- and bottling runs seven days a week in most areas. To date, no cannabis company can yet produce enough hemp plastic to meet the need, but it is coming. Wait till paper products go full bore with hemp fiber. We will see cars made with hemp reinforced plastic --- European and Canadian car makers already do this. Our population is growing older, and seniors demand CBD products more than the young. Even marijuana is on the march toward legalization. New mixtures of vitamins and dietary supplements will be concocted, and the world will find they are better than those found now. Food will be produced with hemp seed, and that includes food for people as well as livestock. Yes indeed, the world is changing, and soon our presence will be made known.
Kgem
Doctor Dalton’s LinkedIn post telling Rite Aid to “get on it” is a remark aimed at Rite Aid management to make a decision --- in this case, an important decision. This short statement is not directed at Univec shareholders at all, but can be taken as a subtle message indicating some of the business taking place behind the scenes. Doctor Dalton has an outstanding relationship with current Rite Aid management, and all parties speak well of each other.
Soon, our Congress will make decisions regarding banking regulations impacting the cannabis industry. Congress is drafting legislation right now, and meetings started last week. This will be a HUGE deal for those who operate in the cannabis industry. BOOK IT.
Junebug, you get it. This is the whole point.
Big news from Washington this week is that the first hearing on marijuana from the new Congress is already in the books, and next week, the House Financial Services Committee will hear from legal cannabis companies about the trouble they have operating within the confines of the banking system while pot remains federally illegal.
This is an important hearing because access to financial products is key to seeing legal U.S. cannabis businesses mature.
Right now American cannabis companies are primarily cash businesses because of the federal prohibitions on pot. Financial institutions can’t do business with companies that are breaking federal drug laws.
So why is this important for Doctor Dalton and Univec shareholders? Today, most cannabis companies depend on individual corner dispensaries to sell their products. Not so with Univec. Doctor Dalton developed a network of 70,000 pharmacies to sell cannabis products, and with this the ability to make credit card transactions is critically important.
Think about this for a minute. Dalton may very likely put all other cannabis companies out of business. I envision a smart phone app that automatically locates the nearest cannabis company that supplies your order and then sends your products directly to your home --- no need to search for a local dispensary. Of course, the billing will be handled by Dalton’s software billing program that automatically selects the maximum reimbursement from insurance, MediCare, Medicaid, the V.A. and others.
Some say the future is out there. However, I say the future is already here.
I suggest one company that will clearly become a part of the “conglomerations of companies” Doctor Dalton recently commented on is Physician and Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (PPSI) a WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF UNIVEC THAT PROVIDES PHARACEUTICAL SAMPLES AND SAMPLE DISTRIBUTION TO PHYSICIANS AND PATIENTS. Refer to post #39445 --- the system developed.
Security Biometrics, Inc. (OTCBB: SBTI), a leader in biometric signature authentication solutions powered by Penflow(TM), announced its subsidiary -eMedRx(TM) Inc, (USA), formed a strategic alliance with Physician and Pharmaceutical Services (PPSI), a subsidiary of Univec, Inc. (OTCBB: UNVC).
This alliance offers the industry's first practical application of electronic medical prescriptions geared to eliminate fraudulent Rx's as well as medical errors due to interpretation of physician's handwriting. This increased level of scrutiny offers the prescribing physician assurances that the proper medications are being dispensed to patients and allows the patient a short duration medication to test for side effects and potential allergies. The eMedRx(TM) solution is the first system that provides an actual electronic copy of the physician's signature that can be authenticated and transmitted using advanced encryption techniques.
The eMedRx(TM) electronic medical prescription will reduce prescription errors and allow physicians to transmit legible, safe and secure prescriptions. The additional security provided by the eMedRx(TM) technology using advanced encryption techniques, will capture the physician's biometric signature for the protection of the patient's privacy and provide a secure authenticated transmission to the pharmacist. A similar program will be implemented in Canada.

PENNIES, I do agree.
The big picture is clear as day. Doctor Dalton owns his own payment system that automatically bills Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance companies on a system that he helped build. This same system now also helps veterans through the V.A. All pharmacies in the United States bill on this same system (the system Doctor Dalton helped to develop), and Dalton knew in advance that Univec must be part of the Veterans Health System. Through Dalton’s pharmacy network, doctors provide prescription care including the Univec Transdermal Patch. Wellness Teladoc is another approach utilized by Dalton to provide access for patients to the Univec Transdermal Patch. Dalton has built clinics that are CARF accredited that enable patients to utilize patient assistance programs.
The Farm Bill passage now allows Univec to distribute the CBD patches (plural) nationwide. Dalton’s Mail Service Pharmacies Service will be the conduit for national distribution. This same system provides images with reentry service. Finally, we provide a solution for the substance abuse problem.
