I do not think there was a press release on the financing ; We never had the other ( financing )party confirming in a press release that they were in firm negotaitions with us;
here we had a press releases by both Niocorp and Stellantis;
If Stellantis would back off that would be a material event and would have to be disclosed immediately by both parties.
I did it for you T&T as you are too lazy doing good DD.
Niocorp (ticker NB) was recommended years ago at C$0.23, but you have to keep in mind that a reverse split has gradually taken place, so that 10 old shares now correspond to one share.
C$0.23 in the past actually corresponds to C$2.30.
The stock rose to just above C$20.00 at one point, making Niocorp a huge winner for Macrotrends for a long time.
But just like with most mining shares, this also failed and the share fell deeper and deeper.
The current rate is only C$3.16 more, which means there is not much left of our monster profit.
Investors would like to know why the share is falling so much and there are a number of good reasons for this.
The main reason is of course the general malaise in the sector. All mining stocks suffer from this, especially those that are not yet producing, as they have to raise capital at increasingly lower prices.
Niocorp currently finances itself through a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement with Yorkville whereby new shares are continuously issued to cover capital needs. These shares are then dumped into an almost empty market, which puts considerable pressure on the price.
In the meantime, Niocorp is diligently seeking financing for the construction of Elk Creek and negotiations are currently underway with Stellantis. However, these negotiations take a lot of time and investors are starting to doubt whether an effective deal will be reached.
We currently see no indications that there is actually a hair in the butter here. Negotiations are still ongoing (otherwise we would have seen a press release) and anyone who has ever dealt with multinationals knows that these types of deals can take an enormous amount of time.
Once the deal is complete, Niocorp will no longer have to work via the Standby Equity Purchase Agreement and the price pressure from that angle will also disappear.
Niocorp remains worth buying!

Niocorp blijft koopwaardig!

extract from a Belgian weekly newsletter wit thousand of readers this week that has amongst otherstocks and bitcoins where they have been making a fortune also these 3 stocks
1st colum is cost , then market price on the day of the newsletter and then the percentage of gain or loss.
. the percentages are the gains and the losses;
BTW Excelsior was an advice of LCP77 remember ? Mister always right.
. The newsletter advice for NIOCORP is kopen , in English BUY
So please explain how you arrive at your 300 million loss for us with Niocorp I still see a profit there even at these ridiculous prices. I am publishing this to show the readers that you are full of BS.
if you want the whole newsletter I can publish it here.
can you show me your calculations how you arrive at that figure?
No need for AI or algoritms Matt
My investment theory in a few sentences with pre- revenue companies.
1) Do not buy options in companies like LWLG on pre-revenue companies. You will only lose money. You cannot time the success of pre -revenue companies and options have a time limit. If you believe in the company sell regularly puts; Some of my friends do.
2) Buy very low several hundreds of thousands of shares below 1 usd , sell 1/20th of the stock in a rallye so that your cost is zero and let the rest run is what I did here and VERY succesfully.
Above 1 usd I never told friends to buy more LWLG.
I bet TH6565 did the same; I think he is making several millions in LWLG. Maybe you can learn something from some old guys like us (lol) Ok our gain here was a lot higher 1 year ago but I can await the further evolution at no cost ; In fact I have already realized profits and have no risk. So I do not accept your suggestion that I am losing money. I am making less profits.
If I am at a loss on some of my investments and I still believe in them I lower my cost by averageing down; I am doing that in a big way with IBC ( bought big at 10 cents)and Excelsior ( bought big at 17 cents)where indeed I have big losses but my average cost is now very low. . We will find out whether I am right. And You know why? because I believe in management.
I am not yet averaging down at Niocorp because my cost is still lower there thanks to you informing me of Niocorp at a very early stage .
Just had another( biotec) stock ( Mannkind) where I was losing money for many years and I averaged down big at 1 ,80 usd; Look at the recent results reported this week of Mannkind ; They increased their revenue last year by 100 percent. And the stocktwit forum is full of bashers like here. The stock is at 4 usd and I am not yet selling.
I am following Nate Pile here who made a fortune with NVDIA and Celgene.
BTW I do not always agree with what you are writing but I appreciate the fact that you know that Mark Smith is an honest guy . You may not like the results of his actions and that is ok but you know him better than most other investors
BTW I am expecting a call today about a private company I am invested in and I feel very excited. Yes me too , like Lebby- lol.
Peter
the 200 million is close to the profit that we are making on LWLG where we had another Ted telling us all the time how stupid we are . Is there something wrong with the Ted s in your country.
AT this moment the shareprice sucks for Niocorp but the pipeline is brilliant.
double post
I would normally not write such things ( it is against my nature) but reading these continuous attacks and lies about the company and their management asks for the truth.
If necessary I will disclose more; I have nothing to hide;
I have a lot of shares in this project and I never traded . I am in for the long run and want to defend my investment. I like to build things in a positive way.
Everybody here knows who I am.
I do not show my cards to the shorts.
I did not speak personally to the company.
These are my conclusions from doing dd together with members of my group of investors.
The reason for the delay is because of the complexity. But also we are dealing with a big company. and that is a long deliberate process. Larger companies move slower(inherently due to their size)
I want to meet you at the so long expected groundbreaking ceremony.
