The big picture is clear as day. Doctor Dalton owns his own payment system that automatically bills Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance companies on a system that he helped build. This same system now also helps veterans through the V.A. All pharmacies in the United States bill on this same system (the system Doctor Dalton helped to develop), and Dalton knew in advance that Univec must be part of the Veterans Health System. Through Dalton’s pharmacy network, doctors provide prescription care including the Univec Transdermal Patch. Wellness Teladoc is another approach utilized by Dalton to provide access for patients to the Univec Transdermal Patch. Dalton has built clinics that are CARF accredited that enable patients to utilize patient assistance programs.

The Farm Bill passage now allows Univec to distribute the CBD patches (plural) nationwide. Dalton’s Mail Service Pharmacies Service will be the conduit for national distribution. This same system provides images with reentry service. Finally, we provide a solution for the substance abuse problem.

Univec is going to change the world. It has taken Dalton years to develop this system, and it is soon to be revealed.
