Do I like the Yorkville financing ? absolutely not.

Is it necessary.? YES. for short term needs.

Do I think Stellantis and Exim will happen?YES.
But as long as we are in uncertainty we will see pressure on the shareprice.
If you cannot sleep you have to lower your share count until you sleep better. For me it is limited to missing some puts on the greens.

I have been through this on ALL my start ups but know what I have.
Expecting good news on a private company that went through a lot of turmoil. Glad i did not have to read the bashers on ihub on that one but it is nice to find out that strong management is key.