I like your positive attitude.
Do I like the Yorkville financing ? absolutely not.
Is it necessary.? YES. for short term needs.
Do I think Stellantis and Exim will happen?YES.
But as long as we are in uncertainty we will see pressure on the shareprice.
If you cannot sleep you have to lower your share count until you sleep better. For me it is limited to missing some puts on the greens.
I have been through this on ALL my start ups but know what I have.
Expecting good news on a private company that went through a lot of turmoil. Glad i did not have to read the bashers on ihub on that one but it is nice to find out that strong management is key.
I see you are increasing your level of posting once again. Was that the level of conversation at Haywood Securities?
yes most of the prerevenue companies do get a going concern qualification .
when they get the exim loan here it will be gone
In my professional career I put a qualification for lack of internal control in all my reports for small to medium companies.
Of course it is less risky to buy blue chip companies. Nobody will dispute that.
If succesful the multiple will
be much higher here.
If you do not want to run the risk stay away. it as simple as that.
I agree
typical type of remarks from auditors in a start up where internal controls can never be the same as in a larger company given the limited personnel.
what a lot of BS from Peter..
thank you
knowing both our age you give me hope Jeunke
correction
realized already a few hundred thousands
I got in in LWLG in 2008 at about 0.80 . sold in the run up to 20. two years ago 1/20 th of my shares so that my cost is zero and in fact realised a few hundreds already and let the rest run at no risk. I think my profit will end up in the tens of millions.
I intend to do the same here with Niocorp but I am very ambitious and am not selling one share before we reach preferably 30 usd. And then I let the rest run at no risk.
In some companies ( Excelsior. . Lcp s favourite at one time but he always quits) and IBC i am losing big but I am averaging down big and I think they will be winners as well. Have you seen the recent results of IBC ? Quite a reversal. Excellent management. Without them we would have been bankrupt. t
Success in investing in start ups is a result of strong dd ,incredible patience and you have to support the management in which you believe but you also needsome luck.
unfortunately this message board has been a sewer lately.
I like what I am doing at 80.
Investing in ETF s is easier , but dull
I love what Th6565 is doing at his age.We are fortunate to be able to do that. One of my tennis friend died last week when I was on holiday. I am lucky to be active and positive in live.
It must be a big burden to be LCP and look each morning inthe mirror
I
you and I did very smart on lwlg and I strongly believe this one is also going to make us a lot of money.
just put him on ignore like I did as with a few others
not worth the attention
Crazy pricing for NB. Bought some more today - a steal at these prices. Just a few more weeks, at the most, for some major progress on Stellantis and/or ExIm
this is the type of messages I get from friendly investors.
th6565
on both our jewels we are waiting for the big win
With LWLG we both are already doing extremely well and Niocorp is going to follow the same path.
about the name.
the name was changed toQuantum rare earth because the first project was Archie Lake and that was before they even knew about the Niobium project.
From a reliable outside source
yes I will post the decision here
BTW, Molycorp declared bankruptcy 3 years after Mark left Molycorp. All part of the public record and confirmed with 39 seconds and a Google search. LCP knows this and so his publishing of this lie was made with a blatant disregard for the truth and with actual malice, making this action liable.
It shows that LCP distorts the truth as a way of publicly causing harm to NioCorp.
no meeting this weekendI .
i will decide on a second meeting in April in the second half of March
i will decide in the second half of March
Btw. there will be more topspeakers on these presentations in Belgium. eg Michael lebby from LWLG. and also Sean Krakywski of Nanalysis and Guido cloetens from Elysee plus Steve Cordovano cofounder of Bioaegis a private biotec company
and before you insult me LCP I do this for free.. I am not paid in any way. I make it a point that investors meet personally with the CEO s of the companies they are invested in..
and for those who think I get priviliges
If you organize conferences for several hundreds of investors Mark will be happy to present.
For the readers of the LCP posts ( which I am not but I was made aware ) after arriving on a friday noon from Denver Mark will give two presentations for several hundreds of investors and stay 2 nights in the Crown Plaza in Antwerp ( not exactly a luxury resort but a 4 star business hotel) and he will leave back to Denver early sunday morning, not exactly a luxury trip. So much for the truth..
For a failed. investment advisor who only can pay 1 star hotels in Mexico everything above that is of course luxury.
once stellantis and Exim happen it will go up by the dollars in one day. You have had the experience with LWLG and it will happen here too.
yes when (not if) stellantis and Exim hit we will be in double digits.
sorry. double post
damned smartphone in the sun
no problem to be frustrated with the sharepricde.I am too
I have been there before with other investments but I can again see all the ingredients to make this very succesful. No guarantees though but many things in the pipeline make me optimistic .
Reading a book about the future winners in tbe worldeconomy and I think we will be one of them.. The deglobalization and energytransition trend is in our favour and that is why Exim will go for us. with or without you
I apologize to be optimistic. if it hurts your feelings. I Ofcourse some things did not materialize in the pasr
i read that sentence in a book I am reading today and found it funny. It is correct that
investing in a non revenue company is a lot more risky than investing in an ETF.
If you invest in a junior mine you want of course to make a lot more money than average but should be prepated to take the higher risk
In my opinion we will get a Stellantis deal and an Exim loan znd we will then br COMPLETLY derisked.