Univec is going to change the world. It has taken Dalton years to develop this system, and it is soon to be revealed.
Remarkable Potential Markets for Hemp
By William Sumner, Hemp Business Journal Contributor
Hemp is an incredibly useful substance. From textiles to soap, hemp and its derivatives can be used as substitutes for various household products. Yet, beyond everyday items, there are myriad uses for hemp that one can barely imagine. Here are three particularly remarkable uses for hemp:
Building Materials
It is well known that hemp can be used to make things like fabrics and bioplastics, but few are aware that hemp can also be used as for building materials. Hempcrete, for example, is a hemp-based building material that can be constituted by mixing hemp’s wood-like center (called the shiv) with a lime-based binder.
When fully cured, hempcrete weighs about 1/8 as much as concrete, and has a compressive strength of one megapascal pressure unit (MPa), which is about 1/20 the strength of concrete. Though it lacks the ability to fully support roof loads, hempcrete can be used to strengthen structural supports. One study found that hempcrete can help increase the compressive loading strength of a stud wall by a factor of 3x to 4x. Hempcrete is also mold-resistant, carbon-negative, and an excellent insulator.
Tattoo Ink
Once seen as a mark of rebellion, tattoos have grown common popularity over the last two decades. Approximately four out of 10 Americans have at least one tattoo: With more tattooed people than ever before, some are starting to raise concerns about the potential health effects. A study by the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility found that toxic elements in tattoo ink can seep into one’s lymph nodes, which may have some serious side effects. Tattoo enthusiasts have an alternative in hemp tattoo ink.
A growing number of companies have started selling tattoo ink made with hemp oil, such as Papillon Tattoo Supply or S8 Tattoo. In addition to being free of toxic materials, hemp-derived tattoo ink is thought to help one’s tattoo heal faster than traditional forms of ink. While there is little scientific research to support the claim, health-conscious tattoo enthusiasts have been turning to the novel hemp product.
Supercapacitors
Beyond improving our health and homes, hemp has the potential to improve electronics as well. According to research presented a meeting of the American Chemical Society, hemp may be the ideal material for making supercapacitors. In essence, a supercapacitor is a type of rechargeable battery. While most batteries will take an hour or more to charge, supercapacitors are capable of charging and discharging within a matter of seconds. The downside to supercapacitors is that they lack the storage capacity of most rechargeable batteries, due primarily to its energy density.
A team of scientists at the University of Alberta, led by David Mitlin, Ph.D., discovered that hemp could be used in the creation of supercapacitors. After assembling their hemp-derived device, Mitlin and his team found that it outperformed commercial supercapacitors in both energy density and the range of temperatures in which it could operate. At present, no known company makes hemp-derived supercapacitors, but the possibility begs the market.
With passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, expect a veritable cornucopia of hemp-derived products coming down the pipeline.

When Doctor Daltons talks about our "Conglomeration of Companies," Univec investor should keep this in mind.
Sorry Wrenchman if this is a repost. Your research has been outstanding.
Yes PENNIES, the management of these companies put everything out up front and have been working to get all their ducks in a row ever since. That time is now here. We are just days away from the big reveal.
You are welcome PENNIES, can you say a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY in the making. The potential here truly does blow the mind (for those who have one that is).
Good Morning Folks. I want to tell you about a Bill currently in Congress that directly effects Univec shareholders. The Bill is H.R.5520
https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/5520
This Bill has bipartisan support and so is likely to pass very soon. In summary, the Bill REQUIRES the V.A. to initiate research studies into the beneficial use of cannabis in the treatment of Opioid addiction, PTSD, Severe Pain, and other service related injuries.
Remember All, we (Univec) are the solution. The Univec cannabis transdermal patch is already in the V.A. procurement system and is covered by insurance.
Wrenchman, I think we will soon see a rapid roll-out of new products. At that point it will be too late to grab anything at this price, but for those of us who have been buying, we will make out just fine. Not long now. Wait for the SET - GO.
Beer can't you even count? There are eleven companies operating out of that building. Basic math man, basic math.
I can't wait either Pennies. I just see this whole thing coming together and being huge. I can't think of another penny stock play with this much potential. The news will be epic!
Pennies, the Univec Cannabis Transdermal Patch will be covered by insurance and for those who cannot afford the treatments, Doctor Dalton says the treatments will be provided at no cost. This does suggest a government program, but other options are also available.
Pennies, we need more details to know the exact answer, but I suspect the Vitiprint system now owned by MariMed is part of that answer.
I completely agree Pennies, a government contract (and likely several) will catapult Univec to levels unseen.
